背景技术

发明内容
本发明设想解决常规塑料板的上述问题。本发明的一个目的是提供一种塑料板,其中在内板和外板之一上形成将涂覆粘合剂的结合凹槽,防止粘合剂外漏。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种塑料板,该板可通过采用内板或外板上形成的、即使手动涂覆粘合剂仍可作为导槽的结合凹槽将粘合剂以均一的厚度涂覆于正确位置。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种塑料板,该板即使施用具有一定流动性的粘合剂,由于结合凹槽上形成的额外空间,粘合剂也不会泄漏出内外板之间,不需要通过后处理工作来改善外表面,制造时间和费用也可降低,由于增加了结合面积结合力也可以增加。

结合凹槽或结合表面可带有柱塞。
本发明的塑料板具有如下优点:
由于结合凹槽形成于内板或外板的结合表面上,可能防止涂覆的粘合剂向外泄漏。另外,由于内板或外板上形成的结合凹槽作为导槽,在涂覆粘合剂时,即使手动涂覆粘合剂仍可以均一的厚度涂覆于正确的位置。进而,由于在结合凹槽或结合表面提供柱塞和额外空间,即使带有一定流动性的粘合剂也不会泄露出内外板之间。因此,不需要通过后处理工作来改善外表面,制造时间和费用可以降低,由于增加了结合面积可以增加结合力。

