目前,空气污染主要来自工业的烟气排放,特别像大型的锅炉、窑炉等,它 们所排放的烟气如果不进行除尘等处理,就直接排放到空气中,则对空气的污 染是相当大的,如空气中的烟尘含量过高,对人的呼吸道、肺等危害十分大, 严重影响了人们的身体健康。
所以无论是从环保角度,还是从影响人们的身体健康角度,工业烟气的排 放,都必须进行除尘等一系列的处理,才能排放到大气中。现在,锅炉、窑炉 等大型炉的除尘设备一般存在以下缺点:l.结构比较复杂,不易在原有基础上 进行安装,也不易维修,维修成本高;2.除尘效果不理想;3.价格比较昂贵, 不适合中小型企业的使用,不易推广和普及。 实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、除尘效果好、方便 安装和维修的水浸式烟气除尘器。

如图1和图2所示,水浸式烟气除尘器,包括封闭的除尘器壳体l,所述 除尘器壳体1内盛装有除尘液3,所述除尘器壳体1的上部设有进液口 11,所 述除尘器壳体1的下部设有排液口 12,所述除尘器壳体1 一端设有进烟管2, 另一端设有排烟管5,所述进烟管2插接在所述除尘器壳体1内,所述进烟管2 末端垂直于所述除尘液3液面,且末端管口为倾斜截面状的椭圆管口,所述管 口局部浸在除尘液中,且所述进烟管2椭圆管口背向所述排烟管5方向,即当 烟气从所述进烟管2进入所述除尘器壳体1时,由于所述管口只有部分浸在水 中,故烟气在压力作用下可以将水吹起,先将所述烟气中的烟尘除去一部分, 由于所述烟气本身带有一定的热量,所以通入一段时间后,便会形成水蒸气,
所述烟气便和水蒸气混在一起,便于烟气的迸一步除尘和过滤,而且所述椭圆 管口背向所述排烟管方向,这是为了使烟气和水蒸气充分混合,防止烟气因过
早的排出而未被净化;此外所述进烟管2的椭圆管口只有局部浸在除尘液中是 因为:当所述椭圆管口全部在液面以上时,所述除尘液3对烟尘的吸收效果不 好;当所述椭圆管口全部插在液面以下时,如果鼓风机和抽风机停止,那么所 述烟气自身则不能实现流通,那么这就会导致锅炉等因空气不流通而熄灭。
所述除尘器壳体1内的除尘液3液面上方的烟气通道中设有将所述烟气通 道分割成若干除尘段的除尘百页窗4,由于不断地向所述除尘器壳体1内通入 烟气,所以早进入所述除尘器内地烟气和水蒸气混合,形成混合气体,所述混 合气体向所述排烟管5端流动,在流动过程中,所述混合气体要经过所述除尘 百叶窗4,混合气体通过所述除尘百页窗4时冷凝于所述百业传4,顺而留下, 达到除尘地目的。
所述排烟管5也插接在所述除尘器壳体1内,所述排烟管5的管口安装有 集烟装置,所述集烟装置的烟气入口贴近所述除尘液3液面;所述集烟装置包 括与所述排烟管5连接且下端面接近水位的筒形壳体6,所述壳体6内并排设 有若干垂直的管7。即对到达所述排气管5端的气体进行进一步的除尘和降温。
所述除尘器壳体1底部设有若干将其底部分隔成若干沉渣区的隔板8。这 种结构设置有利于分段除渣,提髙净化效率。
所述除尘液一般是由水和氢氧化钙组成,即除尘液也有饱和的时候,当所 述除尘器内的除尘液3达到饱和时,可将除尘液3从所述排渣口 12排出,从所 述进液口 11更换新的除尘液3。

1.水浸式烟气除尘器,包括封闭的除尘器壳体(1),所述除尘器壳体(1)一端设有进烟管(2),所述除尘器壳体(1)的另一端设有排烟管(5),所述除尘器壳体(1)内盛装有除尘液(3),其特征在于:所述进烟管(2)插接在所述除尘器壳体(1)内,所述进烟管(2)末端垂直于所述除尘液(3)液面,且末端管口为倾斜截面状的椭圆管口,所述管口局部浸在除尘液中;所述除尘器壳体(1)内的除尘液(3)液面上方的烟气通道中设有将所述烟气通道分割成若干除尘段的除尘百页窗(4)。
