本实用新型是一种集成净化塔。包括净化塔筒体、进气管、出气管,其特征在于在进气管上设有一鼓泡净化进气管通入净化塔筒体中的净化液里;在净化塔筒体内,倾斜进气管之上设有一塔内填料层,在净化塔出气口处设有一出气口填料层,在净化塔筒体上部设有净化液喷淋器,下部为净化液;在净化塔筒体与冷却塔筒体之间设有一沉淀槽,在冷却塔筒体内设有冷却管,并在其上设有折流板,在净化塔筒体与冷却塔筒体之间连接有净化液循环管,管道上设置泵。本实用新型在一套设备中完成多种净化功能,既能脱除气体中的粉尘、煤焦油和其它大颗粒杂质,又能对于气体中的超细形态和气态有害物质如二氧化硫等脱除,净化效果好,减少净化投资成本,减少净化所用设备的占地面积。
Description
集成净化塔技术领域本实用新型涉及气体净化设备,具体地说是集成净化塔。 背景技术现有的用于烟气的净化器主要是干式除尘(如旋风除尘器等)或湿式除 尘单独运行,其功能比较单一,如要脱除气体中的复杂物质则需要多种设备 分段运行,导致设备繁多,投资巨大。 发明内容本实用新型的目的是提供一种将干式除尘和湿式净化结合的集成净化 塔,既能脱除气体中的粉尘、煤焦油和其它大颗粒杂质,又能对于气体中的 超细形态和气态有害物质如二氧化硫等脱除。本实用新型的技术方案为:集成净化塔,包括净化塔筒体、进气管、出 气管等,其特征在于在进气管上设有一鼓泡净化进气管通入净化塔筒体中的 净化液里;在净化塔筒体内,倾斜进气管之上设有一塔内填料层,在净化塔 出气口处设有一出气口填料层,在净化塔筒体上部设有净化液喷淋器,下部 为净化液;在净化塔筒体与冷却塔筒体之间设有一沉淀槽,在冷却塔筒体内 设有冷却管,并在其上设有折流板,在净化塔筒体与冷却塔筒体之间连接有 净化液循环管,管道上设置泵。此外,在净化塔筒体壁上设有一倾斜进气管,倾斜进气管与鼓泡净化进 气管之间有一切换控制阀。在沉淀槽中设置一过滤筛网。本实用新型与现有技术比较的有益效果是:将干式除尘和湿式净化结合 在一起,采用旋风除尘、鼓泡吸收、水膜吸附、喷淋洗涤、化学物质吸收等 多重净化单元集成于一个统一的系统内,既能脱除气体中的粉尘、煤焦油和 其它大颗粒杂质,又能对于气体中的超细形态和气态有害物质如二氧化硫等 脱除。在一套设备中完成多种净化功能,并且净化效果好,减少净化投资成 本,减少净化所用设备的占地面积。 附图说明图1是本实用新型的集成净化塔结构示意图。图中,1_手孔,2 —喷淋器,3 —净化塔筒体,4一倾斜进气管,5_切换阀,6 —进气管,7 —鼓泡净化进气管,8 —净化塔排污口, 9一净化液,10 — 沉淀槽,ll一过滤筛网,12 —冷却塔排污口, 13 —冷却塔筒体,14一泵,15 一折流板,16 —冷却管,17 —冷却液出口, 18 —冷却液进口, 19一塔内填料 层,20—出气口填料层,21 —出气口, 22 —净化液循环管。 具体实施方式如图1所示,本实用新型的集成净化塔包括净化塔筒体、进气管、出气 管、填料层和喷淋器等。在进气管6上设有一鼓泡净化进气管7通入净化塔 筒体3内的净化液9内用于鼓泡净化;在净化塔筒体3上设有倾斜进气管4, 使气体在筒体内高速旋转;倾斜进气管4与鼓泡净化进气管7之间有一切换 控制阀5,使气体可切换进入净化液9;净化塔筒体内的倾斜进气管4之上设 有一塔内填料层19,用于吸附净化;在净化塔出气口处设有一出气口填料层 20,用于吸附净化;在净化塔筒体上部设有净化液9的喷淋器2,用于喷淋净 化;在净化塔筒体3与冷却塔筒体13之间设有一沉淀槽10,在沉淀槽10中 设置一过滤筛网11,用于过滤净化液9中的杂物;在冷却塔筒体13内设有冷 却管16用于冷却液的进出,并在其上设有折流板15,提高换热效率;在净化 塔筒体与冷却塔筒体之间连接有净化液循环管22,用于将净化液9通过此管 道循环作为喷淋净化的净化液来源,净化液循环动力由在管道上设置泵14提 供。工作原理:气体在净化液中鼓泡,气体中的大颗粒物质如粉尘、煤焦油等被净化液 吸附的同时,气体中的超细物质和气态有害物质与净化液发生化学反应,脱 除气体之外,气体上行经塔内填料层吸附、洗涤后进入出气口填料层再次净化;如气体中的大颗粒物质过多时,可打开切换阀,使气体射入净化塔筒体 内高速旋转,脱除大颗粒物质后,气体上行经塔内填料层吸附、洗涤后进入 出气口填料层再次净化。

1、一种集成净化塔,包括净化塔筒体、进气管、出气管,其特征在于在进气管(6)上设有一鼓泡净化进气管(7)通入净化塔筒体(3)中的净化液(9)里;在净化塔筒体(3)内,倾斜进气管(4)之上设有一塔内填料层(19),在净化塔出气口处设有一出气口填料层(20),在净化塔筒体(3)上部设有净化液喷淋器(2),下部为净化液(9);在净化塔筒体(3)与冷却塔筒体(13)之间设有一沉淀槽(10),在冷却塔筒体(13)内设有冷却管(16),并在其上设有折流板(15),在净化塔筒体(3)与冷却塔筒体(13)之间连接有净化液循环管(22),管道上设置泵(14)。
2、 根据权利要求1所述的集成净化塔,其特征在于在净化塔筒体(3)壁 上设有一倾斜进气管(4),倾斜进气管(4)与鼓泡净化进气管(7)之间有一切换 控制阀(5)。
