Abstract
一种具有降解生物污泥和脱氮作用的处理装置及其操作方法,属于环保领域,特别涉及一种强化微生物生态系统食物链捕食作用以降解生物污泥,并能高效去污脱氮的装置及其操作方法。处理装置设有多级接触氧化槽(4)、固液分离沉淀槽(8)、厌氧水解槽(11)。由于多级接触氧化槽内放置的螺旋生物载体的独特性能,以及灵活可控的各槽底物浓度和供氧条件,为不同类型的微生物提供适宜的生长环境,构成细菌、原生动物、后生动物、高级微型动物食物链生态系统。因食物链的形成,在多级氧化槽中段和后端,较高级的微生物可大量捕食以细菌等低级微生物为主体的剩余污泥,从而达到大幅度消减剩余污泥的目的。本发明工艺简单,运行费用低且稳定可靠,操作管理方便。

技术领域
本发明属于利用生物技术处理污泥的领域,特别涉及一种强化微生物生态系统食物链捕食作用以降解生物污泥,并能高效去污脱氮的装置及其操作方法。
背景技术
由于活性污泥法工艺简单、技术成熟,现已成为城市污水处理的通用方法,但其污泥产生量很大。一个城市污水处理厂每天产生的污泥体积为污水处理体积的0.5%~1.0%,产生的剩余污泥经分离、稳定、消化、脱水和外运填埋等步骤处置,污泥处理所需的费用与污水处理大致相当,污泥处理设施的投资也占到总投资的30%~40%,甚至超过50%。
据统计,目前我国城镇污水处理厂每年排放的污泥量(干重)大约130万吨,而且年增长率大于10%。经脱水等处理后污泥的最终处置方法常为农用(约44.8%)、陆地填埋(约31.0%)及其它方法(约10.5%),但还有约13.7%的污泥尚未处置,而且,所采用的农用、填埋等大部分方法都是简易的,均不符合环保要求。因此,污泥的妥善处置是目前迫切需要解决的问题。
虽然污泥中含有大量的有机物和丰富的氮、磷等物质,用作农肥具有良好的经济效益和社会效益,但污泥中也含有对植物及土壤有危害作用的病原菌、寄生虫卵及重金属离子,必须进一步处理使之符合我国《农用污泥中污染物控制标准》(GB4284-84)的要求之后才能农用。
用于填埋处理的土地缺乏;污泥焚烧成本太高,又有大量CO2气体排放等,使污泥的最终处置越来越困难。最近将回流污泥用物理法(如机械破碎)和化学法(如公开号CN 1486941提供的臭氧氧化等)等手段,使活性污泥中细菌的细胞壁破裂,细胞内有机物溢出,再回流到曝气槽进行生物处理的方法引起关注,但存在操作麻烦,成本较高等问题。中国专利ZL 02159048.6提供的推流复合式生物污泥减量反应器以及公开号CN1621368A提供的竖流复合式生物污泥减量反应器,都是一种生物减量方法,通过添加填料以及控制工艺参数,使反应器为不同类型的原、后生动物的稳定生长分别提供了一个适宜的栖息地,从而有效提高污泥减量的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于提供一种强化微生物生态系统食物链捕食作用以降解生物污泥的装置,为污水处理厂提供了一种高效率、低成本的污泥处理途径。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种上述生物污泥处理装置的操作方法。它是通过控制底物浓度和供氧条件等工艺参数,在多级接触氧化槽中形成细菌、原生动物、后生动物、高级微型动物的食物链后,直接将剩余污泥投加到多级接触氧化槽,从而大幅度处理剩余污泥,且能高效去污脱氮,保证出水水质达标的方法。
本发明的生物污泥处理装置,由调节槽1、高位槽3、多级接触氧化槽4、固液分离沉淀槽8、厌氧水解槽11等组成(如图1);多级接触氧化槽的底部布置有管式曝气器19,多级接触氧化槽的内部装有不锈钢架16,不锈钢架16上固定有螺旋生物载体17。
