技术领域
本发明涉及一种电源装置,更具体地说,涉及一种便携式太阳能直流电源装置,是一种尤其适合家庭使用和无电地区小规模用电,可为汽车蓄电池、手机、收音机、照明灯和其它小型用电器具提供电源的太阳能直流电源装置。
背景技术
在现有技术中,普通使用的便携式家庭直流电源,或者是使用长长的导电线与之相连接,直接转接城市电网的市电的家庭用交流或者直流电源;或者是内设蓄电池作为电能供给源,事先用市电将其充饱电的便携式家庭用直流电源;或者是采用干电池作为电能供给源的便携式家庭用直流电源。前者使用起来十分不方便、不安全,还不能在野外使用。后两者使用成本昂贵,不能推广。同时,城市电网中的电,大多是使用煤炭、石油或者核燃料燃烧而产生的,也就是说不是绿色、环保、可再生的能源;而干电池的制造过程、废弃后的处置,也是当今环保的难题。在人们的日常生活中,外出旅游或者处身无电之地,当是十分希望能使用一种方便、安全、环保、价廉的多功能家庭直流电源,为手机、汽车电瓶、夜晚局部照明或为收音机提供电源;以及为各种以DC 3V、6V、12V为电源的小型用电器具提供电源。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种便携式太阳能直流电源装置,系采用太阳能光伏发电作为电能来源,使用方便、安全且结构简单的多功能便携式家庭用直流电源。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:设计一种便携式太阳能直流电源装置,采用太阳能光伏发电作为电能来源,该装置包括太阳能电池板1和便携式手提箱4,便携式手提箱4中装有控制盒5,电池板输出线3的两端分别与太阳能电池板1的光伏发电输出端和控制盒5上的充电插座24相连,控制盒5内装有蓄电池15和控制电路板14。即由太阳能电池板1光伏发电输出的电能,通过把电池板输出线3的标准插头(如:Φ5.5/Φ2.35)插入控制盒5面板上的充电插座24,向控制盒5内的蓄电池15充电。控制盒5内装有的控制电路板14之电路设计有充电、放电保护功能。
本发明的太阳能电池板1是整体式单晶硅太阳能电池板,其电池板芯片9是由钢化玻璃9a、防水绝缘胶膜9b和9d、防水绝缘纸膜9e、电池正电极9f和电池负电极9g构成,并粘结成为一体。具体实施时,太阳能电池板1可以是一种8W~12W的单晶高效太阳能电池板,其输出工作电压DC17V。在太阳能电池板1四周嵌镶铝合金的边框11,并把电池正电极9f和电池负电极9g连接到引线盒10上,同时采用耐候硅酮胶把引线盒10粘结在电池板芯片9背面的防水绝缘纸膜9e上的,最后把电池板输出线3的正负接线端连接到引线盒10内,从而封装成一个整体的太阳能电池板1。
本发明的太阳能电池板1还具有一个与其相适应的电池板支架2。安装使用时,用电池板支架2支架将太阳能电池板1支撑起。
本发明的控制盒5上具有DC 3V输出插口25、DC 6V输出插口26、DC12V输出插口27之一种或几种和工作开关28;控制盒5上还装有工作指示灯16、蓄电池10.5V指示灯17、蓄电池12.5V指示灯18、蓄电池14V指示灯19和充电指示灯20之一种或几种;另外,控制盒5上还装有环境温度探头21和环境温度显示屏22,以达到实现多种功能的目的,例如:具有手机充电、汽车电瓶蓄电池充电、点烟器用电、夜晚局部照明或为收音机提供电源等功能。
本发明的便携式手提箱4内设有附件槽6和LED节能手灯槽7。具体地说,附件槽6是一种用于放置旅游用品充电附件的装置,包括充电器槽6-1、收音机槽6-2、手机充电插头USB插头和十字短线槽6-3之一种或几种。换句话说,本发明还具有配套使用的附件,该附件至少包括充电器、收音机、LED节能手灯、手机充电插头USB插头和十字短线等附件,以达到实现多种功能的目的。
本发明的工作开关28是一种双联开关。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下明显的优点:1.节约能源:利用太阳能充电,不消耗任何电能;2.环保、安全;3.结构简单且使用和携带方便:白天使用者可以把其随意放置于室外利用太阳光充电,可以边充边用,夜晚亦能继续使用;4.适用性强:在无电地区也能使用,因而使用范围广;5.多功能:除了电源功能以外,可以显示环境温度,可以局部照明,可以听收音机,也可以使用城市电网的市电代替太阳能电池板为本发明充电。

