Abstract

本发明公开一种风力发电机组主轴调心滑动轴承,设有外圈(1)及内圈(2),其特征在于:外圈(1)的内径为内球面;内圈(2)的外径为外球面,内圈(2)外径上均匀设置盲孔,盲孔内镶嵌有固体润滑剂(3);内圈(2)外径上设有圆形凹槽(4),圆形凹槽(4)与外圈(1)之间设有滚动体(5)和浮动限位柱销(6);内圈(2)的内径表面覆有由自润滑复合材料制成的摩擦层(8)。本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点:具有长效可靠的油润滑特点,维护保养周期长,承载能力高,轴承运行安全可靠;本发明的内摩擦面和球面均具有良好的自润滑性能,即使摩擦副界面出现无润滑油状况,轴承也可正常工作;结构简单、体积小、重量轻、安装拆卸方便,制造成本低等特点。

风力发电机组主轴调心滑动轴承
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种调心轴承,尤其是一种风力发电机组主轴调心滑动轴承。
背景技术:
目前,国内的风力发电机组多处于野外高空的工况条件,无人值守。主轴轴承是机组的关键部件,它不仅承受转动部分的自重,在风力和风向的作用下,机组运行产生很大振动,使主轴轴承还承受较大的动载荷,并且长时间处于连续工作状态。现有国内外风力发电机组主轴轴承均采用传统的调心滚子轴承。此种轴承必须在有油润滑的条件下才能安全工作,所以对维护保养要求严格。而由于在高空工作,受到诸多条件的限制,轴承得不到日常的注油维护保养。轴承在无油状况下运行极易损坏,因此安全可靠性差,使用寿命短。此外滚动轴承的安装和拆卸比较麻烦,对轴承座的要求比较高。
发明内容:
本发明针对现有技术所存在的问题,提供一种安全可靠、使用寿命长、低成本的风力发电机组主轴调心滑动轴承。
本发明的技术解决方案:一种风力发电机组主轴调心滑动轴承,设有外圈1及内圈2,其特征在于:外圈1的内径为内球面;内圈2的外径为外球面,内圈2外径上均匀设置盲孔,盲孔内镶嵌有固体润滑剂3;内圈2外径上设有圆形凹槽4,圆形凹槽4与外圈1之间设有滚动体5和浮动限位柱销6;内圈2的内径表面覆有由自润滑复合材料制成的摩擦层8。
所述的摩擦层8以金属丝形成的多孔板作基体,在基体表面填充复合改性高分子材料,复合改性高分子材料的组成及重量百分含量为:芳纶纤维1.5~2.8%,聚苯酯30~35%,柔性石墨5~8%,聚四氟乙烯余量;摩擦层8的厚度为4.5~6mm。
所述的内圈2的上半内径的中部设有梯形储油槽7。
所述的固体润滑剂3占内圈2外径的外球面面积的18~25%。
所述的内圈2外径的外球面表面覆有厚度1~2.5mm的铜合金层,盲孔及固体润滑剂3置于铜合金层上。
所述的梯形储油槽7的深度为50~80mm。
所述的内圈2内径及外圈1内径两端面设有密封槽,密封槽内置有密封圈。
本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点:
1、具有长效可靠的油润滑特点,维护保养周期长,承载能力高,轴承运行安全可靠;
2、本发明的内摩擦面和球面均具有良好的自润滑性能,即使摩擦副界面出现无润滑油状况,轴承也可正常工作;
3、结构简单、体积小、重量轻、安装拆卸方便,制造成本低等特点。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图说明本发明的具体实施方式。如图1、2、3所示,一种风力发电机组主轴调心滑动轴承,轴承总体结构可为上下对开结构或整体结构,视轴承装配形式而定。设有外圈1及内圈2,外圈1的内径为内球面,内圈2的外径为外球面,构成了一对滑动球面副,具有调心功能。内圈2外径上均匀设置盲孔,盲孔内镶嵌有固体润滑剂3,固体润滑剂3占内圈2外径的外球面面积的18~25%。内圈2外径上设有圆形凹槽4,圆形凹槽4与外圈1之间设有滚动体5和浮动限位柱销6;即可实现内外圈摆动,起到调心目的,又防止内圈与外圈发生回转。内圈2的内径表面覆有减摩、耐磨的摩擦层8,其是以金属丝形成的多孔板作基体,在基体表面填充复合改性高分子材料,复合改性高分子材料组成及及重量百分含量为:芳纶纤维1.5~2.8%,聚苯酯30~35%,柔性石墨5~8%,聚四氟乙烯余量。摩擦层8的厚度最好为4.5~6mm。内圈2的上半内径的中部设有梯形储油槽7。梯形储油槽7的深度可为50~80mm,梯形大、小头宽度视轴承宽度而定。梯形储油槽7可储存润滑脂,储油槽相对主轴为开式结构,与主轴之间形成密封腔,主轴直接与润滑脂接触。主轴旋转时摩擦副界面的吸附效应和润滑脂的粘滞效应,对滑动摩擦表面进行长效润滑。
所述的内圈2外径的外球面表面还可覆有厚度1~2.5mm的铜合金层,盲孔及固体润滑剂3置于铜合金层上。
所述的内圈2内径及外圈1内径两端面可设有密封槽,其内置有密封圈,封闭密封间隙。

Claims (7)

1.一种风力发电机组主轴调心滑动轴承,设有外圈(1)及内圈(2),其特征在于:外圈(1)的内径为内球面;内圈(2)的外径为外球面,内圈(2)外径上均匀设置盲孔,盲孔内镶嵌有固体润滑剂(3);内圈(2)外径上设有圆形凹槽(4),圆形凹槽(4)与外圈(1)之间设有滚动体(5)和浮动限位柱销(6);内圈(2)的内径表面覆有由自润滑复合材料制成的摩擦层(8)。
2.根据权利要求2所述的风力发电机组主轴调心滑动轴承,其特征在于:所述的摩擦层(8)以金属丝形成的多孔板作基体,在基体表面填充复合改性高分子材料,复合改性高分子材料的组成及重量百分含量为:芳纶纤维1.5~2.8%,聚苯酯30~35%,柔性石墨5~8%,聚四氟乙烯余量;摩擦层(8)的厚度为4.5~6mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的风力发电机组主轴调心滑动轴承,其特征在于:所述的内圈(2)的上半内径的中部设有梯形储油槽(7)。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的风力发电机组主轴调心滑动轴承,具特征在于:所述的固体润滑剂(3)占内圈(2)外径的外球面面积的18~25%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的风力发电机组主轴调心滑动轴承,其特征在于:所述的内圈(2)外径的外球面表面覆有厚度1~2.5mm的铜合金层,盲孔及固体润滑剂(3)置于铜合金层上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的风力发电机组主轴调心滑动轴承,其特征在于:所述的梯形储油槽(7)的深度为50~80mm。
7.根据权利要求6所述的风力发电机组主轴调心滑动轴承,其特征在于:所述的内圈(2)内径及外圈(1)内径两端面设有密封槽,密封槽内置有密封圈。
