本实用新型提供了一种环保节能燃煤的酿酒锅炉,包括有炉体(1)汽水分离室(2)蒸汽引出管(3)蒸汽常压水封管(4)正向燃烧室(5)正逆向燃烧室(6)余燃室(9)烟气出口(10)排气阀(8)水位计(7)鼓风进口(11),其特征是炉体(1)前部设计开设2个双向燃烧室,3个出灰室,烟气经过余燃室,进入后部对流段传热,经烟气出口(10)进入引风机排入大气,蒸汽经汽水分离室(2)进入蒸汽引出管(3)供应酿酒蒸锅,由炉体下部开设常压水封管,锅炉安全可靠,炉体水容量大,一次加水满足每蒸锅用汽水量,蒸汽稳定,出酒率高速度快,燃烧方式采用双向双层结构,煤质适应性广泛,既消烟环保又节约能源,是传统烧锅酿酒的最佳产品。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种燃煤酿酒锅炉,确切的说是涉及一种燃煤酿酒锅炉(烧锅)的更新换代产品。
背景技术
现有小型酿酒企业使用的“穿心锅式土造烧锅”锅炉,主要是排烟排尘问题严重,耗煤量大,热效率低,浪费能源酿酒成本高。随着煤炭价格增高,环保生态的要求,企业需要一种小型0.2-1吨/时蒸汽酿酒常压蒸汽炉,且既安全可靠,又节能环保,结构简便造价低。
有鉴于此,为了克服上述缺点,本创作人根据自己的实际经验及技术理念,经研究、开发,而终有本实用新型产生。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决在原小型传统酿酒工艺的过程基础上,怎样解决锅炉的安全稳定燃烧供气。能够燃烧价格较低的混煤,烟尘排放达到环保的要求,提高锅炉的热效率,节约耗煤量,降低生产成本问题,提供一种结构简便实用的环保节能酿酒锅炉

具体实施方式
本实用新型具体实施方式如图所示,包括有炉体(1)汽水分离室(2)蒸汽引出管(3)蒸汽常压水封管(4)炉内设置正向燃烧室(5)正逆向燃烧室(6)余燃室(9)烟气出口(10)鼓风进口(11)锅炉底座(12)排气阀(8)水位计(7)。
其结构特征是炉体(1)前部侧面开设正向燃烧室,另一侧上下开设带有水冷炉排的逆向燃烧室及余燃室,燃料经过正向炉门投入进行燃烧,火焰进入上侧逆向燃烧室,对逆向燃烧室的燃料加速上下双面净化燃烧,净化的高温烟气经过余燃室进入炉体后部对流传热管束换热,最终由烟气出口进入引风机排入大气。
蒸汽量在水位计的监控下进入汽水分离室,由蒸汽引出管引入酿酒蒸锅,每一蒸锅出酒后结束,打开排气阀。锅炉运行压力由蒸汽常压水封管进行控制,酿酒蒸锅不易因压力过大“穿锅”影响出酒率,锅炉确保在常压蒸汽压力下运行安全可靠。
综上所述,本实用新型提升了使用功效,具有实用性,符合实用新型专利各要件,故依法提出实用新型专利申请。

1、一种环保节能燃煤的酿酒锅炉,包括有炉体(1)汽水分离室(2)蒸汽引出管(3)蒸汽常压水封管(4)炉内设置正向燃烧室(5)正逆向燃烧室(6)余燃室(9)及对流传热管束,烟气出口烟道(10)鼓风进口风道(11)炉体下部底座清灰室(12),其特征是炉体燃烧室由正向(5)正逆向(6)及余热室(9)所构成炉内消烟除尘节能原理,蒸汽常压水封管(4)设在炉体最底部位,上部开设排气阀(8)水位计(7)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的酿酒锅炉,其特征是蒸汽引出管(3)由汽水分离室(2)引出,正向燃烧室(5)与正逆向燃烧室(6)分左右布置,烟气出口烟道与后部对流段连接,正向室下部开设鼓风进口风道(11)炉体下部开设蒸汽常压水封管(6)上部开设排气阀(8)。
