本实用新型涉及真空泵制造技术，特别是一种滑阀真空泵的副油箱装置，在泵主体(1)的一侧安装副油箱(7)，该副油箱的进油管(9)与泵主体内的主油箱底部连通，出油管(3)与泵主体内的油泵进油孔连通，副油箱的底部设有排污阀(8)，副油箱(7)内设有可拆卸板式过滤器(11)把副油箱分为进油腔(71)和出油腔(72)。本实用新型由于增加副油箱后，水份和灰尘都在副油箱内被沉淀和过滤，使主油箱内的润滑油保持清洁；平时只要定期清理副油箱，清洗板式过滤器和筒式过滤器即可，维修工作量大为减少，保证了真空泵在相当长时间内的正常运行，降低企业的维修成本。

背景技术：
滑阀式真空泵是应用行业广泛的一种真空获得设备，其有一个主油箱和油泵为真空泵提供循环润滑。滑阀真空泵所抽的气体通常含有水份和灰尘，这些东西进入泵内会严重影响真空度，并加快磨损，整机性能指标变劣，严重时会使油路堵塞，使泵咬死，影响了应用企业的正常生产。为避免发生上述这些问题，须频繁换油和维修，工作量大，增加使用成本。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是设计一种滑阀真空泵的副油箱装置，使滑阀真空泵能在相当长时间内无需换油和维修。
本实用新型一种滑阀真空泵的副油箱装置，其特征在于在泵主体的一侧安装副油箱，该副油箱的进油管与泵主体内的主油箱底部连通，出油管与泵主体内的油泵进油孔连通，副油箱的底部设有排污阀。
副油箱通过三角支架与泵主体固定连接。
副油箱内设有可拆卸板式过滤器，该板式过滤器把副油箱分为进油腔和出油腔，该二内腔分别与进油管、出油管连通。
进油管的管接设于副油箱的较低位置，出油管的管接设于副油箱的较高位置。
副油箱出油管接内侧设置有筒式过滤器。
本实用新型由于增加副油箱后，水份和灰尘都在所述副油箱内被沉淀和过滤，使主油箱内的润滑油保持清洁；平时只要定期清理副油箱，清洗板式过滤器和筒式过滤器即可，维修周期大大延长，而且简单方便，维修工作量大为减少，保证了真空泵在相当长时间内整机的正常运行，降低了应用企业的维修成本及生产成本。

具体实施方式：
参照图1，具有进气口2和排气口5的滑阀真空泵的泵主体1的一侧通过三角支架10与泵主体固定连接安装副油箱7，该副油箱的进油管9与泵主体1内的主油箱4底部连通，出油管3与泵主体1内的油泵进油孔连通，副油箱的顶部设有加油口6，底部设有排污阀8。
参照图2、图3，副油箱7内设有可拆卸板式过滤器11，该板式过滤器把副油箱分为进油腔71和出油腔72，以使从主油箱4流入的油经板式过滤器11过滤后进入出油腔72；进油管9的管接91设于副油箱的较低位置，并与进油腔71连通，出油管3的管接31设于副油箱的较高位置，并与出油腔72连通，在副油箱7出油管接31内侧再设置有筒式过滤器13，以进一步过滤，保证经沉淀和过滤的清洁油进入到泵主体1内。副油箱7的上部侧壁设有油位观察窗12。
Claims (5)
1.一种滑阀真空泵的副油箱装置，其特征在于在泵主体(1)的一侧安装副油箱(7)，该副油箱的进油管(9)与泵主体内的主油箱底部连通，出油管(3)与泵主体内的油泵进油孔连通，副油箱的底部设有排污阀(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滑阀真空泵的副油箱装置，其特征在于副油箱(7)通过三角支架(10)与泵主体(1)固定连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的滑阀真空泵的副油箱装置，其特征在于副油箱(7)内设有可拆卸板式过滤器(11)，该板式过滤器把副油箱分为进油腔(71)和出油腔(72)，该二内腔分别与进油管(9)、出油管(3)连通。
4.根据权利要求3所述的滑阀真空泵的副油箱装置，其特征在于进油管(9)的管接(91)设于副油箱的较低位置，出油管(3)的管接(31)设于副油箱的较高位置。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的滑阀真空泵的副油箱装置，其特征在于副油箱出油管接(31)内侧设置有筒式过滤器(13)。