此后,参考附图对本发明进行更加详细的描述。
图1为说明后挡板装配到车上的状态的局部透视图,图2为相关领域塑料板的截面图,图3为根据本发明的一个实施方式说明塑料板结合结构的截面图,图4为根据本发明采用柱塞的一个实施方式说明塑料板的透视图,图5至图7为根据本发明的实施方式说明组装塑料板的过程的截面图。
组成本发明塑料板的内外板2和3可以以下的材料作为原材料,通过普通压模法或喷射模塑法制备:片状膜塑料(sbeet moldingcompounds,SMC)、玻璃纤维垫热塑性塑料(glass mat thermoplastics,GMT)、聚对苯二酸乙二醇脂(polyethylene terephthalate,PET)、PA、PC等。内外板2和3可以具有相同或不同的厚度。
本发明中的塑料板,在任意内外板2和3之一上形成至少一个涂覆粘合剂的结合凹槽7。
未形成结合凹槽的另一内外板2和3,在与结合凹槽7对应的位置形成了一个结合表面,以便结合表面能够利用涂覆于结合凹槽的粘合剂4与结合凹槽相结合。
结合表面可以被成形为平面或突起的形状。优选,结合表面被成形为突起。在结合表面成形为突起的情况下,更优选结合表面被成形为与结合凹槽的形状对应的突起8的形状。即使在这种情况下,优选在突起的底面和结合凹槽的板面之间形成具有一定间隔(间隙)的空间,以便粘合剂能够以合适的厚度注入(涂覆于)该空间的间隙中。
由于采用螺栓和螺母机械地彼此连接内外板2和3获得的塑料板材不能紧紧地密封,内外板通常采用利用粘合剂的化学结合方法组装成塑料板。本发明的塑料板以以下方法制造:将粘合剂4涂覆于沿着内板或外板2或3形成的结合凹槽7中,且随后将两板连接和结合起来。
根据本发明的塑料板的内外板2和3有1个或2个或更多具有多种截面形状的结合凹槽以便高于一定水平的结合强度能够在内外板彼此结合后得到保持。一旦确定了待形成的结合凹槽7的数量和截面形状,结合凹槽的宽度和深度即能够确定和形成,以便粘合剂能够涂覆于结合凹槽的合适结合区域和足够的宽度以保持结合强度达到一定水平或更高。两板结合后结合强度得以保持的结合区域和厚度可以根据粘合剂的种类变化。然而,一旦选定粘合剂,可以形成至少一种具有适合所选粘合剂宽度和深度的结合凹槽7。例如,如果确定了适合一种所选粘合剂种类的结合凹槽的结合区域和厚度,如果必要的话,制造至少一种结合凹槽7和对应的突起,以足够保证合适的宽度和厚度。然后,计算待涂覆的粘合剂的体积,并将此算得体积的粘合剂涂覆于结合凹槽。因此,两板可以彼此连接和结合。此时,注入的粘合剂的量设定为略小于内外板间形成的结合凹槽7的体积,因此,可以防止注入的粘合剂泄漏出结合板之间。
在本发明中,通过向一侧或两侧延伸结合凹槽7进一步在结合凹槽的一侧或两侧形成额外空间或空间6。因此,即使注入结合凹槽的粘合剂多于结合凹槽的体积,仍可防止注入的粘合剂泄漏出结合板之间。在结合凹槽的两侧形成额外空间的情况下,其宽度可以彼此不同。此外,额外空间6可以以相同的深度形成(见图3至7)。然而,在远离结合凹槽的方向上额外空间的深度可以逐渐减小,从而每份粘合剂注入的结合面积会增加。
另一方面,栓塞可配置(形成)于结合凹槽上或对应结合凹槽的结合表面上,从而防止在结合区域发生的不完全结合状态,或者在内外板承压并彼此结合时防止注入的粘合剂的厚度减少。
在本发明中,最令人满意的是柱塞的厚度(高度)等于结合凹槽的板面和结合表面之间的间隙。然而,高度可略小于该间隙。此外,在内外板结合并彼此连接时足够承受施用的结合压力的宽度对于柱塞是足够的。因此,优选柱塞的宽度尽可能窄。
柱塞5可以以有序间隔形成于结合凹槽或结合表面上(见图4)。作为选择,栓塞5可以沿着结合凹槽或结合表面连续延伸而形成(未示出)。
此外,柱塞5可以单独制造然后置于结合表面或结合凹槽7的底面。作为选择,柱塞可以与板整体形成。
柱塞5形成以后,结合凹槽和结合表面不再进一步承压。因此,两板可以以预定压力彼此结合。因此,根据本发明的上述结构,多于必要量的所用粘合剂的量可最小化,且流体粘合剂泄露出内外板之间以及污染塑料板外部的传统问题也可得到解决。进而,结合力可以最大化。
工业实用性
本发明的塑料板可以有效地应用于车门,特别是用于后挡板。
本发明具有如下优点。即,由于结合凹槽结合于内板或外板的结合表面,可能防止涂覆的粘合剂向外泄漏。此外,由于在涂覆粘合剂时内板或外板上形成的结合凹槽起到导槽作用,即使手动涂覆粘合剂也可以均一的厚度涂覆于正确的位置。进而,由于在结合凹槽或结合表面上提供柱塞和额外空间,即使具有一定流动性的粘合剂也不能泄漏出内外板之间。因此,不需要用于改善外表面的后处理工作,制造时间和费用可以降低,由于增加了的结合面积结合力也可以增加。

Claims (8)

1、一种包括内板和外板的塑料板,其中在所述的内板和外板之一上形成将涂覆粘合剂的结合凹槽,并且在所述的内板和外板的另一个上与所述结合凹槽对应的位置形成结合表面。
2、根据权利要求1所述的塑料板,其中,所述的结合凹槽形成于内板上。
3、根据权利要求1所述的塑料板,其中,额外空间从各个所述的结合凹槽延伸。
4、根据权利要求1所述的塑料板,其中,所述的结合表面被形成为与所述结合凹槽形状对应的突起。
5、根据权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的塑料板,其中,所述的结合凹槽或结合表面形成有柱塞。
6、根据权利要求5所述的塑料板,其中,各个所述的柱塞具有与所述的结合表面和所述的结合凹槽的板面之间的间隙相同或更小的高度(厚度)。
7、根据权利要求6所述的塑料板,其中,所述的栓塞与所述的内板或外板整体形成。
8、根据权利要求7所述的塑料板,其中,所述的塑料板用于车门。
