本实用新型的目的在于提供无害化处理畜禽粪便技术,并且循环 利用,形成生物量转化,将环保去污与生物质发电及食用菌种植生态 化生产一体化。畜禽饲养舍与食用菌种植棚合为一体,节约土地和建 筑成本,沼气池粪便处理产生甲烷气用于发电,残渣用于种植食用菌, 形成一体化生产的低成本高效益的循环经济产业链。

系统运行使用时,畜禽工厂化饲养舍(1)的粪便污物通过自动清 粪机和排污管(10)进入沼气生产装置(11),厌氧发酵消解后,甲垸 气体通过沼气输出管(12)进入沼气发电装置(13)发出的电力经过 电力输出装置(14)变为髙压电输出;沼气生产装置(11)的残M过 沼渣排出管道(15)运往食用菌基料处理场(16),经过处理后,食用 菌基料由基料输送带(17)进入种植棚通道(5),输往食用菌种植板 (6),基料上接种,即可生产食用菌。

1、一种畜禽饲养与生物质发电及食用菌种植一体化生产系统,包括由畜禽工厂化饲养舍、食用菌种植棚、沼气生产装置、燃气发电装置、食用菌基料处理场、物料输送装置,其特征在于,所述的畜禽工厂化饲养舍(1)与食用菌种植棚(4)是互为一体的上下层建筑物,中间由楼层隔板(3),所述的食用菌种植棚(4)的种植棚通道(5)分隔两边种植板(6),所述的畜禽工厂化饲养舍(1)设有饲养舍通道(2),饲养舍通道(2)两边有养殖隔栏,隔栏底部设有自动清粪机与排污管(10)连接沼气生产装置(11),所述的沼气生产装置(11)的输出管(12)连接沼气发电装置(13),沼气发电装置(13)连接电力输出装置(14),沼气生产装置(11)的沼渣排出管道(15)连接食用菌基料处理场(16),基料输送带(17)连接食用菌种植棚(4);所述的食用菌种植棚(4)建于畜禽工厂化饲养舍(1)的顶部由楼层隔板(3)、种植棚通道(5)、食用菌基料隔板(6)、屋顶(7)构成。
