本实用新型公开一种玻璃钢沼气池,该玻璃钢沼气池将球形发酵间结构分解成8个扇形构件,球形发酵间的壁为网格框架结构,在网格加强筋中加入钢筋。本实用新型的优点在于:轻质高强,沼气池体形成类似于体育馆钢架薄壳屋顶的网格受力结构,应力分布均匀。工艺先进,RTM工艺制造的产品双面光滑,没有飞边,气密水密性能好。生产效率高,一台玻璃钢注射机每天可生产12个球体,实现批量生产。运输轻便,每个扇形构件重12公斤,出厂时将部件分散配套,密集装车,到山区乡村可以手提肩扛,翻山越岭。快速安装,现场用螺栓连接,树脂快速密封,半天完成沼气池安装,一般10天可以产气。

背景技术
目前传统的沼气池都是采用混凝土或混凝土和砖石混合结构,现场施工时间长,池顶施工要求高,每年需要进行维护,存在工期长、施工难、易漏气、寿命短的难题,制约了农村沼气池的发展。各地玻璃钢沼气池都是采用手糊工艺,优点是设备投资少,模具要求低,上马快,缺点是全靠人工操作,质量不稳定,生产周期长。手糊玻璃钢使用单面模具手工糊制,生产效率低,产品壁厚不均匀,要满足球体强度,基本壁厚要做到5毫米,为了控制成本,只能用低档树脂掺入大量填料,球体重量一般为100~150公斤;沼气池半球的直径超过2米,体积大,用汽车运输装载量小,农民靠人工搬运到山区很不方便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一玻璃钢沼气池,该玻璃钢沼气池具有生产周期短、池体轻、运输方便的特点,同时保留了玻璃钢沼气池所具有的建池快、耐腐蚀、耐老化、保温性好、产气高、寿命长、免维护的优点,有利于大规模推广。
本实用新型的技术方案为:一种玻璃钢沼气池,该玻璃钢沼气池设有一球形发酵间,球形发酵间的一侧由进料管连接进料斗,发酵间的另一侧设有一水压间,水压间与发酵间由出料口连通,在水压间的上部设有一溢流口,发酵间顶部设有人孔并盖有人孔盖,球形发酵间的中间设有钢筋,将球形发酵间结构分解成8个扇形构件,球形发酵间的壁为网格框架结构,在网格加强筋中加入钢筋。

一种玻璃钢沼气池,该玻璃钢沼气池设有一球形发酵间3,球形发酵间3的一侧由进料管2连接进料斗1,发酵间3的另一侧设有一水压间5,水压间与发酵间3由出料口4连通,在水压间5的上部设有一溢流口6,发酵间(3)顶部设有人孔7并盖有人孔盖8,球形发酵间3的中间设有钢筋9,将球形发酵间3结构分解成8个扇形构件,球形发酵间的壁为网格框架结构,在网格加强筋中加入钢筋9,用RTM(树脂传递模塑)玻璃钢注射工艺制造。
