本实用新型属一种搅拌桨,特别是一种互补式搅拌桨。
背景技术
对液态物质进行加热或对多种液态或粉态物质混合加热的过程中,为提高加热速度、使加热物受热均匀或使混合物得到充分混合,通常都会用搅拌桨对加热物进行搅拌,搅拌桨一般包括转轴及一个或一个以上叶片,叶片安装在转轴上,为减少搅拌桨所受阻力,叶片上通常开设有对称通槽,但上述结构存在在叶片通槽位置,加热物不能充分搅动,受热不均匀现象。
实用新型内容本实用新型的目的在于克服上述缺点,提供一种能够减少搅拌桨所受阻力,同时又能使处在叶片通槽位置的加热物充分搅拌、均匀受热的互补式搅拌桨。
本实用新型的目的由下述技术方案实现。
本实用新型包括转轴及一个或一个以叶片,叶片上设有通槽,其中每个叶片上的通槽交错布置。
本实用新型与现有技术相比其有益效果是:由于每个叶片上的通槽交错布置,因此在搅拌过程中,叶片转动使得彼此在通槽位置的物质得到充分的搅动,这样即减少了搅拌桨所受到的阻力,同时又能使处在叶片通槽位置的加热物充分搅拌、受热均匀。
