技术领域
本发明涉及一种制造乙烯基包装袋带的设备与一种使用该设备制造此类乙烯基包装袋带的方法。具体地说,本发明涉及一种制造乙烯基包装袋带的设备,这种包装袋带缠绕在一个卷轴上,以方便使用者从卷轴上撕下单个乙烯基封袋,用于在食品店内包装蔬菜或水果,本发明还涉及一种使用该装置制造此类乙烯基包装袋带的方法。
背景技术
通常,没有提手的乙烯基封袋用于在食品店里包装蔬菜或水平。
这种乙烯基封袋采用一种长带形式卷在一起,此长带由很多单个乙烯基封袋组成。因此,使用者可以拉住带子的一端展开带子,并沿着在各个乙烯基封袋之间形成的撕裂线扯下每个单独的乙烯基封袋。各个乙烯基封袋的一端是热封的,另一端(即撕裂线一端)是打开的,以便使用者包装蔬菜之类的物品,并将它们与其它物品一起放在同一购物袋中进行携带。
人们已经做了许多尝试,以求自动连续地制造这种卷型乙烯基封袋,例如,在乙烯基封袋带的固定间隔上形成热封线和撕裂线,同时连续提供这种带子。
例如,韩国实用新型注册专利第20-0299193号公开了一种制造乙烯基包装袋的装置,其中,供应器与热封工具之间的带密封器在两个合成树脂膜的开口端将其横跨热封。
韩国实用新型注册专利第20-027763号公开了一种制造卷型购物袋的方法。在此技术中,在与轴的下端相连的底盘上安装了一个有齿切割刀片,由于此有齿切割刀片两端所提供的弹性力,第一、第二热封工具向上和向下移动一微小距离。第一热封工具的长度与有齿切割刀片的长度相同,第二热封工具与有齿切割刀片的两端相距期望长度。第二热封工具内的端部有一个带切割刀片的工作头。

本发明的另一目的是提供一种制造乙烯基包装袋带的设备,使用这种设备,可以在设备操作过程中很容易地密封乙烯基原材料,且使其不易扯开或发生摺皱。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种使用上述设备制造乙烯基包装袋带的方法。
为了实现上述目的,根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种制造乙烯基包装袋带的设备。本发明的设备包括:a)释放辊,用于提供在其周围缠绕的扁平乙烯基管带;b)第一、第二辊,用于在扁平乙烯基管带从第一、第二辊之间通过时,在其上面形成密封线和撕裂线;c)卷取辊,用于缠绕从第一、第二辊之间通过的扁平乙烯基管带,从而制作具有以特定间隔分开的密封线和撕裂线的乙烯基包装袋带。
本发明的设备进一步包括:释放辊与第一、第二辊之间的导向辊;与卷取辊接触安装的自由旋转辊,用以通过此自由旋转辊的旋转来带动卷取辊旋转。

下面参照图1至图3说明本发明设备的构造。本发明设备的最下部具有基架300。在基架300内的底板上安装一个减速电动机5。如图1和图2所示,在基架300的顶端,向上连接两个支架,在该设备之前放置一个释放辊支架10-1。在释放辊支架10-1上安装一个用于展开和供应在其上缠绕的扁平乙烯基管带的释放辊10。在释放辊10的下部向前位置放置一个导向辊50,用于引导来自释放辊10的扁平乙烯基管带。
导向辊50前方有一个上辊1和一个下辊2,当扁平乙烯基管带通过上辊1与下辊2之间时,两个辊以某一预定间隔分别对扁平乙烯基管带进行热封和形成撕裂线。下面将结合图4和图5更详细地解释这一操作。下辊2的一端有一个下辊滑轮21,它由减速电动机5通过传动带4操作。
