Abstract
本实用新型涉及电缆连接器技术领域,尤其涉及一种插针插孔式配同轴波纹电缆连接器。其具有壳体,内部设置有插针,插针与壳体之间由绝缘子分隔并支撑,壳体上设置与电缆外导体焊接的焊接端,插针尾端设置有供电缆内导体插接的弹性夹接头。本实用新型与同轴波纹电缆的配接性能好,同时成本较低。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及电缆连接器技术领域,尤其涉及一种插针插孔式配同轴波纹电缆连接器。
背景技术
目前的插针插孔式同轴电缆连接器产品的结构主要为焊接式与弹性夹接式两类。
焊接式即连接器的插针和壳体分别与同轴电缆的内导体和外导体焊接,这种结构的优点是省材料,缺点是装配及焊接比较麻烦,其三介互调性能很大程度上取决于电缆的内外导体与连接器焊接的一致性,并且当电缆弯曲或因为温度变化时容易引起内导体装配尺寸的变化,影响到连接器的系统性能。
弹性夹接式即连接器的插针与电缆的内导体、壳体与电缆的外导体均采用弹性夹接的方式连接,这种结构的优点是加工、装配都比较方便,配接尺寸的稳定性也较稳定,缺点是成本较高,耗材大。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种与同轴波纹电缆的配接性能好,同时成本较低的连接器。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种插针插孔式配同轴波纹电缆连接器,具有壳体,内部设置有插针,插针与壳体之间由绝缘子分隔并支撑,所述壳体上设置有与电缆外导体焊接的焊接端,插针尾端设置有供电缆内导体插接的弹性夹接头。
本实用新型的有益效果是:与同轴波纹电缆的配接性能好,同时成本较低。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种插针插孔式配同轴波纹电缆连接器,具有壳体1,内部设置有插针2,插针2与壳体1之间由绝缘子分隔并支撑,壳体1上设置有与电缆外导体焊接的焊接端11,插针2尾端设置有供电缆内导体插接的弹性夹接头21。
如图2所示,连接器在与同轴波纹电缆连接时,将电缆头端割露出的内导体插入连接器的插针2尾端的弹性夹接头21中,露出的外导体则与连接器壳体1的焊接端11焊接好。
为了适应不同的安装需求,本实用新型还可有另外一种实施方式,即壳体可以做成组合式,如图3所示,把壳体做成两部分,分为外壳与内壳,外壳与连接器套头连接,外壳与内壳采用夹接式连接方式,插针设置在内壳中,插针与内壳之间由绝缘子分隔并支撑,插针尾短有夹接头与电缆内导体夹接,内壳上有焊接端与电缆外导体焊接。这样可以通过更换外壳,连接器即可更换套头以适应不同的安装需求。
本实用新型结合同轴波纹电缆连接器以往的焊接式与弹性夹接式两种结构方式,分别取其优点,形成一种新的结构方式,即:连接器壳体与电缆外导体采用焊接方式连接,这是由于电缆外导体为铜材料,不易受热变形;而电缆内导体与连接器插针的连接采用弹性夹接方式连接,这样当电缆内导体受热膨胀或弯曲变形时,可以保正其装配尺寸不发生变化。本实用新型采用这样的结构方式,既可以省材料,节约成本,又能保证其配接尺寸的一致性,能够保证连接器与电缆连接后的三介互调性能以及电压驻波比的稳定性。
Claims (1)
1.一种插针插孔式配同轴波纹电缆连接器,具有壳体(1),内部设置有插针(2),插针(2)与壳体(1)之间由绝缘子分隔并支撑,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)上设置有与同轴电缆的外导体焊接的焊接端(11),插针(2)尾端设置有供电缆内导体插接的弹性夹接头(21)。