图8中,SP是太阳能电池板1,B是蓄电池15,K是工作开关28,TS是环境温度探头21,TD是环境温度显示屏22,F是保险丝23,LED1是工作指示灯16,LED2是蓄电池欠压指示灯17,LED3是蓄电池12.5V指示灯18,LED4是蓄电池14V指示灯19,LED5是充电指示灯20,P1是3V电源输出点,P2是5V电源备用输出点,P3是6V电源输出点,P4是9V电源备用输出点,P5是12V电源输出点,R1~R22是电阻,W1~W4是电位器,Q1~Q6是三极管,T1~T5是稳压集成块,D1~D5是二极管。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体的实施方式对本发明进行更加详细的描述:参照图1,6,便携式太阳能直流电源装置包括太阳能电池板1和便携式手提箱4,便携式手提箱4中装有控制盒5,电池板输出线3的两端分别与太阳能电池板1的光伏发电输出端和控制盒5上的充电插座24相连,控制盒5内装有蓄电池15和控制电路板14。
参照图3,4,太阳能电池板1是整体式单晶硅太阳能电池板,其电池板芯片9是由钢化玻璃9a、防水绝缘胶膜9b和9d、防水绝缘纸膜9e、电池正电极9f和电池负电极9g构成,并粘结成为一体。即经叠层、在真空中加热、加压粘结成一体,再在四周嵌镶铝合金的边框11,并把电池正电极9f和电池负电极9g连接到引线盒10上,同时采用耐候硅酮胶把引线盒10粘结在电池板芯片9背面的防水绝缘纸膜9e上的,最后把电池板输出线3的正负接线端连接到引线盒10内,从而封装成一个整体的太阳能电池板1。
参照图5,太阳能电池板1还具有一个与其相适应的电池板支架2。具体实施时,电池板支架2可以采用普通钢板制作并且表面电镀防锈,其两侧折弯90°的两个耳片是扣装在太阳能电池板的边框11两侧,采用铝质铆钉轻铆连接,即电池板支架2可以绕铆钉轴与电池板的边框11转动88°的角度,起到既可以平扣在太阳能电池板1的背面,也可以把太阳能电池板1以30°的角度支撑在地面,或者其它平面。
参照图1,便携式手提箱4内设有附件槽6和LED节能手灯槽7,附件槽6包括充电器槽6-1、收音机槽6-2、手机充电插头USB插头和十字短线槽6-3。可见,使用本发明时,可以备有充电器、收音机槽、手机充电插头USB插头和十字短线槽和LED节能手灯等。
参照图2便携式手提箱4由便携式手提箱箱体4-1便携式手提箱上盖4-2、便携式手提箱开箱支撑4-3、便携式手提箱松紧扣带4-4、便携式手提箱提把4-5、便携式手提箱箱锁4-6和物品固定海面板4-7组成。
参照图6,控制盒5上具有DC 3V输出插口25、DC 6V输出插口26、DC 12V输出插口27和工作开关28;控制盒5上还装有工作指示灯16、蓄电池10.5V指示灯17、蓄电池12.5V指示灯18、蓄电池14V指示灯19和充电指示灯20;控制盒5上还装有环境温度探头21和环境温度显示屏22;固定在控制盒后壳13内壁的蓄电池15最好是一种全密封、免维修的铅酸蓄电池。
参照图7,将便携式手提箱4放在旅行小拖车8上,便于轻松携带旅游。
参照图8,控制电路板14的电路中,由二极管D1、工作开关K、蓄电池B、太阳能电池板SP、稳压集成块T5、T1、电阻R11、R13、R16、R19、R20、三极管Q6、集成块U2、电位器W3和保险丝F等组成蓄电池充电高压保护电路;由二极管D1、工作开关K、蓄电池B、太阳能电池板SP、稳压集成块T4、T1、电阻R6、R22、R1、R2、R3、R4、R5、三极管Q1、集成块U1、电位器W1和保险丝F等组成蓄电池充电欠压保护电路;由二极管D1、工作开关K、蓄电池B、太阳能电池板SP、稳压集成块T5、电阻R19、R20、R11、R13、R16、三极管Q6、集成块U2、电位器W3和保险丝F等组成蓄电池充电电路;由工作开关K、蓄电池B、太阳能电池板SP、稳压集成块T1、T2、T3、T4、T5、电阻R