在上辊1和下辊2的前方安装一个自由旋转辊6。在自由旋转辊6的一端连接一个自由旋转辊滑轮7,它通过另一传动带4与下辊滑轮21连接。卷取辊60放置在自由旋转辊6的上方,并与其接触,从而随自由旋转辊6一起旋转。卷取辊60用于缠绕该扁平乙烯基管带,其上具有由上辊1和下辊2形成的密封线和撕裂线。
这里,术语“向前”表示扁平乙烯基管带在本发明的设备中前进的方向。此外,在其上形成有密封线与撕裂线的扁平乙烯基管带以下称为“乙烯基包装袋带”。
图4和图5更详细地说明了图3中设备的上辊与下辊的结构。
参照图3至图5,上辊1在其两端具有上辊齿轮11、11′,下辊2也具有下辊齿轮22、22′。下辊齿轮22、22′与上辊齿轮11、11′啮合,从而使上辊1与下辊2在下辊滑轮21旋转的带动下相互反方向旋转。
如图4所示,上辊1为柱形,在上辊齿轮11′内侧放置一下滑动环14。上辊1包括沿其纵向形成的上辊凹槽12、沿上辊凹槽12以特定间隔形成的螺丝孔13,以及安装在上辊凹槽12内的导轨3。
导轨3放置在沿上辊1纵向形成的上辊凹槽12中。导轨3由导向架31和布置在导向架31附近的有齿刀片34组成。导向架31为L型。
导向架31具有一个在其顶端(也就是L型的顶端)形成的突起36。突起36用于热封扁平乙烯基管,如图7所示。导向架31具有沿其纵向以特定间隔形成的通孔33,其位置对应于在上辊凹槽12中形成的螺丝孔13。因此,通过贯穿通孔33和螺丝孔13固定一个螺丝35来将导向架31连接到上辊凹槽12内。
电热丝32插入导向架3内。电热丝32与滑动环14电连接,滑动环14与外部电源以可滑动的方式接触,如本领域的技术人员所了解的。
如上所述,下辊2布置在上辊1的下方。本领域的技术人员应了解,上辊1与下辊2的位置互换也可以获得本发明的效果。
如图5所示,下辊2具有沿其纵向形成的下辊凹槽23。下辊凹槽23的位置设计成在上辊1与下辊2旋转时,其对应于上辊凹槽12的位置,即上辊1的导轨3。在下辊凹槽23中安装一个弹性垫24,例如橡胶垫。弹性垫24与导轨3协同工作,以在扁平乙烯基管上形成密封线和撕裂线。下面将结合本发明设备的操作详细介绍此过程。
图6是图1设备中用于缠绕乙烯基包装袋带的卷取辊的透视图。如前所述,卷取辊60放置在自由旋转辊6的上方,并与其接触旋转。卷取辊60用于卷取从上辊1和下辊2形成的乙烯基包装袋带。
如图6所示,卷取辊60包括:卷取辊管9,用于缠绕乙烯基包装袋带;以及插入卷取辊管两端的辊管支架8,其优选地用橡胶材料制成。因此,在缠绕一定数量的乙烯基管带之后,可以用新卷取辊管9更换旧管。辊管支架8具有一个在其上形成的凸缘,以便该凸缘与自由旋转辊6接触,从而旋转插入辊管支架8内的卷取管9。
如本领域的技术人员所了解的,上辊1与下辊2以及卷取辊60的旋转由换向速度控制传感器控制,从而可以防止扁平乙烯基管或乙烯基包装袋带在本发明设备的操作过程中被撕裂或缠绕。
下面简要说明乙烯基包装袋带制造设备的安装过程。首先,将导向架31和有齿刀片34插入上辊1的上辊凹槽12中,并将螺丝35通过通孔33固定在螺丝孔13上。
将橡胶垫之类的弹性垫24插入且固定到下辊2的下辊凹槽23上。上辊1与下辊2安装在支架400上,使上辊齿轮11、11′与下辊齿轮22、22′啮合,而且在它们旋转时,上辊凹槽12的位置对应于下辊凹槽22的位置。也可以安装盖100。
将辊管支架8插入到卷取辊管9,以组装卷取辊60。组装后的卷取辊60安装在支架400中,使其可以在自由旋转辊6旋转的带动下旋转。
