发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种削皮刀，能快速方便地削瓜果的平直部分的皮，同时也能顺利地削瓜、果的弧形及不规则部分的皮，削皮方便、快速不会削掉瓜果的肉质部分，实用性强。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是在现有削皮刀柄的基础上，本实用新型的平直削皮刀前端部分形状是弯弧形。

本实用新型的工作原理是在现有平直削皮刀前端部分弯成弧形。因原来是平直削皮刀，只是在前端向左弯弧形，所以瓜果的平直部分用削皮刀的平直部分削皮，而瓜果的弯曲部分、不规则部分用削皮刀前端部分左弯形部分削皮，既能顺利地削皮，而向左弯曲弧形的原因是一般人拿刀是右手，左手拿瓜、果削皮，方便右手拿刀的人削皮。如是左手拿刀的人，则应该用向右弯弧形的削皮刀。
本实用新型的优点是能快速方便地削果皮的平直部分，就连不规则的瓜果皮也能方便、快速地削除，而且不会削掉瓜果的肉质部分，既实用又经济。
