本实用新型涉及一种轴承,更具体地说,是涉及一种内锁式双列圆锥滚子轴承。
背景技术
目前,双列圆锥滚子轴承结构中,轴承两个内圈依靠锁圈在外径方向锁紧,使得轴承在运输及装配中不至于散套,然而由于锁圈位于轴承内部,装配相当困难,装配质量也很难控制,锁圈是否进入正确位置也很难判定,如果锁圈没装配到位,致使轴承内圈在受轴向力时很容易从轴承中脱落,从而导致产品在用户装机时常出现轴承散套现象。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种内锁式双列圆锥滚子轴承,以解决现有外径锁紧式结构的双列圆锥滚子轴承在装配过程中,经常发生锁圈装配不到位而且很难检验发现,从而导致产品在用户装机时常出现轴承散套问题。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型通过以下技术方案予以实现:
本实用新型所提供的内锁式双列圆锥滚子轴承,包括一个外圈、二个保持架、二排滚子、二个内圈和一个锁圈,二个内圈的内端面相互接触,其特征在于,在以两个内圈结合部为中心的内圈体外部开有一个安置锁圈的环形凹槽,所述环形凹槽由两个半圆形等径凹槽构成,所述锁圈沿内径方向卡置在两凹槽内。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:
1)将轴承的锁圈由沿轴承的外径方向改为沿内径方向锁紧内圈,使得锁圈由位于轴承内部变成位于轴承外部,以致锁圈的装配质量很容易检验发现和得到控制,避免了因锁圈装配不到位导致的轴承散套问题。
2)当产品存在缺陷或装配不当导致总成需要返工时,内锁圈由于内径受到轮毂轴颈的限制,无法向内收缩,当受轴向拉力时,可以帮助将另一内圈从轴颈上取下。
3)这种内锁式轴承结构由于安装和拆卸方便,所以很容易实现产品装配自动化、极大地提高生产效率和降低生产成本。

见图1所示,现有技术中的双列圆锥滚子轴承结构,轴承两个内圈依靠锁圈在外径方向锁紧,锁圈位于轴承内部,因而存在装配困难及装配质量很难控制等问题。
见图2所示,本实用新型的内锁式双列圆锥滚子轴承,也包括一个外圈1、二个保持架2、二排滚子3、二个内圈4和一个锁圈5,二个内圈的内端面相互接触,但与现有技术的区别在于:在以两个内圈结合部为中心的内圈体外部开有一个安置锁圈的环形凹槽,所述环形凹槽由两个半圆形等径凹槽6构成,所述锁圈5沿内径方向卡置在两凹槽6内。
