Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种采用高性能稀土永磁材料加工成不开孔的瓦形磁钢,转子磁极由1~n片同极性的稀土瓦形磁钢拼成,用压块、挡块和粘合剂将稀土瓦形磁钢固定在导磁的圆形转轴上组成稀土永磁发电机转子。由于采用了不开孔的瓦形磁钢,电机转子磁力线的分布更均匀,负载波形畸变率小,有效地保证了电压输出的瞬态值及乘载感性负荷能力。定子铁心采用平底槽硅钢片旋转6°叠装而成,有效地消除了谐波干扰;无常规发电机的转子励磁绕组,磁场线圈,电力电容及电子元器件组成的控制线路,从而减小发电机的故障率,提高发电机的运行可靠性。

本实用新型是一种小功率发电设备,与驱动动力组合后给少电、停电、应急、野外施工等情况提供电能。
背景技术:
检索目前国内稀土永磁发电机的专利不难发现,其结构上不可避免地存在着这样那样的问题,有的过于复杂、不便加工装配;有的存在故障隐患,比如在运行过程中磁片极有可能被撞碎进而撞坏定子造成较大经济损失、资源浪费;还有的由于采用了磁片钻孔的方式,影响了磁场磁力线的均匀分布,从而导致发电电压波形畸变率高,而且增加了加工成本(目前市场加工这个孔的加工费是3元/孔)。
发明内容:
本实用新型公开了一种采用高性能稀土永磁材料加工成不开孔的瓦形磁钢,转子磁极由1~n片同极性的稀土瓦形磁钢拼成,用压块、挡块和粘合剂将稀土瓦形磁钢固定在导磁的圆形转轴上组成稀土永磁发电机转子。由于采用了不开孔的瓦形磁钢,电机转子磁力线的分布更均匀,有效地保证了电压输出的瞬态值及乘载感性负荷能力。同时,解决了磁钢加工的难题,并降低了制造成本。
本实用新型定子铁心采用平底槽硅钢片叠装而成,有效地消除了谐波干扰;无常规发电机的转子励磁绕组,磁场线圈,电力电容及电子元器件组成的控制线路,从而减小发电机的故障率,提高发电机的运行可靠性;并具有负载波形畸变率小等特点。

具体实施方式:
先将一端的挡块[8]用螺栓[9]装到转子铁芯[5]上,再将1-n片同极性的稀土磁钢[6]用粘合剂、压块[7]、螺栓[9]固定在转子铁芯[5]上,然后装上另一个挡块[8]。最后把这个装好的转子总成[3]放入定子总成[2]内。

Claims (3)

1. 一种由定子、转子和电机外壳组成的单、三相稀土永磁发电机,其特征在于定子铁芯嵌线槽采用斜槽结构,转子为成对称分布的由稀土永磁材料制成的高性能瓦形磁极S、N固定在转子铁芯上组成。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的单、三相稀土永磁发电机,其特征在于定子叠压时,嵌线槽与定子轴心线成6°的夹角,嵌线槽成平底状。
3. 根据专利要求1所述的单、三相稀土永磁发电机,其特征在于转子磁钢采用压块和挡块固定在转子铁芯上,磁钢不开孔。