通过传动带4将减速电动机5以可旋转的方式连接到下辊滑轮21,使用另一传动带4将自由旋转辊滑轮7以可旋状的方式连接到下辊滑轮21。
图7说明了根据本发明一个实施例的扁平乙烯基管带的密封过程。图8说明了本发明设备中停止传感器的操作。下面参照图1至图8说明本发明设备的操作。
其上缠绕扁平乙烯基管带的释放辊10安装在基架400的释放辊支架10-1中。扁平乙烯基管带的一端从释放辊10上展开,通过上辊1与下辊2缠绕在卷取辊60上。
之后,当操作减速电动机5时,上辊1与下辊2旋转。同时,由于本发明设备的上述构造,自由旋转辊6和卷取辊60也旋转。
因此,卷取轴管9连续缠绕乙烯基包装袋带,释放轴10连接释放扁平乙烯基管带,当其穿过上辊1与下辊2之间时,转变为乙烯基包装袋带,如图7所示。
当上辊1与下辊2旋转时,它们相互协同工作,以特定间隔在扁平乙烯基管带上形成密封线和撕裂线,该间隔由上辊1和下辊2的尺寸决定。更具体地说,如图7所示,在形成密封线与撕裂线时,上辊1的导轨3与下辊2的弹性垫24接触。
另一方面,上辊1的导轨3由插入其中的电热丝32加热,同时用于热封扁平乙烯基管的突起36也被加热。因此,当经过加热的突起36接触其间具有乙烯基管的弹性垫24时,在乙烯基管的横向方向上形成一密封线,如图7(B)所示。在形成密封线之后,上辊1的有齿刀片34与弹性垫24一起协同工作,立即形成一撕裂线,如图7(C)所示。此后,上辊1与下辊2的每次旋转都形成一个具有密封线的乙烯基包装袋,可以沿撕裂线将其撕开。重复以上过程可以连续制作乙烯基包装袋带,其中乙烯基包装袋一个接一下地连在一起,并缠绕在卷取辊管9上。
当在卷取管9上缠绕一定数量的乙烯基包装袋带时,停止该设备的操作,以用新卷取辊管更换旧管。此时,设备配有停止传感器40,使其状态始终停留在上辊1的导轨放置在上辊1的较上位置,下辊2的弹性垫24(如橡胶垫)放置在下辊2的较下位置。因而防止了更换卷取辊管9时上辊1与下辊2之间的扁平乙烯管带被经过加热的导轨3或有齿刀片34损坏。
如上所述,这种制造乙烯基包装袋带的设备使用一对具有热封工具和有齿刀片的上、下辊,当扁平乙烯基管带通过上下辊之间时,上下辊在此扁平乙烯基管带上同时形成一密封线和一撕裂线,并将其自动缠绕在卷取辊上。
因此,这种设备结构简单、易于操作。
虽然参照具体的说明性实施例对本发明进行了描述,但其不受实施例的限制,而只受所附权利要求书的限制。本领域的技术人员应了解,可以在不超出本发明的范围及主旨的基础上对这些实施例进行改变或修改。
Claims (6)
1.一种制造乙烯基包装袋带的设备,该设备包括:在下端形成的基架300;在基架300的下端的上部形成的减速电动机5;在基架300上方左右方向伸出的支架400;由位于支架400一端的释放辊支架10-1支撑的乙烯基释放辊10,其上缠绕扁平乙烯管带;安装在乙烯基释放辊10前端的导向辊50,其形成于基架300的一端,引导扁平乙烯基管带缠绕于乙烯基释放辊10上;上辊1与下辊2,其传送导向轨50引导的扁平乙烯管带,以便形成热封线和撕裂线;传动带4,用于通过将减速电动机5与形成于下辊2一端的下辊滑轮21连接在一起而传输驱动功率;具有自由旋转辊滑轮7的自由旋转辊,由连接到下辊滑轮21的另一传动带4向其提供驱动功率;位于上辊1与下辊2前侧的卷取辊60,其安装于支架400的另一侧,卷取其中形成了热封线与撕裂线的乙烯基包装袋,搁在自由旋转辊6的上端,与自由旋转辊6一起旋转。