所述的多级接触氧化槽内部由隔板15依次分隔成第一槽—细菌生长区4-1、第二槽—原生动物生长区4-2、第三槽—后生动物生长区4-3、第四槽—较高级微型动物生长区4-4,其中第一槽4-1的出水口6-1与第二槽4-2的进水口5-2之间通过水管7-1-2连接,第二槽4-2的出水口6-2与第三槽4-3的进水口5-3之间通过水管7-2-3连接,第三槽4-3的出水口6-3与第四槽4-4的进水口5-4之间通过水管7-3-4连接(如图2)。所述四段反应区的设置,可使生物相相对分离,减弱了种间竞争,使处于食物链中不同营养能级的微生物在各段中不致被高级的微生物大量捕食,使种群数量可以相对保持在一个较高的水平。在第一槽占优势的微生物主要为细菌,第二槽和第三槽占优势的微生物分别为原生动物和后生动物,原生动物是细菌的主要捕食者,而后生动物的主要摄食对象是原生动物、絮体颗粒和大的食物残渣,而对细菌的捕食能力很弱。第四槽有较多的高级微型动物存在,可通过吞食细菌、原/后生动物进一步提高污泥去除效果。
所述的多级接触氧化槽的四个槽沿横向排列(如图3),或者沿纵向(高度)排列(如图4),或者周圈排列(如图5)。可通过水管7-1-2、7-2-3和7-3-4连接不同槽的进水口5和出水口6,任意改变四个槽沿流程的排列顺序,从而改变各槽容积比至合适的范围,优化各槽的水力停留时间、槽内的活性污泥浓度等参数。
所述的多级接触氧化槽各槽底部的管式曝气器19与空气泵18之间连接有通气管20,每个通气管上设有阀门21,可调节各槽阀门的进气量,使第一槽、第二槽、第三槽和第四槽的溶解氧量分别为0.5~0.8mg/L、0.8~1.4mg/L、1.1~1.8mg/L和1.8~2.5mg/L。
所述的多级接触氧化槽内放置的螺旋生物载体具有独特性能,它不仅为不同类型的微生物提供适宜的生长环境,使它们沿流程在生物载体17上分别形成相对独立的优势种群,构成细菌(丝状菌、菌胶团等)、原生动物(草履虫、钟虫等)、后生动物(轮虫等)、高级微型动物(水蚤等)食物链生态系统(如图6);而且可形成厌氧和兼氧空间,从而使好氧的硝化菌和厌氧的反硝化菌共存与同一载体,分别完成硝化和反硝化作用。
本发明所述生物污泥处理装置的操作方法是将操作过程分为多级接触氧化槽中的食物链形成阶段和生物污泥处理阶段。
食物链形成阶段:用水泵将污水2从调节槽1提升至高位槽3,满足后续工段依靠重力流运行的需要水头,然后靠重力流入多级接触氧化槽的第一槽4-1,并沿水流依次流入第二槽4-2第三槽4-3第四槽4-4。从调节曝气管19向各槽内吹入气体。第四槽出水口的泥水混合物经固液分离沉淀槽8沉降后,上清液9被排出,而固液分离沉淀槽底部的剩余污泥10经相邻的厌氧水解槽11水解腐败后的污泥12沿污泥返送管13回流至多级接触氧化槽的第一槽4-1和第二槽4-2,第一槽4-1和第二槽4-2腐败后的污泥分配比例为1∶2~1∶8。当测得后生动物和原生动物的比值沿第一槽4-1至第四槽4-4呈递增趋势,且增幅较大,又在第四槽观察到较多高等微型动物(如水蚤)存在时,即可认为多级接触氧化槽内食物链生态系统已形成。
生物污泥处理阶段:将城市污水厂取回的生物污泥14用污泥泵送至调节槽1,使生物污泥14和污水2以2∶1~6∶1的比例混合后提升至高位槽3。由高位槽3流入多级氧化槽的第一槽,并沿水流方向依次流入第二,三,四槽。从曝气管19向剩余污泥14吹入气体,在生物填料17上附着的原生动物和后生动物等高级微生物捕食剩余污泥14中所含有的细菌类低级微生物,使之分解成CO2和H2O。第四槽出水口的泥水混合物经固液分离沉淀槽8沉降后,上清液9被排出,而固液分离沉淀槽底部的剩余污泥10经相邻的厌氧水解槽11水解腐败后的污泥12沿污泥返送管13回流至多级接触氧化槽的第一槽4-1和第二槽4-2,第一槽4-1和第二槽4-2腐败后的污泥分配比例为1∶2~1∶8。不定期排出固液分离沉淀槽8底部的极少量不可降解残渣。
所述的操作方法中采用的污水可以是乳制品废水、豆制品废水、餐厅废水、城市污水等,也可以是其他含氮废水。在没投加生物污泥时的食物链形成阶段,只需投加污水,并定期添加少量营养元素。而在利用食物链进行生物污泥的处理阶段,可调节生物污泥14和污水2的混合比例为2∶1~6∶1。由于污水中含有丰富的碳源,生物污泥中含有一定的氮源、磷源和其他微量元素,所以在污泥处理阶段,几乎不再需要添加其他营养元素。
所述的操作方法中采用的生物污泥可以是乳制品废水、豆制品废水、餐厅废水、城市污水等处理厂二沉池产生的污泥或浓缩污泥或它们的脱水污泥,也可以是该装置本身产生的回流污泥,还可以是污水处理厂厌氧消化处理后的消化污泥。
