Description
一种二次加热的电热水器技术领域本实用新型涉及一种淋浴用的电热水器,特别是一种二次 加热的电热水器。 背景技术目前,传统的淋浴电热水器通常分为蓄水式和即热式两 种。蓄水式热水器的优点是:功率小、出水量大,可是由于其 体积较大从而导致加热时间长、热量容易散失,通常要进行通 电保温,所以较为耗电,另外为了防止电热管上结垢,通常需 要定期进行保养;对于即热式热水器,其优点是出热水的等候时间短、体积小,但缺点是功率过高、出水量小,所以无法符合人们的使用要求。发明内容为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种功率小、 同时又能快速供热水的二次加热的电热水器。本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是: 一种二次加热的电热水器,其包括连接有进水管和出水管 的储水胆,储水胆内设置有电发热管,所述储水胆内设置有电 发热管水温感测器,所述出水管上连接有即热式水加温组合 件,所述出水管上设置有连接即热式水加温组合件的水流量检测开关;
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述的即热式水加温组合件包 括与出水管相通的套管,套管内设置有电热管;所述的储水胆 内的电发热管与即热式水加温组合件内的电热管之间连接有 切换电路;所述即热式水加温组合件的出水管上设置有温度感 测器;作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述储水胆底部设置有 排污阀;所述进水管上设置有止回阀;所述出水管上设置加压 水泵。本实用新型的有益效果是:首先电发热管对储水胆内的水 进行预热,当储水胆内的水达到预定温度时,水温感测器控制 电发热管停止工作,当打开水龙头或沐浴头时,储水胆内的温 水进入即热式水加温组合件,流量检测开关控制即热式水加温 组合件内的电热管通电发热,对流经套管内的水进行加热,本 产品使用储水胆的预热设计和即热式水加温组合件二次加热 的结构,使得产品具有省时省电,热效率高、出热水量大、功 率低的优点,从而可以广泛应用于家庭、宾馆、招待所等地方。 附图说明下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进一步说明。 图1是本实用新型的结构示意图。 具体实施方式参照图l, 一种二次加热的电热水器,其包括连接有进水 管11和出水管12的储水胆1,储水胆1内设置有电发热管2,
所述储水胆1内设置有电发热管水温感测器3,所述出水管12 上连接有即热式水加温组合件4,所述出水管12上设置有连 接即热式水加温组合件4的水流量检测开关5。所述的即热式 水加温组合件4包括与出水管12相通的套管41,套管4内设 置有电热管42;当然即热式水加温组合件4也不限于上述结 构,按照实际需要还可以采用其它常见的结构形式,总之以基 本相同的手段达到本实用新型的技术效果,都应属于本实用新 型的保护范围。另外,本产品在即热式水加温组合件4的出水 管上设置有温度感测器6,以控制电热管42的电流,保证不 同水量时都保证恒温出水。本产品为了防止使用时功率过高,储水胆1内的电发热 管2与即热式水加温组合件4内的电热管42之间连接有切换 电路,保证电发热管2与电热管42不会同时通电发热,当电 热管42启动的时候,电发热管2不管是否进行保温都立即停 止工作。本产品在储水胆1底部设置有排污阀8,以便于储水胆l 的清理;另外,在进水管11上设置有止回阀7,保证储水胆1 内的水从进水管ll流出;为了保证本实用新型在低水压地区 的正常使用,本产品还在出水管12上设置加压水泵9。本产品的工作原理是:首先向储水胆1注水,水满后启动 电发热管2,使其对储水胆1内的水进行预热,温度设置可以 根据季节的不同进行调节,如夏季将温度设置为30°即无需
预热,春、秋季将温度设置为35。,冬季将温度设置为40。, 由于水溶性矿物质(如碳酸钙等)于65°时才与水析离,而 电发热管2的温度较低,故不易结水垢。当储水胆1内的水达 到预定温度的时候,水温感测器3控制电发热管2停止工作, 当需要热水时.打开水龙头或沐浴头,储水胆1内的温水进入 即热式水加温组合件4,流量检测开关5控制即热式水加温组 合件4内的电热管42通电发热,对流经套管41内的水进行加 热,通常控制即热式水加温组合件4出水时的温度为65° , 需要调节水温时,可转动水龙头或沐浴头上的冷水旋钮,将冷 水混入以调节所需水温。当需要更高的水温或出水管12的水温太低时.可停止出 水,此时切换电蹄控制关闭电热管42并启动电发热管2,对 储水胆1内的水进行预热,一旦储水胆1内的水温达到预定温 度,水温感测器3断开电发热管2的供电。此时打开出水旋钮 即热式水加温组合件4工作,出水口就能流出较高温的热水, 如果储水胆l内热水未被使用,储水胆l内的水温则自然冷却, 降至预定温度后水温感测器3控制电发热管2重新工作,热水 器进入保温状态。本实用新型使用储水胆1的预热设计和即热式水加温组合 件4二次加热的结构,使得产品具有省时省电,热效率高、出热水量大、功率低的优点,从而可以广泛应用于家庭、宾馆、 招待所等地方。

1.一种二次加热的电热水器,其包括连接有进水管(11)和出水管(12)的储水胆(1),储水胆(1)内设置有电发热管(2),其特征在于:所述储水胆(1)内设置有电发热管水温感测器(3),所述出水管(12)上连接有即热式水加温组合件(4),所述出水管(12)上设置有连接即热式水加温组合件(4)的水流量检测开关(5)。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种二次加热的电热水器,其特征在 于:所述的即热式水加温组合件(4)包括与出水管(12) 相通的套管(41),套管(4)内设置有电热管(42)。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种二次加热的电热水器,其特征在 于:所述储水胆(1)内的电发热管(2)与即热式水加温组 合件(4)内的电热管(42)之间连接有切换电路。
4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种二次加热的电热水器,其特征在 于:所述即热式水加温组合件(4)的出水管上设置有温度 感测器(6)。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种二次加热的电热水器,其特征在 于:所述储水胆(1)底部设置有排污阀(8)。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种二次加热的电热水器,其特征在 于:所述进水管(11)上设置有止回阀(7)。
7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种二次加热的电热水器,其特征在 于:所述出水管(12)上设置加压水泵(9)。
