本实用新型的内容:是为简易数控车床提供一种整体床身,它不仅减少了床身的零部件的数量,提高了床身的刚性和精度保持性,还减少了原材料和能源的浪费。
其技术方案是:简易数控车床整体床身呈长方形,在床身中间有一长方形斜槽直通床身尾部外面,床身为平床身,底部安装平面的四个地脚钉孔布置在床身的外面。
由于采用了上述方案,简化了简易数控车床的床身结构,提高了床身的刚性和精度的保持性,且结构简单、易于实现,且经济效益显著。
