Abstract
本实用新型公开了医院使用的球囊式多功能一次性医用胶管，此胶管是将软胶管与导尿管粘接形成一双腔管体，在软胶管的头部设置匀布孔，在匀布孔的后部设置一球囊，并在导尿管、软胶管的尾部分别设开关器和插接座构成的。它具有导尿、冲(灌)洗和对膀胱炎、阴道炎、宫颈糜烂、直肠、结肠炎等进行治疗的多种功能，且在留置导尿时不滑脱。用彩超作妇科检查时，可用其对膀胱快速充盈，免去患者必须大量饮水和长时间等待的烦恼，实现快速诊断。还可避免由于采取电熨、激光、冷冻等治疗导致多种并发症和给患者带来的痛苦。同时具有结构简单、设计合理、使用方便、老少皆宜、适合医院大力推广等优点。

本实用新型涉及医疗器械领域，更切确地说是涉及医疗器械领域中的一次性导尿管。
背景技术：
一次性导尿管在临床中得到了很好的应用，如内、外、妇、儿科都有急性尿潴留者，要为其导尿。做膀胱镜检查时对膀胱进行冲洗，或采用抗生素直接治疗，以及妇科炎症的治疗等等都离不开导尿管。然而，目前使用的导尿管是单管式结构，靠近顶部有一微孔。它虽有多种用途，但却存在留置导尿时导尿管易滑脱，在对膀胱治疗以及妇科炎症的冲洗治疗时冲洗不彻底，而且极易造成污染或感染。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是提供一种球囊式多功能一次性医用胶管，用于解决现有导尿管在留置导尿时导尿管易滑脱，在对膀胱进行冲洗治疗以及妇科炎症的冲洗治疗时冲洗不彻底，而且极易造成污染或感染的问题。
球囊式多功能一次性医用胶管，包括导尿管(为硬胶管)、软胶管、开关器、插接座，它是将软胶管与导尿管粘接形成一双腔管体，在软胶管的头部设置匀布孔，在匀布孔的后部设置一球囊，并在导尿管与软胶管的尾部分别设一开关器和插接座构成的。
由于该实用新型采取了上述结构，因而具有以下优点和积极效果：
1、兼有导尿、冲(灌)洗和对各种膀胱炎、阴道炎、直肠炎、结肠炎进行治疗的多种功能用途，而且冲洗治疗更加均匀彻底。同时又可避免污染或感染。
2、由于外部设为蝶形，并在软胶管部分设置球囊，使其在留置导尿时方便固定，不易渗漏、导尿管不滑脱。从而减少医护人员重新下管带来的不必要麻烦。
3、在用彩超进行妇科检查时，可利用它对膀胱快速充盈，这样便能在相当短的时间内达到理想要求，从而免去患者必须大量饮水和长时间等待的烦恼，实现快速诊断。
4、可将本管经插接座与雾化治疗器连接，用于治疗各种类型的阴道炎、宫颈糜烂妇科病症，还可避免由于采取电熨、激光、冷冻等治疗留下瘢痕，或导致分泌腺闭锁，不孕症或分娩时宫颈扩张障碍等并发症和给患者带来的痛苦。
5、该多功能医用胶管还具有结构简单、设计合理、使用方便、老少皆宜、适合医院大力推广等优点。

具体实施方式：
图1给出了球囊式多功能一次性医用胶管的结构，其中1-导尿管、2-软胶管、3-匀布孔、4-球囊、5、6-开关器、7、8-插接座。它是在导尿管(即硬胶管)1上粘接一个软胶管2两管并行，头部略尖，尾部向两侧翘起形成的一双腔管体。在软胶管2的头部设置匀布孔3，在匀布孔3的后部设有一球囊4，并在导尿管1和软胶管2的尾部分别设一开关器5、6和插接座7、8构成的。需冲(灌)洗治疗时，一般把治疗液或雾化液经输液管与软胶管2尾部插接座7连接，打开软胶管2上的开关器5，治疗液或雾化液随之进入膀胱、阴道或直肠、结肠内，按照治疗的需要再打开导尿管1上的开关器6，治疗液或雾化液便从导尿管1排出体外。可边冲边洗，也可单独进行。导尿时，应把软胶管2内的空气排出，关闭开关器5，这时软胶管2贴敷在导尿管1上，本医用胶管便成为一个导尿管。由于球囊4的存在，在留置导尿时，既便是有尿液渗漏，导尿管也不会滑脱。减轻了医护人员的负担。

1、一种球囊式多功能一次性医用胶管，包括导尿管(1)、软胶管(2)、开关器(5、6)、插接座(7、8)，其特征在于：软胶管(2)与导尿管(1)粘接形成一双腔管体，在软胶管(2)的头部设置匀布孔(3)，在匀布孔(3)的后部设一球囊(4)，还在导尿管(1)、软胶管(2)的尾部分别设一开关器(5、6)和插接座(7、8)构成。
