本实用新型属于一种金属线材加工设备，特别涉及一种将粗的钨钼丝加工成细的钨钼丝的双面转盘拉丝机。
背景技术：
将粗的钨钼丝加工成细的钨钼丝的转盘拉丝机，主要是由放丝装置、加热装置、拉丝模和收丝转盘组成。钨钼丝从放丝装置中拉出，经过加热装置后，再经拉丝膜拉伸后被收线转盘卷绕在绕丝盘上。这种拉丝机一次只能在一个方向拉伸一根线材，设备生产率低、功率耗损高、占地面积大、投资及维护费用高，设备功效不能有效发挥。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的就在于克服上述现有技术中存在的不足，而提供一种可从两个方向同时进行拉丝作业的双面转盘拉丝机。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种双面转盘拉丝机，由收丝转盘、带动转盘转动的传动装置、拉丝模和电加热炉组成；其特征在于：在电加热炉的两侧分别设置一套放丝装置、拉丝模和收丝转盘。

具体实施方式：
如图所示：一种双面转盘拉丝机，在电加热炉1的两侧分别设置一套放线装置2、3、拉丝模4、5和收丝转盘6、7。收线转盘的底部装有带动转盘转动的传动装置8、9。本实用新型的工作过程是：将两根粗的钨钼杆从电加热炉不同方向的进丝口10进入，经过电加热装置加热后，从出丝口11被拉出，再经过拉丝模拉伸后被收丝转盘卷绕在绕丝盘上。本实用新型可同时将两根钨钼杆拉伸成钨钼丝，因此可提高工效近一倍，并且耗能低、占地面积小。
