本实用新型公开了一种硬管固定装置，包括凸焊自攻螺柱(1)、管夹本体(2)，管夹本体(2)的左右两侧设有与制动硬管管径相应的夹臂(3)，其特征在于：在管夹本体(2)的顶部设有与自攻螺柱(1)形成间隙配合的盲孔(4)，其直径大于自攻螺柱(1)大端的直径，盲孔(4)的回转中心与管夹本体(2)左右对称线重合，在盲孔(4)内部设有塑料的花键键槽。本实用新型与现有技术相比，结构简单，装配方便，并同时具有隔离和固定的功能，可以反复装配和拆卸，维修成本低。

背景技术：
汽车的制动硬管在整车布置时，为了节约空间，经常几根制动硬管并排排列，每个制动硬管要固体在车体，同时所有制动管之间要分开，避免相互干扰，常用的硬管固定装置分为两大类，一类为金属材料类，包括管夹、管夹支架、螺栓、螺母等零件，装配繁琐，生产效率低；另一类为工程塑料类，包括一次性管夹，其拆卸后即被破坏，增加了客户的维修成本。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种装配方便，可以反复使用的硬管固定装置。
本实用新型解决技术问题的技术方案为：一种硬管固定装置，包括凸焊自攻螺柱、管夹本体，管夹本体的左右两侧设有与制动硬管管径相应的夹臂，在管夹本体的顶部设有与自攻螺柱形成间隙配合的盲孔，其直径大于自攻螺柱大端的直径，盲孔的回转中心与管夹本体左右对称线重合，在盲孔内部设有塑料的花键键槽。
为了增加制动硬管的固定，在本管夹本体的下部设有腰形的通孔。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，结构简单，装配方便，并同时具有隔离和固定的功能，可以反复装配和拆卸，维修成本低。

下面结合图1、2对本实用新型作详细的说明。
一种硬管固定装置，包括凸焊自攻螺柱1、管夹本体2，管夹本体2的左右两侧设有与制动硬管管径相应的夹臂3，在管夹本体2的顶部设有与自攻螺柱1形成间隙配合的盲孔4，其直径大于自攻螺柱1大端的直径，盲孔4的回转中心与本体2左右对称线重合，在盲孔4内部设有塑料的花键键槽5。
为了增加制动硬管的固定，在本管夹本体的下部设有腰形的通孔6。
装配时，将管夹本体2顺时针旋入凸焊自攻螺柱1中，凸焊自攻螺柱1在塑料花键键槽5上形成螺纹，通过螺纹连接而将管夹本体2与凸焊自攻螺柱1联接在一起，再将制动硬管固定在夹臂3即可；拆卸时先将制动硬管从夹臂3上卸下，逆时针旋转管夹本体2，管夹本体2就能完好无损的拆下来，继续使用。

1.一种硬管固定装置，包括凸焊自攻螺柱(1)、管夹本体(2)，管夹本体(2)的左右两侧设有与制动硬管管径相应的夹臂(3)，其特征在于：在管夹本体(2)的顶部设有与自攻螺柱(1)形成间隙配合的盲孔(4)，其直径大于自攻螺柱(1)大端的直径，盲孔(4)的回转中心与管夹本体(2)左右对称线重合，在盲孔(4)内部设有塑料的花键键槽(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种硬管固定装置，其特征在于：在管夹本体(2)的下部设有腰形的通孔(6)。
