本实用新型涉及一种对发动机进行试验时测功器与发动机联接的传动轴系。
背景技术:
在对发动机进行试验时,或其它动力机械与工作机械的类似联接均需进行同轴联接。目前采取的方法是人工将发动机安装在测功器台架上,并进行对中调整,或采用工业万向传动轴联接。为了提高工作效率,在需要进行自动化安装对接时,只能靠机械结构的高精度来保证,但由于加工精度的影响及机械设备的磨损,仍然有对中效果不好的问题。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构合理,对发动机进行试验时自动化联接时对中效果好的自位传动轴系。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:
一种自位传动轴系,其特征是:有与工作机械连接的中间轴,中间轴通过弹性联轴器和关节球轴承与发动机联接花键轴联接,中间轴装于支承轴承中,发动机联接花键轴与中间轴之间设有弹簧。
本实用新型结构合理,对发动机进行试验时自动化联接时对中效果好。采用弹性联轴器和关节球轴承相结合的方法,使自动化联接时,由于弹性联轴器的误差补偿,对机械安装时产生的同轴度偏差能够进行一定的补偿;同时,由于安装有关节轴承,轴端中心没有偏离,保证了机械运转时的同轴度;联接轴采用了弹簧支撑结构,使测功器与发动机进行自动化同轴联接时可以自动退让直至花键轴套紧密结合。

具体实施方式
一种自位传动轴系,有与工作机械连接的中间轴5,中间轴5通过弹性联轴器3和关节球轴承4与发动机联接花键轴1联接,中间轴5装于支承轴承7、8中,发动机联接花键轴1与中间轴5之间设有弹簧6。
工作时,当发动机或其它动力机械要与发动机联接花键轴1自动联接时,由其它机构控制进行轴向移动,同时,中间轴也由其它机构控制缓慢旋转,当发动机联接花键轴1未对正发动机的花键套时,发动机联接花键轴1将压缩弹簧6压缩向后退让,经旋转到发动机联接花键轴1与发动机的花键套对正时,弹簧6便将发动机联接花键轴1顶出使其充分与发动机的花键套联接。
