Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及在切断机里移动原卷的装置和方法。
背景技术
在下文中,术语“原卷”(logs)是指薄片材料(比如纸张)绕着支承芯部(比如管状硬纸板芯部)卷起的筒卷,再切割形成较小长度(也就是商业尺寸)的筒卷。
已知纸卷的生产就是利用一个或多个切断机横向切断由复卷机产生的原卷。
专利IT 1247330中详细描述了一种原卷切断机。
实际上,这种类型的切断机包括:
-多个沟槽或导向器,原卷被卸入其中,并在其相应之处安装有行话称之为“搬运车”(porter)的移动装置,以推动原卷后面将其驱动为纵向运动;
-切断工位,其包括一个或多个环绕与原卷轴线平行的轴线旋转并且固定在相应活动支承上的圆形刀片。
在正常操作期间,通过相关的“搬运车”将待切断的原卷放在各个导向器上的预定位置并且闭锁在该位置;然后,启动其中一个刀片,也就是说,其被驱动进入与原卷轴线垂直的平面,从而从其中形成预定尺寸的较短卷筒。卷筒的长度实际上取决于在刀片动作两次连续切断之间经过的时间期间搬运车的进程。
尤其是,原卷向切断装置的进给是不连续性的,因为在一个原卷和下一个之间一直产生空白空间,而且因为实际上不可能利用具有已知类型搬运车的系统连续地供给原卷。
这种供给中的不连续性对于系统的实际能力带来降低的生产率,以每小时生产的卷筒数表示。另一个缺点是当预先设置用于同步移动搬运车和切断装置的系统出现故障时,系统的部件很可能会彼此碰撞,这会负面地影响制造工艺的经济性。
发明内容
本发明的主要目标是克服所述缺点。
根据本发明,通过采用具有独立权利要求所述特性的结构和方法的思想,已经取得了这个效果。其它特性在从属权利要求中阐述。
本发明使有可能连续地将原卷供给至切断装置,在相邻原卷之间既没有中断也没有空白空间,这样使能显著地提高该系统的实际生产能力,并且在驱动原卷装置和切断装置之间没有任何干扰。此外,根据本发明的装置相对地易于制造、成本低廉并且即使在长期使用之后依然可靠。

具体实施方式
还原至其基本结构,并且参考附图中的插图,根据本发明的装置包括:
-具有一个或多个纵向沟槽(10)的平台(1),待切断的原卷置于沟槽内;
-推动装置(3),在所述平台(1)相应之处动作并且用于作用在原卷(2)的后面,以将它们沿着相应的导向沟槽(10)朝着位于下游的切断装置(4)推动;
-夹紧装置(5),其置于所述推动装置(3)和所述切断装置(4)之间的中间并且用于啮合由推动装置(3)沿着平台(1)沟槽(10)推动的原卷(2)再将它们驱动向前直到所述切断装置(4)。
有利地,所述推动装置(3)包括杆件(30),其布置横向于平台(1)的沟槽(10)并且由与相应电动机(32)(仅在图14方框图中示出)相关联的支架(31)移动到达和离开所述夹紧装置(5)并被安装能在平台(1)的两个长边上滑动。
此外有利地,所述夹紧装置(5)由两个电机驱动的闭环皮带(50)构成,这两个皮带相对于原卷(2)在平台(1)上滑动到达的平面(2)彼此对置,使得每个皮带总是具有与该平面平行的长度(51):所述皮带(50)彼此面对长度(51)隔开的大小基本上等于原卷(2)的外径。
例如参考附图,所述切断装置(4)包括装在支承臂(41)上的刀片(40),该支承臂与将其驱动为到达和离开待切断原卷(2)运动的相关致动器(400)(参见图14方框图)相关联。
上述装置的操作如下。
原卷(2)由自动装料设备(其为本领域的技术人员人所共知,因此本文不再详述)置于平台(1)的沟槽(10)内,再用推动装置(3)将它们朝向皮带(50)推动直到皮带的平行长度(51)之间(图1和2)。此时,这样放置的每个原卷(2)都保持在相同的皮带(50)之间,皮带通过在相应的排出辊上旋转将原卷导向切断装置(4),如图3所示,并且在其完全相反的表面部分上啮合该原卷。皮带(50)的运动(并由此原卷(2)的运动)是间断的且与切断装置(4)同步:在每次停止相应之际,装置(4)在动作,因此原卷(2)被切断,而在皮带(50)的运动期间,装置(4)不工作,并且离开原卷(2)。皮带(50)的运行速度和时间相对于将要由切断原卷(2)所获得的纸卷(20)长度预先决定。一旦原卷(2)保持在皮带(50)之间,支架(31)便返回运动至相关的初始位置,因此,当将其它原卷(2)置于平台(1)的沟槽中时,这些原卷又可以由同一推动装置所驱动,直到将其相关的头部置于与先前传递给皮带(50)的原卷(2)尾部相接触,如图4所示。这个过程循环重复,如图5-9所示。这样持续不断地进行原卷(2)到切断装置的供给,也就是在相邻原卷之间没有中断或空白空间地进行,这对于系统的实际生产有着明显的优点。筒卷(20)在生产时被正在处理的相同原卷(2)推动到位于切断装置(4)下游的传送带(35)上,传送带用于将它们移开。可能还有固定的水平平面(350)置于传送带(35)和切断装置(4)之间。
因此,根据本发明的操作方法包括,推动待切断的原卷(2)纵向运动的步骤,以及拉动相同原卷(2)纵向运动的后续步骤。
