本发明提供一种新颖的纳米技术中空纤维人工肾,包括活性炭和火棉胶涂层的纳米中空纤维。其特征在于:采用火棉胶涂层的中空纤维和活性炭的双重功能。克服了目前临床上使用的半透膜中空纤维人工肾不能清除中分子类物质,病人长期透析而导致贫血、衰弱、免疫力下降等缺点。本发明的纳米技术中空纤维人工肾能有效清除人体内源性、外源性毒素,具有超滤、弥散、吸附、脱水等多项功能,同时具有体积小、成本低、工艺简单、效率高、便于产业化的优点。

纳米技术中空纤维人工肾
本发明纳米技术中空纤维人工肾是生物医学工程范畴内用于体外循环的高科技医疗器械。
目前临床上使用的炭肾不能有效清除病人体内多余的水份,而半透膜的中空纤维肾又不能完全除去中分子类物质,造成病人长期透析造成贫血、衰弱、免疫力下降、内分泌功能紊乱等并发症,病人痛苦,很难维持。但是,纳米技术中空纤维人工肾是具有多种功能的人工肾。
本发明的目的是提供一种新型的能有效清除人体内源性、外源性毒素,具有超滤、弥散、吸附、脱水等多项功能的医疗器械。同时具有体积小、成本低、工艺简单、效率高、便于产业化的优点。
本发明的实施方案是:纳米技术中空纤维和活性吸附炭为材料制成的人工肾。中空管内壁用0.02-0.05微米白蛋白火棉胶涂层,保护血液中血小板不被破坏。
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作近一步详细说明。

实施例:
如图1所示的本发明纳米技术中空纤维人工肾包括:火棉胶涂层的纳米中空纤维1、活性吸附炭2、血液进口3、血液出口4、透析液入口5、透析液出口6以及人工肾外壳7。
病人的血液由血液进口3进入人工肾活性吸附炭2,血液内大分子有毒物质被清除,再流入火棉胶涂层的纳米中空纤维1的管内。由于火棉胶白蛋白的特殊功能保护了流经中空纤维内的血液内的血小板不会形成血栓。同时经透析液入口5流入的透析液渗透压小于火棉胶涂层的纳米中空纤维1管内的渗透压。火棉胶涂层的纳米中空纤维1的管壁上均匀分布着小孔,在压差的作用下,血液内毒素和多余的水分透出小孔。由透析液出口6排出体外,经过净化的血液经过血液出口4流入体内。

  1. 一、一种纳米技术中空纤维人工肾,包括:火棉胶涂层的中空纤维1、活性吸附炭2、血液进口3、血液出口4、透析液进口5、透析液出口6、人工肾外壳7。其特征在于:人工肾外壳7内放置火棉胶涂层的中空纤维1和活性吸附炭2。
    二、根据权利要求一所述的纳米技术中空纤维人工肾。其特征在于:所述的火棉胶涂层的纳米中空纤维1的管壁上均匀分布着小孔。
