Firstly, sleeving a hanging plate template 12 into a frame 17, and coating a release agent on the surface of a mold and the inner side of the frame 17; then adding water into a mixed material consisting of cement, color aggregate and anti-cracking fiber and stirring the mixed material uniformly; and finally, adding the stirred mixture into a groove in a mold, starting vibration, and compacting the concrete by using a vibration method. The outer surface of the finished decorative layer 1 is of a convex-concave T-shaped rack structure.
The process of manufacturing the hanging plate template 12 comprises the following steps:
(1) and manufacturing a metal male die, wherein the metal male die is a reverse die of the hanging plate template, namely the outer contour of the metal male die is a rack-shaped contour of the outer surface of the stone-recycled decorative exterior wall hanging plate. The metal male die is formed by closing two metal plates, and one metal plate is of a convex-concave tooth-shaped structure; the metal male die is provided with a feed hole and an exhaust hole. The metal male die is manufactured by adopting a machine tool machining method.
(2) Injecting expandable polystyrene beads into the cavity of the metal male die through the charging hole, preheating for foaming, and heating for molding in a die cavity;
(3) and (3) after the injected material is heated, molded and cooled, removing the metal male die, and taking out the polystyrene female die plate to obtain the hanging plate die plate 12.

The reinforcing rib die 13 comprises a lifting frame 14, a connecting rod 15 and a die head 16; the lifting frame 14 is fixedly connected with each die head 16 through a connecting rod 15;
the reinforcing rib die 13 is used for manufacturing the reinforcing rib 9 in the manufacturing process of the hanging plate structure layer 2: when the distance between the spraying surface of the structural layer 2 and the upper edge of the frame 17 of the mold is 20 mm, pressing the reinforcing rib mold 13 into the frame 17, and simultaneously vibrating and compacting the sprayed filler; after cement is finally set, lifting the lifting frame 14 of the reinforcing rib mold 13, and separating the reinforcing rib mold 13 from the reproduced stone decorative exterior wall cladding; the reinforcing rib mold 13 is used for molding and manufacturing the reconstructed stone decorative exterior wall cladding.
FIG. 9 is a schematic view of the process of fabricating the reinforcing rib 9 by using the reconstructed stone decorated exterior wall cladding of the present invention.
Wherein, 1 is a decorative layer; 2 is a structural layer; the steel bar framework 4 is a steel bar framework, and a hoisting part 5 and a tubular embedded part 6 are fixedly connected to the steel bar framework 4 in advance; 9 is a reinforcing rib; 12 is a hanging plate template; 13 is a reinforcing rib mold; 17 is a frame; 18 is an imaginary boundary line between the decorative layer 1 and the structural layer 2.
When the exterior wall cladding is manufactured, the cladding template 12 is sleeved into the frame 17, and the decorative layer filler is sprayed into the cladding template 12 to manufacture the decorative layer 1; then, a structural layer 2 is manufactured, and in the process of manufacturing the structural layer 2, a steel bar frame 4 fixedly connected with a hoisting part 5 and a tubular embedded part 6 needs to be placed in the structural layer 2 and is continuously filled; when the reinforcing rib 9 is manufactured, the reinforcing rib mold 13 is pressed into the structural layer 2, after cement is finally set, the reinforcing rib mold 13 is lifted, and then the stone decorative concrete exterior wall cladding is manufactured to complete forming manufacturing.
FIG. 10 is a schematic view of the mounting structure of the stone-recycled decorative exterior wall cladding of the present invention. The angle steel 20 is fixedly connected with the outer wall through bolts; and an upper and a lower dry-hang pieces 19 are arranged on the angle steel 20, the dry-hang pieces 19 are respectively and fixedly inserted into the dry-hang piece insertion holes 11 of the tubular embedded piece 6 in the hanging plate structure layer, so that the hanging plate is fixedly connected with the wall, wherein A, B in the figure are respectively two reconstructed stone decorative concrete exterior wall hanging plates. The two hanging plates are filled with the embedding tape 21 and the sealant 22.

Claims (10)

1. the structural layer (2) further comprises a steel bar frame (4), and the steel bar frame (4) is arranged in the structural layer (2); the steel bar framework (4) is also fixedly connected with a lifting piece (5) and at least two tubular embedded pieces (6); the steel bar framework (4) plays a role in fixing and supporting;
the pipe-shaped embedded part is characterized in that square hollow pipes (7) are respectively arranged at two ends of the pipe-shaped embedded part (6), and the middles of the square hollow pipes (7) at the two ends are fixedly connected through reinforcing steel bars (8).

