Abstract
本实用新型提供一结构设计合理,使用方便的一次性呼末供氧气管(支气管)内导管。该一次性呼末供氧气管(支气管)内导管,包括:设有呼末接头的气管(支气管)内导管和供氧导管,其特征在于:呼末接头同时具备呼末二氧化碳分压监测采样探头作用;所述供氧导管设置在气管(支气管)内导管壁中。如此既避免了供氧导管制作在内横截面增加呼吸道阻力,又避免了供氧导管制作在外管身切割、挤压气管粘膜等软组织;供氧导管的供氧流量也大为提高。

技术领域
本实用新型一般地涉及一种医疗器械,特别地涉及一种一次性呼末供氧气 管(支气管)内导管。
背景技术
目前,国内外在临床麻醉与复苏中使用的气管内导管(或支气管内导管) 其呼吸通气类型均为气管内导管型。由于该器械在临床应用中存在呼吸阻力、 死腔量及重复吸入三大问题,因而对临床麻醉的安全性及复苏的成功率存在一 定威胁性,尤其是对儿童及重危病人的呼吸通气更为不利。
中国专利ZL97242268.4提供了一种一次性供氧气管(支气管)内导管, 其包括气管内导管接口、气管(支气管)内导管,其特征在于;在所述气管(支 气管)内导管的管壁上设有供氧导管。
但其存在以下不足:管壁上设有供氧导管易损伤呼吸道软组织,在管壁内 增加呼吸道阻力;技术特征中"供氧导管前端以不出气管内导管为度"表述不 清晰,不利于本领域技术人员实现;供氧导管接头无封闭功能;气管内导管接 头不能同时具备呼末二氧化碳监测采样探头作用,呼末二氧化碳监测时还需要 另加接头,从而增加了管道长度及相应的呼吸道阻力、死腔量及重复吸入。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一结构设计合理,使用方便,同时具备呼末二氧 化碳监测采样探头作用的一次性供氧气管(支气管)内导管。'
本实用新型所解决的技术问题可以采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种一次性呼末供氧气管(支气管)内导管,包括:设有呼末接头的气管 (支气管)内导管和供氧导管,其特征在于:所述供氧导管设置在气管(支气 管)内导管壁中。呼末接头同时具有呼末二氧化碳采样探头功能。
本实用新型中,为了可适度增粗供氧导管,并使其适度外凸而不损伤气道
软组织,所述供氧导管可以设置在气管(支气管)内导管内弧或外弧壁中,既 可解决供氧导管氧流量问题,又能解决增大气管(支气管)内导管呼吸阻力问 题。
由于供氧导管出口靠近气管(支气管)内导管斜面,持续的供氧气流会损 伤斜面以外的气管粘膜组织,所述供氧导管出口距气管(支气管)内导管前端
斜面近端的距离为2—3cm。
为了便于在必要的时候封闭供氧导管,所述供氧导管后端入口接头处设有 封闭塞。
为了便于进行呼末二氧化碳监测,气管(支气管)内导管接头的腔体内设 有呼末二氧化碳采样探头,相应部位腔壁外设有与呼末二氧化碳采样管相连的 可封闭接口,所述探头与可封闭接口相通。
为了在增大供氧导管氧流量的同时,既不向外损伤呼吸道软组织,又不向 内增加气管(支气管)内导管的呼吸阻力,所述的供氧导管的横截面为缝隙或 弧形缝隙。
本实用新型的一次性呼末供氧气管(支气管)内导管,供氧导管设置在气 管(支气管)内导管壁中,既避免了供氧导管向内横截面增加呼吸道阻力,又 避免了供氧导管向外管身切割、挤压气管粘膜等软组织;供氧导管的供氧流量 也大为提高。

如图1所示, 一种一次性呼末供氧气管(支气管)内导管,包括:设有接 头11的气管(支气管)内导管1和供氧导管2,供氧导管2设置在气管(支气
管)内导管1壁中,为了可适度增粗供氧导管2,并使其适度外凸而不损伤气 道软组织,所述供氧导管2可以设置在气管(支气管)内导管l内弧或外弧壁 中,设置在外弧壁中,较设置在内弧壁中更为理想,这样既可解决供氧导管氧 流量的问题,又能解决增大气管(支气管)内导管呼吸阻力的问题。
供氧导管2出口太靠近气管(支气管)内导管1斜面,持续的供氧气流会 损伤斜面以外的气管粘膜组织,因此供氧导管2出口距气管(支气管)内导管 l前端斜面近端的距离为2—3cm;为了便于在必要的时候封闭供氧导管2,所 述供氧导管2后端入口接头处还设有封闭塞21 。
为了便于进行呼末二氧化碳监测,气管(支气管)内导管1接头11的腔 体内设有呼末二氧化碳采样探头12,相应部位腔壁外设有与呼末二氧化碳采样 管相连的可封闭接口 13,所述探头12与可封闭接口 13相通。
参见图2、图3,为了在增大供氧导管2氧流量的同时,既不向外损伤呼 吸道软组织,又不向内增加气管(支气管)内导管l的呼吸阻力,所述的供氧 导管2的横截面为缝隙或弧形缝隙。

4. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的一次性呼末供氧气管(支气管)内导管,其特征在于:所述供氧导管出口距气管内导管前端斜面近端的距离为2—3cm。
5. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的一次性呼末供氧气管(支气管)内导管, 其特征在于:所述供氧导管后端入口接头处设有封闭塞。
6. 如权利要求1所述的一次性呼末供氧气管(支气管)内导管,其特征在于:所述气管内导管接头的腔体内设有呼末二氧化碳采样探头,相应部位腔壁 外设有与呼末二氧化碳采样管相连的可封闭接口,所述探头与可封闭接口相 通。
