本实用新型公开了一种既对胶料有很强的分散作用,又对胶料有很好的分布效果的等速切线型密炼机转子,它包括转子体,转子体上设有两组长短棱,其特征是转子截面[4]的迎胶面[1]与混炼室内壁[2]形成的楔形角α从转子端部往里,转子截面[4]逐渐变大,α角逐渐减小,其变化范围为25°~19°,本实用新型剪切能力强,混炼充分,炼胶效率高,质量好。

本实用新型涉及一种橡塑制品加工机械,具体地说是一种等速切线型密炼机转子。
背景技术:
在橡胶塑料工业中普遍使用的密炼机,转子形式直接影响胶料的质量和炼胶效率。在相切型转子的密炼机中,胶料分散主要依靠转子断面形状棱的迎胶面与混炼室内壁之间的高剪切楔形区,胶料分布主要取决于转子长、短棱的排列和各棱的螺旋角的大小。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种既对胶料有很强的分散作用,又对胶料有很好的分布效果的等速切线型密炼机转子。
本实用新型是采用如下技术方案实现其发明目的的,一种等速切线型密炼机转子,它包括转子体,转子体上设有两组长短棱,转子截面的迎胶面与混炼室内壁形成的楔形角α从转子端部往里,转子截面逐渐变大,α角逐渐减小,其变化范围为25°~19°。
本实用新型所述两组长短棱分别起始于转子的两端,向中间螺旋延伸,右旋短棱和右旋长棱的螺旋角θ1为28-32°,左旋短棱和左旋长棱的螺旋角θ2为33-37°,右旋短棱的长度L1大于左旋短棱的长度L3,右旋长棱的长度L2大于左旋长棱的长度L4。
由于采用上述技术方案,本实用新型较好的实现了发明目的,其剪切能力强,混炼充分,炼胶效率高,质量好。

由图1、图2可知,一种等速切线型密炼机转子,它包括转子体,转子体上设有两组长短棱,转子截面4的迎胶面1与混炼室内壁2形成的楔形角α从转子端部往里,转子截面4逐渐变大,α角逐渐减小,其变化范围为25°~19°。
本实用新型所述两组长短棱分别起始于转子的两端,向中间螺旋延伸,右旋短棱7和右旋长棱8的螺旋角θ1为28-32(本实施例为30)°,左旋短棱5和左旋长棱6的螺旋角θ2为33-37(本实施例为35)°,右旋短棱7的长度L1大于左旋短棱5的长度L3,右旋长棱8的长度L2大于左旋长棱6的长度L4。
本实用新型转子截面4的迎胶面1和背胶面分别由多段曲线组成,其中迎胶面1与混炼室内壁2形成的楔形角α较同规格的速比转子的小,其变化范围为25°~19°;同样胶料主要剪切区楔形区3较小,胶料通过时产生局部高压,剪切效果加强;转子截面4沿棱的方向渐变,从转子端部往里,转子截面4逐渐变大,α角逐渐减小,楔形区3也逐渐减小,α角最大减小量为3°~6°,即转子对胶料的剪切效果沿棱的方向是变化的。这样,每条棱在炼胶过程中所起的作用不同,棱的分布使胶料在混炼室内流动充分,无死角,并可根据不同的工艺采用相应的相位而实行无速比运转。

1、一种等速切线型密炼机转子,它包括转子体,转子体上设有两组长短棱,其特征是转子截面[4]的迎胶面[1]与混炼室内壁[2]形成的楔形角α从转子端部往里,转子截面[4]逐渐变大,α角逐渐减小,其变化范围为25°~19°。
2、根据权利要求1所述的等速切线型密炼机转子,其特征是两组长短棱分别起始于转子的两端,向中间螺旋延伸,右旋短棱[7]和右旋长棱[8]的螺旋角θ1为28-32°,左旋短棱[5]和左旋长棱[6]的螺旋角θ2为33-37°,右旋短棱[7]的长度L1大于左旋短棱[5]的长度L3,右旋长棱[8]的长度L2大于左旋长棱[6]的长度L4。
