Abstract

双向旋转取料器属重型起重运输机械,用于煤炭、矿石、黄沙、石子等松散物料的搬运,同国内使用的散货取料装置:蟹爬、斗轮比较,具有省功,结构简单、制造容易,生产效率高,外形尺寸小,重量轻等优点,它是一种用新工作原理的取料装置。目前广泛使用于我国港口、矿山、钢厂等大型企业的斗轮堆取料机存在着难以克服的缺陷:生产效率低堆取料不一样产生巨大的功率浪费;斗轮机头与臂架中心线不能重合布置,使整机自重增大制造困难;轮压大地基处理费钱费时。双向旋转取料器的卧式刮扒取料方法,能使堆取料机的效率提高外形尺寸缩小重量减轻,结构简单使整机制造容易。能改变我国传统产业的制造技术和能力,为我国港口煤炭,矿石专业化码头建造服务。

Description

双向旋转取料器

(一)技术领域:“双向旋转取料器”属重型起重运输机械。

(二)背景技术:我国港口煤炭,矿石专业化码头的配套机械斗轮堆取料机,大型的斗轮堆取料机是从国外进口,例如:上海宝山钢铁厂的煤堆场,宁波北仑港矿石码头(日本人帮助建造),宝山罗径的矿粉、矿石码头是意大利人帮助建造。但是“斗轮堆取料机”采用的斗轮取料机头,存在着自身难以克服的缺点:(1)堆取料不平衡(即堆料同取料不一样),产生巨大的功率浪费,总功率1/4电力,作无功损耗。

(2)斗轮机头与臂架运输中心线不能重合布置,不能直接向运输带供料,影响生产效率的提高。机头尺寸大,自重也大。

(3)斗轮机头安装在臂架的一边,使臂架受扭力,臂架有30米~65米长,为了增加臂架的强度和钢度,再考虑整机的稳定性,使整机自重增加,制造成本加大。

(4)轮压大,最小的轮压200吨,最大的轮压390吨,一般300吨轮压,为了使“斗轮堆取料机”能行走,专业化码头的场地,地基处理是一个浩大工程,费钱费时,影响建设速度。

(三)发明内容:“双向旋转取料器”的取料方法和工作过程:将液压马达用罗栓紧固在铲斗下方,液压马达的动力,通过液压马达锥型输出轴,与取料器的中心套用键连接螺母紧固,使液压马达、铲斗、取料器联为一体。取料器的旋转运动,直接扒取物料,把物料括向铲斗,沿铲斗斜面(15°角),将物料送至卸料口,全过程没有物料的提升,所以它比斗轮取料省功,快捷迅速。“双向旋转取料器”代替斗轮取料,生产效率高,能达到堆料取料一样,消除了1/4电力无功损耗,节约电力。“双向旋转取料器”能与悬臂皮带机的中心线可以重合布置,消除了皮带机的扭力,对悬臂皮带机的强度和刚度要求降低,减轻了悬臂皮带机的重量,加上“双向旋转取料器”的取料的高效率,可以把取料头的尺寸缩小,重量减轻,稳定性增大,可以减轻整机重量,不但节约了钢材,同时使整机制造容易。“双向旋转取料器”代替斗轮取料装置,开发新产品:“双向旋转堆取料机”比斗轮堆取料机的重量轻,轮压低,对地基处理的要求降低,因此可以省钱省时,可以加快我国二江一海煤炭,矿石专业化码头的建设速度。

2、如试验成功,指定有条件能完成该产品制造的厂家,进行产、学、研联合设计制造新产品,进行推广使用,为国家经济建设服务。

Claims (2)

1.前序部份:“双向旋转取料器”设计的目的,是为了解决我国的煤炭、矿石专业化码头,配套机械“斗轮堆取料机”的更新,提高堆取料机的效率,降低制造成本,使整机制造容易。例如:从我国自己制造的, 斗轮堆取料机,斗轮取料头直径就高达8.73米,大连重工起重集团有限公司制造的6000t/h,平均取料能力4400t/h,回转半径50米,斗轮直径9.2米,可以想象,接近和超过三层楼房高的斗轮,在50~-65米长的悬臂皮带机的头部运转,其制造难度之大,因此研究、设计新的取料方法代替堆取料机的关键技术斗轮机头,就很有意义了。“双向旋转取料器”的取料方祛,它的结构简单,扒取物料的高效率,制造容易,对我国煤炭、矿石专业化码头的建造,将产生积极的效果。
2.特征部份:1、“双向旋转取料器”挖取物料的方法,与斗轮取料机的差异,如果把斗轮取料机头看作是一个立式旋转取料装置,则“双向旋转取料器”可视为变异的斗轮卧式取料装置,其特征是——挖取物料的方法;卧式括扒,没有物料的提升,通过取料器的旋转,把物料括扒入铲斗的斜面(15°),把物料送至卸料口,所以,省功、快捷、迅速。2、根据权利要求1所述铲斗和取料器依靠液压马达(外购件成品)的动力能够可靠有效的运转。3、根据权利要求1所述生产不同的生产率要求,设计大小不一的“双向旋转取料器”堆取料机,代替我国目前使用的“斗轮堆取料机”。