2.如权利要求1所述的设备,其中上辊1包括:上辊齿轮11、11′,为正常形状,位于下辊2的上方,与下辊2的下辊齿轮22、22′一起旋转;形成于一个上辊齿轮11′内侧的滑动环14;横向形成于上方一侧的上辊凹槽12;螺丝孔13,以一定间隔形成于上辊凹槽12中;以及位于上辊凹槽12中的导轨3。
3.如权利要求2所述的设备,其中,导轨3包括:位于上辊凹槽12上的导向架31,上辊凹槽12横向形成于上辊1的一侧,且为L形;以及位于导向架31后侧的有齿刀片34,
其中,导向架31包括:形成于上侧的导轨和热封突起36;在导向架31侧表面上端以一定间隔形成的通孔33;用螺纹固定在通孔33和上辊凹槽12中的固定螺钉35;以及插入导轨和热密封突起36内侧的电热丝。
4.如权利要求1所述的设备,其中,下辊2包括:上辊1下端的下辊滑轮21,位于一侧的端部,通过传动带4与减速电动机5连接并由其提供驱动力,同时与在一侧具有自由旋转辊滑轮7的自由旋转辊6连接,以通过另一传动带4向其传输驱动力;下辊齿轮22、22′,形成于下辊滑轮21内侧的两端,同与其啮合的上辊齿轮11、11′一起旋转;与上辊1的导轨3的接触点上横向形成的下辊凹槽23;位于下辊凹槽23内的橡胶垫24。
5.如权利要求1所述的设备,其中,卷取辊60位于自由旋转辊6的上方,包括:具有十字形状的辊管支架8;以及卷取辊管9,其在辊管支架8的上下侧,由橡胶材料制成,且插在辊管支架8的两端。
6.一种制造乙烯基包装袋带的方法,该方法使用的装置包括:在下端形成的基架300;在基架300的下端的上部分形成的减速电动机5;在基架300上方左右方向伸出的支架400;由位于支架400一端的释放辊支架10-1支撑的乙烯基释放辊10,其上缠绕扁平乙烯管带;安装在乙烯基释放辊10前端的导向辊50,其形成于基架300的一端,引导扁平乙烯基管带缠绕于乙烯基释放辊10上;上辊1与下辊2,传送导向轨50引导的扁平乙烯管带,以便形成热封线和撕裂线;传动带4,用于通过将减速电动机5与形成于下辊2一端的下辊滑轮21连接在一起而传输驱动功率;具有自由旋转辊滑轮7的自由旋转辊,由连接到下辊滑轮21的另一传动带4向其提供驱动功率;位于上辊1与下辊2前侧的卷取辊60,其安装于支架400的另一侧,卷取其中形成了热封线与撕裂线的乙烯基包装袋,搁在自由旋转辊6的上端,与自由旋转辊6一起旋转,其中,乙烯基释放辊10架在位于支架400一端的释放辊支架10-1上,乙烯基管带的一端缠绕在乙烯基释放辊10上,另一端通过位于前端的上辊1和下辊2缠绕在卷取辊60上,此后,合上电源,启动减速发动机5,通过传动带4连接的下辊滑轮21和下辊2开始旋转,与下辊2的下辊齿轮22、22′啮合的上辊齿轮11、11′也一起旋转,从而带动上辊1旋转,同时,与通过另一传动带4连接到下辊滑轮21的自由旋转辊滑轮7相连的自由旋转辊6开始旋转,并且搁在自由旋转辊6上侧的卷取辊60一起旋转;
其中,导轨3插入横向形成于上辊1上的上辊凹槽12,通过旋转导轨3传送穿过上辊1与下辊2之间的扁平乙烯基管带,同时,利用该导轨和热封突起36对其进行热封与引导,而该突起由插入到内侧的电热丝加热,并且利用位于后侧的有齿刀片34形成撕裂线,扁平乙烯基管带不断前进且缠绕于安装在支架400上的卷取辊60。