所述的操作方法中固液分离沉淀槽底部的剩余污泥10经相邻的厌氧水解槽11水解腐败后的污泥12沿污泥返送管13回流至多级接触氧化槽的第一槽4-1和第二槽4-2,第一槽4-1和第二槽4-2腐败后的污泥分配比例为1∶2~1∶8。当强化食物链捕食作用以增加污泥去除效果时可适当增大此比例;而当强化有机物去除效果时可适当减小此比例。
本发明可用于污水处理厂二沉池污泥(回流污泥、浓缩污泥或脱水污泥)以及消化污泥等的处理,也可应用于城市污水处理厂和工业有机废水,特别是氮含量较高废水的处理。它具有如下优点:1.因食物链的形成,在多级氧化槽中段和后端,较高级的微生物可大量捕食以细菌等低级微生物为主体的剩余污泥,从而达到大幅度消减剩余污泥的目的。
2.由于螺旋载体的独特性能,使之型成了厌氧和兼氧空间,从而使好氧的硝化菌和厌氧的反硝化菌共存与同一载体,分别完成硝化和反硝化反应,使装置具有高效生物脱氮的能力。
3.抗冲击负荷能力强,可以处理MLSS为0.1g/L~15g/L的剩余污泥和BOD为5mg/L~10万mg/L范围的污水。
5.工艺简单,运行费用低且稳定可靠,操作管理方便,可实现自动化控制。
6.进入二沉池的污泥沉降和脱水性能好,且无污泥结团现象。
7.易于现有的污水厂改造,使之具有处理污泥和去污脱氮的双重功能,达到节省污泥处理占地面积和投资的目的,实施和推广容易。

进入多级氧化槽第一槽的污泥混合液中污泥浓度(MLSS)为7.11~9.83g/L时,第四槽出水的污泥混合液中污泥浓度(MLSS)为1.17~2.17g/L,则污泥去除率为75~85%。本发明装置在上述条件下连续运行4月,进水污泥投加量约为271kg(干重),系统出水污泥量为69.02kg(干重),因出水污泥全部回流,并从固液分离沉淀槽底部不定期排出不可降解的污泥总量约为29.5kg(干重)则实际累计剩余污泥投加量约为271-69-29.5=181.48kg(干重),污泥去除率约(181.48-29.5)/181.48=83.7%实施例2:将城市污水厂取回的剩余污泥14和少量的乳制品废水2按2∶1~6∶1的比例混合提升至高位槽3。再由重力作用流入多级氧化槽第一槽4-1并沿水流方向依次流入4-2、4-3、4-4槽、固液分离沉淀槽、厌氧槽。整个运行过程中保持多级氧化槽中的水温为20~25℃,pH为6~9,其中第一槽的活性污泥浓度为5.5~6.5g/L,灵活控制各槽底物浓度和供氧条件。第四槽出水口的泥水混合物经固液分离沉淀槽8沉降后,上清液9被排出,而固液分离沉淀槽底部的剩余污泥10的回流方法与实施例1相同。
本发明装置在水力停留时间为10小时的条件下各槽去除MLSS的情况如表1所示。

实施例3:本发明的生物污泥处理装置也可用来处理氮含量较高的废水。将总氮浓度为36.3~92.2mg/L,氨氮浓度为30.1~52.1mg/L的乳制品废水投加入调节池1,再提升至高位槽3,再由重力作用流入多级氧化槽第一槽4-1并沿水流方向依次流入4-2、4-3、4-4槽、固液分离沉淀槽、厌氧槽。整个运行过程中保持多级氧化槽中的水温为20~25℃,pH为6~9,其中第一槽的活性污泥浓度为5.5~6.5g/L。第四槽出水口的泥水混合物经沉降8后,上清液9被排出,而固液分离沉淀槽底部的剩余污泥10的回流方法与实施例1相同。
维持多级氧化槽的HRT为6~25h,其COD、氨氮、总氮去除效果如表2所示,TN的平均去除率为73.3~86.7%;NH3-N的平均去除率为83.5~89.7%,COD的平均去除率为93.3~94.8%;出水NH3-N和COD平均值分别为6.1mg/L和79.4mg/L,均低于《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)的一级行业标准。