所述方法例如可以借助于前述装置进行,且由于对原卷(2)所述推动和拉动的组合作用可使原卷(2)能达到连续供给。
当整理的原卷被装到平台(1)上时,也就可能从每个原卷中得到的第一个到最后一个筒卷获得更加均匀的切断质量。还有可能这样移动皮带(50),得在切断装置(4)相应之处通过原卷尾部和后续原卷头部时执行后者的双重步骤。在这样情况下,不提供对原卷的整理(而是相反,通常提供未整理的原卷)。使用整理的原卷有助于进一步提高生产率。
有利地,在切断装置(4)相应之处,还可以提供装置(6),以在切断步骤期间(也就是在启动切断装置时)临时保持原卷(2)。
根据附图的插图中所示的典型实施例,所述保持装置(6)包括两个板(60a,60b),每个板在一侧具有多个刚性基本为半圆形的钩-下称为“加压器”-在相对侧具有滑动装在与垂线成预定角度倾斜的导向器(7)内的附加物(600):所述板(60a,60b)与致动器(8)相关联,致动器在控制下将它们驱动为沿着相应的导向器(7)方向基本呈直线运动,而且上述板布置成平行且呈镜似关系,也就是垂直于待处理的原卷(2)。
所述板(60a,60b)的附加物(600)设有小辊(63),以助于其在相应导向器(7)内滑动。
优选地,所述导向器(7)与垂线成60°至65°角倾斜,以实现每个加压器(61)位移的垂直和水平分量被认为是最佳的组合,并且在处理中的原卷无论直径多少都能使装置尽可能最佳地工作,因而达到很高的通用性。
例如,所述致动器(8)可以是一台电动机,它由作用在穿过两个板(60a,60b)的枢轴(83)上的曲柄连杆型传动装置(80,81)连接至两个板(60a,60b)上:所述板(60a,60b)经由相应的杠杆(108)啮合至固定体(100),每个杠杆在一侧铰接至两个固定体(100)之一,而在另一侧铰接至所述枢轴(83)之上两个板(60a,60b)之一。将杠杆(108)与板(60a,60b)相连接的铰接轴线与枢轴(83)平行。
当切断装置(4)不工作并且离开原卷(2)时,板(60a,60b)便升高(如图12中点划线所示),使得原卷(2)不向前移动(由于所述皮带50施加于其上的拉力)。恰好在切断原卷(2)的步骤开始之前,也就是当它们处于切断位置时,用钩(61)压缩原卷的表面将板(60a,60b)降低(参见图10和11以及图12中的实线图),钩为大致半圆形且呈镜似关系,横向也在上部包围原卷,从而将它们保持在预定位置。在底部,原卷(2)部分放置在相应的皮带(50)上以及部分放在平面(350)上。板(60a,60b)的升降通过致动器(8)经由上述杠杆配置完成。
推动装置(3)、夹紧装置(50)、切断装置(4)和操纵板(60a,60b)平移的致动器(8)的控制都是通过相应的可编程电子装置自动进行的,沿着原卷(2)的工作路径在已知和预定位置布置的光学的、光电管操作的控制装置(90)又连接至该电子装置。这种电子装置对于工业自动化领域的技术人员来说人所公知,因此不再详述。
实际上,结构细节可以等效方式改变,比如就形状、尺寸、元件布置、所用材料的性质等而言,这在没有背离所采用解决方案思路的范围情况下,而且依然不超出授权给本专利的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种在切断机里移动原卷(2)的装置,其包括具有一个或多个纵向沟槽(10)的平台(1),以及在所述平台(1)相应之处动作的推动装置(3),待切断的原卷置于该沟槽内,该推动装置用来作用在原卷(2)的后面以将它们沿着相应的导向沟槽(10)朝着位于下游的切断装置(4)推动,该装置的特征在于,其包括置于所述推动装置(3)和所述切断装置(4)之间居中的紧装置(5),该夹紧装置用来啮合由推动装置(3)沿着平台(1)沟槽(10)推动的原卷(2)再将它们驱动向前直到所述切断装置(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述推动装置(3)包括杆件(30),布置横向于平台(1)的沟槽(10)并且由与相应电动机相关联的支架(31)移动到达和离开所述夹紧装置(5)并被安装能在平台(1)的两个长边上滑动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述夹紧装置(5)包括电机驱动的闭环皮带(50),该皮带相对于原卷(2)在平台(1)上滑动达到的平面彼此对置,使得每个皮带总是具有平行于该平面的长度(51):所述皮带(50)彼此面对长度(51)隔开的大小基本上等于原卷(2)的外径。

8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,原卷的运动是连续的,每个原卷(2)的头部与前一原卷(2)的尾部相接触。
9.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述原卷(2)是整理的原卷,即在受到所述推动和拉动操作之前被修整的原卷。
