Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种汽车车门密封条，分为上部发泡部分和下部的夹持部分，夹持部分为横置的n形框，n形框的上边框平面上靠外侧有与与车身安装翻边配合的定位凸台，靠向内侧设置有密封凸台，n形框的下边框上有与车身安装翻边配合的夹齿。本密封条通过把夹持部分的一边的夹齿修改成定位面，增加密封凸台和定位凸台，使密封条对车身安装翻边提供更加准确的定位，从而提高其密封性能。

背景技术
汽车车门密封条安装在汽车车体和车门之间的车门框的外周上，作用在于为汽车乘员仓提供可靠的密封性能。通常的车门密封条采用的结构见图1所示，它分为上部发泡部分1和下部的夹持部分2，夹持部分为横置的n形框，n形框内有上下相对的夹齿，这种结构，对被夹持的车身安装翻边没有定位基准，所以密封条在安装好后，由于没有定位基准，两边的夹齿变形不稳定，造成密封条安装定位不准确，影响密封性。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的问题，提供一种汽车车门密封条，通过合理设计其断面结构，提高密封条的密封性能。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
一种汽车车门密封条，分为上部发泡部分和下部的夹持部分，夹持部分为横置的n形框，n形框的上边框平面上靠外侧有与与车身安装翻边配合的定位凸台，靠向内侧设置有密封凸台，n形框的下边框上有与车身安装翻边配合的夹齿。
本密封条通过把夹持部分的一边的夹齿修改成定位面，增加密封凸台和定位凸台，使密封条对车身安装翻边提供更加准确的定位，从而提高其密封性能。

参见图2，本车门密封条分为上部发泡部分1和下部的夹持部分2，夹持部分2为横置的n形框，n形框的上边框平面上靠外侧有与车身安装翻边配合的定位凸台21，靠向内侧设置有密封凸台22，n形框的下边框上有与车身安装翻边配合的夹齿23。