3.根据权利要求1所述的具有降解生物污泥和脱氮作用的处理装置,其特征在于多级接触氧化槽的四个槽是沿横向排列,或者沿纵向排列,或者周圈排列,四个槽通过水管(7-1-2)、(7-2-3)和(7-3-4)连接不同槽的进水口(5)和出水口(6),能任意改变四个槽沿流程的排列顺序,从而改变各槽容积比,优化各槽的水力停留时间、控制槽内的活性污泥浓度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有降解生物污泥和脱氮作用的处理装置,其特征在于多级接触氧化槽各槽底部的管式曝气器(19)与空气泵(18)之间连接有通气管(20),每个通气管上设有阀门(21),用来调节各槽阀门的进气量,使第一槽、第二槽、第三槽和第四槽的溶解氧量分别为0.5~0.8mg/L、0.8~1.4mg/L、1.1~1.8 mg/L和1.8~2.5mg/L。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具有降解生物污泥和脱氮作用的处理装置,其特征在于由于多级接触氧化槽内放置的螺旋生物载体的独特性能,以及灵活可控的各槽底物浓度和供氧条件,为不同类型的微生物提供适宜的生长环境,使它们沿流程在生物载体(17)上分别形成相对独立的优势种群,构成细菌、如丝状菌和菌胶团、原生动物如草履虫和钟虫、后生动物如轮虫、高级微型动物如水蚤食物链生态系统。
6.根据权利要求1所述的具有降解生物污泥和脱氮作用的处理装置,其特征在于多级接触氧化槽内螺旋生物载体的独特性能,使之型成了厌氧和兼氧空间,从而使好氧的硝化菌和厌氧的反硝化菌共存于同一载体,分别完成硝化和反硝化反应;另外,在多级接触氧化槽前设置的厌氧水解槽(11),进一步提高了装置生物脱氮的性能。
7.一种根据权利要求1所述的具有降解生物污泥和脱氮作用的处理装置的操作方法,其特征在于操作过程分为多级接触氧化槽中的食物链形成阶段和生物污泥处理阶段;食物链形成阶段:用水泵将污水(2)从调节槽(1)提升至高位槽(3),满足后续工段依靠重力流运行的需要水头,然后靠重力流入多级接触氧化槽的第一槽(4-1),并沿水流依次流入第二槽(4-2)第三槽(4-3)第四槽(4-4);从调节曝气管(19)向各槽内吹入气体;第四槽出水口的泥水混合物经固液分离沉淀槽(8)沉降后,上清液(9)被排出,而固液分离沉淀槽底部的剩余污泥(10)经相邻的厌氧水解槽(11)水解腐败后的污泥(12)沿污泥返送管(13)回流至多级接触氧化槽的第一槽(4-1)和第二槽(4-2),第一槽(4-1)和第二槽(4-2)腐败后的污泥分配比例为1∶2~1∶8;当测得后生动物和原生动物的比值沿第一槽(4-1)至第四槽(4-4)呈递增趋势,又在第四槽观察到较多高等微型动物、如水蚤存在时,即确定多级接触氧化槽内食物链生态系统已形成;生物污泥处理阶段:将城市污水厂取回的生物污泥(14)用污泥泵送至调节槽(1),使生物污泥(14)和污水(2)以2∶1~6∶1的比例混合后提升至高位槽(3);由高位槽(3)流入多级氧化槽的第一槽,并沿水流方向依次流入第二,三,四槽,从曝气管(19)向剩余污泥(14)吹入气体,在生物填料(17)上附着的原生动物和后生动物等高级微生物捕食剩余污泥(14)中所含有的细菌类低级微生物,使之分解成CO2和H2O;第四槽出水口的泥水混合物经固液分离沉淀槽(8)沉降后,上清液(9)被排出,而固液分离沉淀槽底部的剩余污泥(10)经相邻的厌氧水解槽(11)水解腐败后的污泥(12)沿污泥返送管(13)回流至多级接触氧化槽的第一槽(4-1)和第二槽(4-2),第一槽(4-1)和第二槽(4-2)腐败后的污泥分配比例为1∶2~1∶8。
8.根据权利要求7所述的操作方法,其特征在于所述的污水是乳制品废水、豆制品废水、餐厅废水、城市污水,或是其他含氮废水;在没投加生物污泥时的食物链形成阶段,只需投加污水,并按需求添加营养元素;而在利用食物链进行生物污泥的处理阶段,调节生物污泥(14)和污水(2)的混合比例为2∶1~6∶1。
9.根据权利要求7所述的操作方法,其特征在于所述的生物污泥是乳制品废水、豆制品废水、餐厅废水、城市污水处理厂二沉池产生的污泥或浓缩污泥或它们的脱水污泥,或是该装置本身产生的回流污泥,或是污水处理厂厌氧消化处理后的消化污泥。
10.根据权利要求7所述的的操作方法,其特征在于厌氧水解槽(11)水解腐败后的污泥(12)回流至多级接触氧化槽的第一槽(4-1)和第二槽(4-2),第一槽(4-1)和第二槽(4-2)腐败后的污泥分配比例为1∶2~1∶8。
