Installation requirement
(1) fluted disc 4 should be fastened on the fluted disc installation place by bolt, and firm welding forbids that axially string is moving simultaneously.
(2) fluted disc frequency measurement sensor 1,2 should be installed firmly, its probe face should be parallel with fluted disc 4 outer tangent planes, and at interval do not exceed 4.0mm~4.5mm with the fluted disc tangent plane, guarantee that simultaneously unit does not exceed the upper and lower end face of fluted disc near the probe face of switch in the whole service process.
