Abstract

本发明涉及一种纤维增强U-PVC发泡材料及其制备方法,取PVC60~85%,亚麻5~20%,无毒复合稳定剂2~10%,发泡剂2~6%,润滑剂2~6%,充分混合反应,然后在100~200℃下挤塑,冷却定型,再进行表面处理,即得成品。与现有技术相比,本发明具备比重轻、强度高、木质感强、耐磨、无毒无味、不沾油、易清洁、耐老化等优点。

一种纤维增强U-PVC发泡材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及发泡材料及其制备方法,尤其涉及一种纤维增强U-PVC发泡材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
硬质-聚氯乙烯(U-PVC)经过一代人的努力,在配方上与工艺上有了重大突破,赋于了该材料优异的性能,使其在建材领域得到了大量的应用。但由于U-PVC材料固有的特性,如,比重大(达1.47),塑料质感太强,剪切力小等弱点,木材的许多性能该材料无法达到。近两年内试制出了U-PVC发泡材料及木塑材料,但这些材料存在强度太低,易老化等缺陷,实际使用受到极大的限制,无法代替木材。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种比重轻、强度高的纤维增强U-PVC发泡材料及其制备方法。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种纤维增强U-PVC发泡材料,其特征在于,该材料包括以下配方(重量百分数):
               PVC                   60~85%,
               亚麻纤维              5~20%,
               无毒复合稳定剂        2~10%,
               发泡剂                2~6%,
               润滑剂                2~6%。
所述的材料配方(重量百分数):
               PVC                   65~80%,
               亚麻纤维              5~20%,
                无毒复合稳定剂        5%,
                发泡剂                5%,
                润滑剂                5%。
所述的无毒复合稳定剂包括钙锌复合稳定剂。
所述的发泡剂包括AC发泡剂。
所述的润滑剂选自ZB530、PE蜡、硬脂酸中的一种或几种。
一种纤维增强U-PVC发泡材料的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:取PVC60~85%重量,亚麻5~20%重量,无毒复合稳定剂2~10%重量,发泡剂2~6%重量,润滑剂2~6%重量,充分混合,然后在100~200℃下挤塑,冷却定型后,再进行表面处理,即得成品。
所述的挤塑的温度为140~200℃。
本发明采用纤维增强(亚麻纤维)来弥补了普通U-PVC材料的各种弱点,使其在建材领域的应用范围大大地扩大了,不仅达到了木材的各种优点,同时又保持了U-PVC的强大优势,使其成为一个具有木材、塑料综合优点的全新材料。与现有技术相比,本发明还具有以下特点:
a.比重轻,达到0.5-0.65,与木材相当;
b.强度高;
c.木质感强,可钉、削、锯、刨;
d.耐磨;
e.无毒无味,不沾油,易清洁;
f.耐老化,使用寿命可达二十年以上。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
一种纤维增强U-PVC麻塑发泡地板的制备方法,该方法包括:取PVC60公斤,亚麻纤维20公斤,钙锌复合稳定剂10公斤,AC发泡剂5公斤,PE蜡5公斤,在混料桶中充分混合,然后在100℃下挤塑,将挤出物冷却定型,再进行表面处理,即得成品。
实施例2
一种纤维增强U-PVC麻塑发泡地板的制备方法:取PVC85公斤,亚麻5公斤,钙锌复合稳定剂2公斤,AC发泡剂6公斤,ZB5302公斤,在混料桶中充分混合,然后在200℃下挤塑,将挤出物冷却定型,再进行表面处理,即得成品。
实施例3
一种纤维增强U-PVC麻塑发泡地板的制备方法:取PVC65公斤,亚麻20公斤,钙锌复合稳定剂5公斤,AC发泡剂5公斤,硬脂酸5公斤,在混料桶中充分混合,然后在140℃下挤塑,将挤出物冷却定型,再进行表面处理,即得成品。
实施例4
一种纤维增强U-PVC麻塑发泡地板的制备方法:取PVC80公斤,亚麻5公斤,钙锌复合稳定剂公斤,AC发泡剂3公斤,润滑剂ZB530、PE蜡、硬脂酸共6公斤,在混料桶中充分混合,然后在190℃下挤塑,将挤出物冷却定型,再进行表面处理,即得成品。

Claims (7)

1、一种纤维增强U-PVC发泡材料,其特征在于,该材料包括以下配方(重量百分数):
PVC                   60~85%,
亚麻纤维              5~20%,
无毒复合稳定剂        2~10%,
发泡剂                2~6%,
润滑剂                2~6%。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种纤维增强U-PVC发泡材料,其特征在于,所述的材料配方(重量百分数):
PVC                   65~80%,
亚麻纤维              5~20%,
无毒复合稳定剂        5%,
发泡剂                5%,
润滑剂                5%。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种纤维增强U-PVC发泡材料,其特征在于,所述的无毒复合稳定剂包括钙锌复合稳定剂。
4、根据权利要求1所述的一种纤维增强U-PVC发泡材料,其特征在于,所述的发泡剂包括AC发泡剂。
5、根据权利要求1所述的一种纤维增强U-PVC发泡材料,其特征在于,所述的润滑剂选自ZB530、PE蜡、硬脂酸中的一种或几种。
6、一种纤维增强U-PVC发泡材料的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:取PVC60~85%重量,亚麻5~20%重量,无毒复合稳定剂2~10%重量,发泡剂2~6%重量,润滑剂2~6%重量,充分混合,然后在100~200℃下挤塑,冷却定型后,再进行表面处理,即得成品。
7、根据权利要求6所述的一种纤维增强U-PVC发泡材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的挤塑的温度为140~200℃。