ii. Adding water into a mixed material consisting of cement, color aggregate and anti-cracking fiber and stirring the mixed material uniformly;
iii, adding the stirred mixture into a groove in the hanging plate template (12), starting vibration, and compacting the concrete by using a vibrating method;
B. the manufacturing process of the structural layer (2) comprises the following steps:
i. uniformly stirring a mixed material consisting of cement, washed sand, stone powder and an additive by using water;
ii. Adding the uniformly stirred materials into an extrusion pump, and spraying the materials onto the decorative layer (1) in the hanging plate template (12) through a spray gun; while spraying the material, cutting the alkali-resistant glass fiber twistless roving into 25-40 mm in length, and spraying the alkali-resistant glass fiber twistless roving on the decorative layer (1) in the hanging plate template (12);
iii, when the height of the filler in the hanging plate template (12) is 10 mm, flatly placing the steel bar framework (4) in the structural layer (2), and then paving and pasting an alkali-resistant glass fiber mesh cloth on the steel bar framework (4); the steel bar framework (4) is fixedly connected with a hoisting piece (5) and a tubular embedded piece (6);
iv, manufacturing a reinforcing rib (9): continuously repeating the operation procedure of ii, when the spraying surface is 20 mm away from the upper edge of the frame (17), putting the reinforcing rib mould (13) into the frame (17), and simultaneously vibrating and compacting the sprayed filler;
v, using a manual method to carry out edge folding, cleaning and compacting on the vibrated and extruded material;
vi, after cement is finally set, lifting the reinforcing rib mold (13), and then manufacturing the stone decorative concrete exterior wall hanging plate to complete forming manufacturing;
C. a demolding procedure:
i. after the hanging plate is finally solidified for 24 hours, the frame (17) is removed;
ii. After the frame (17) is dismantled, the hanging plate is turned over, and then the hanging plate template (12) is taken out.
5. The method for manufacturing the reconstructed stone decorative exterior wall cladding according to claim 4, wherein the method comprises the following steps:

ii. Injecting expandable polystyrene beads into the cavity of the metal male die through the charging hole, preheating for foaming, and heating for molding in a die cavity;
and iii, after the injected material is heated, molded and cooled, the metal male die is removed, and the polystyrene female die plate is taken out, namely the hanging plate die plate (12).
6. The method for manufacturing the reconstructed stone decorative exterior wall cladding according to claim 4, wherein the method comprises the following steps:

D. and (3) maintenance working procedure:
i. standing and maintaining;
ii. Steam curing and natural curing; wherein the steam curing is to cover the product with a steam curing cover and inject steam into the product; the natural curing method is to cover the product with plastic film and spray water, and to cover the product with plastic film.

the manufacturing method comprises the following steps:
in the manufacturing procedure of the hanging plate template (12), the hanging plate template (12) is made of self-extinguishing polystyrene;
in the step A, in the step i of the decorative layer manufacturing procedure, the release agent is a mixture obtained by mixing solid paraffin and white oil according to the weight ratio of 1: 1 and heating and melting;
in step A and ii of the decorative layer manufacturing procedure, the ingredient amount of the decorative layer is 1kg of quick-hardening low-alkalinity sulphoaluminate cement; 3-5kg of color aggregate; the anti-cracking fiber accounts for 2-4 per mill of the weight ratio of the decorative layer concrete, and the water accounts for 0.36-0.4 kg;
in the step B, in the step i of the manufacturing procedure of the structural layer, the proportion of cement, washed sand and stone powder is 1: 0.5: 1, and the water cement ratio is 0.36; the particle size of the washed sand is less than or equal to 1.2 mm, and the maximum particle size of the stone powder is 1.2 mm;
in step B, in step ii of the manufacturing process of the structural layer, the fiber spraying content should be 3% +/-0.5, preferably 3% of the concrete;

the reinforcing rib die (13) is used for manufacturing the reinforcing rib (9) in the manufacturing process of the hanging plate structure layer (2): when the distance between the spraying surface of the structural layer (2) and the upper edge of the frame (17) is 20 mm, the reinforcing rib die (13) is pressed into the frame (17), and the sprayed filler is vibrated and compacted; after cement is finally set, lifting a lifting frame (14) of the reinforcing rib mold (13) to separate the reinforcing rib mold (13) from the reproduced stone decorative exterior wall hanging plate; the reinforcing rib mold (13) is used for molding and manufacturing the reconstructed stone decorative exterior wall cladding.
10. The mold for reproducing stone decorated exterior wall cladding as claimed in claim 9, wherein:
the mould also comprises a metal male die, and the metal male die is used in the manufacturing process of the hanging plate template (12); the metal male die consists of two metal plates, and one metal plate is of a concave-convex toothed structure; a charging hole and an exhaust hole are arranged on the metal male die;
the hanging plate template (12) is a reverse mould of the metal male mould, namely the outer contour of the metal male mould is in the shape of a rack on the outer surface of the reconstructed stone decorative exterior wall hanging plate; the metal male die is manufactured by adopting a machine tool machining method, and a feeding hole and an exhaust hole for injection molding foaming are reserved in the manufacturing process;
when the hanging plate template (12) is manufactured, expandable polystyrene beads are injected into a cavity of a metal male die through the feeding hole, and then are preheated for foaming and heated and formed in a die cavity; and (3) after the injected material is heated, molded and cooled, the metal male die is removed, and the polystyrene female die plate is taken out, namely the hanging plate die plate (12).