1~R22、三极管Q1、Q2、Q3、Q4、Q5、Q6、集成块U1、U2、电位器W1、W2、W3、W4、保险丝F和工作指示灯LED1、蓄电池欠压指示灯LED2、蓄电池12.5V指示灯LED3、蓄电池14V指示灯LED4、充电指示灯LED5等组成指示灯工作电路;由环境温度探头TS、环境温度显示屏TD、二极管D1、D2、D3、D4、D5、工作开关K、蓄电池B、太阳能电池板SP、稳压集成块T3、电阻R21、三极管Q6、集成块U2、电位器W3和保险丝F等组成环境温度显示电路;图中的工作开关K是一种双联开关,即是其开闭是同时控制电路中两个开关的。
本发明的工作原理:当蓄电池15的电压低于10.5V时,工作指示灯16和蓄电池欠压指示灯17同时熄灭,蓄电池15只接受充电而不向外送电,所有直流输出插口都停止输出。当蓄电池15的电压高于14V时,充电指示灯20熄灭,太阳能电池板1停止向蓄电池15充电;只要工作开关K一打开,环境温度探头TS即开始工作,并给环境温度显示屏TD输出数据,环境温度显示屏TD则依据其数据显示即时的环境温度值。
控制盒5上装的环境温度探头21和环境温度显示屏22,可以即时显示本家庭直流电源所在的环境温度;可以采用附件内包含的备用的AC/DC充电器附件从市电向本家庭直流电源的蓄电池15充电;还可以通过附件中电线连接汽车的DC12V点烟器和本家庭直流电源的充电插座24,由汽车的蓄电池向本家庭直流电源充电;同时,通过附件内包含的其它附件和LED节能手灯7,本家庭直流电源还可以实现手机充电和向直流收音机供电;向带有USB插头的DC3V/DC6V的直流用电器供电;向汽车蓄电池充电;局部照明等功能。
Claims (9)
1.一种便携式太阳能直流电源装置,采用太阳能光伏发电作为电能来源,其特征在于:该装置包括太阳能电池板(1)和便携式手提箱(4),便携式手提箱(4)中装有控制盒(5),电池板输出线(3)的两端分别与太阳能电池板(1)的光伏发电输出端和控制盒(5)上的充电插座(24)相连,控制盒(5)内装有蓄电池(15)和控制电路板(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的直流电源装置,其特征在于:太阳能电池板(1)是整体式单晶硅太阳能电池板,其电池板芯片(9)是由钢化玻璃(9a)、防水绝缘胶膜(9b)和(9d)、防水绝缘纸膜(9e)、电池正电极(9f)和电池负电极(9g)构成,并粘结封装成为一体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的直流电源装置,其特征在于:太阳能电池板(1)还具有一个与其相适应的电池板支架(2)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的直流电源装置,其特征在于:控制盒(5)上具有DC 3V输出插口(25)、DC 6V输出插口(26)、DC 12V输出插口(27)之一种或几种和工作开关(28)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的直流电源装置,其特征在于:控制盒(5)上还装有工作指示灯(16)、蓄电池10.5V指示灯(17)、蓄电池12.5V指示灯(18)、蓄电池14V指示灯(19)和充电指示灯(20)之一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的直流电源装置,其特征在于:控制盒(5)上还装有环境温度探头(21)和环境温度显示屏(22)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的直流电源装置,其特征在于:便携式手提箱(4)内设有附件槽(6)和LED节能手灯槽(7)。
8.根据权利要求4所述的直流电源装置,其特征在于:工作开关(28)是一种双联开关。
9.根据权利要求7所述的直流电源装置,其特征在于:附件槽(6)是一种用于放置旅游用晶充电附件的装置,包括充电器槽(6-1)、收音机槽(6-2)、手机充电插头USB插头和十字短线槽(6-3)之一种或几种。
