本发明提供一种车辆用座椅,其不使乘员的视线高度改变就可从标准姿势向斜躺姿势过渡。本发明的车辆用座椅(10),支承所述座椅靠背上部(13)的座椅靠背上部框架(23)固定于后方的车身镶板上,支承所述座椅靠背下部(14)的座椅靠背下部框架(24)的上部可相对所述座椅靠背上部框架的下部转动地连结于该座椅靠背上部框架上,与支承所述座垫(11)的座垫框架(21)连结、并使该座垫框架(21)向上方及前方倾斜动作的电动单元(26)被固定于底板部,所述座垫框架(21)和所述座椅靠背下部框架(24)被可转动地相连结,随着所述座垫框架(21)的倾斜动作,所述座椅靠背下部(14)向前方转动位移。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种使用于乘用车等的车辆用座椅,特别涉及这样的车辆用座椅,其座垫由车身镶板的底板部支承,同时座椅靠背被上下分割成座椅靠背上部和座椅靠背下部这两部分、并以可以进行中间弯折且可进行斜躺操作的方式被支承。
背景技术
以往,公知的有在具备乘员就座的座垫和成为乘员靠背的座椅靠背的车辆用座椅中,座椅靠背被分割成上下两部分可进行中间弯折而成为斜躺姿势(例如,参照日本特开2002-345589号公报、美国专利6474737号说明书)。
例如日本特开2002-345589号公报所公开的车辆用座椅,是轿车式乘用车的后座,如图5所示,座垫111的座垫框架113通过连杆臂112支承于车身镶板120的底板部120a的轴承架121,座椅靠背112的上半部分112a的框架114a通过连杆臂124、125支承于车身镶板120的后纵壁部120b上。
另外,座椅靠背112的下半部分112b的框架114b由固定于车身镶板120的后纵壁部120b的下部侧的铰链架126可转动地支承,同时,通过形成于框架114b的上端侧的长孔127可转动及可滑动地连结框架114a和114b,此外,框架114b的下端部和座垫框架113可转动地被连结。
而且,当使安装于位于座椅靠背112后方的后纵壁部120b上的电动机130进行旋转驱动时,安装于座椅靠背112的上半部分112a的框架114a上的连杆臂124、125分别转动,上半部分112a向接近或离开后纵壁部120b的方向平行移动。若使连杆臂124、125逆时针转动,如图6所示,座椅靠背112的上半部分112a向下方向及与后纵壁部120b靠近的方向移动,通过该移动,座椅靠背112的下半部分112b顺时针转动,座椅靠背112中间弯折而形成斜躺状态。此外,随着下半部分112b的转动,座垫111通过连杆臂122而向上方升起,车辆用座椅100过渡成斜躺姿势。
然而,所述以往的车辆用座椅,从标准姿势向斜躺姿势过渡时,由于座椅靠背的上半部分向下方向移动,所以乘员的头部位置也向下方向移动,视线的高度变低,视野变窄了。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种不使乘员的视线高度变化就可以从标准姿势过渡到斜躺姿势的车辆用座椅。
能够达到所述目的的本发明的车辆用座椅,包括:座垫,其座垫支承于车身镶板的底板部上;座椅靠背,其被上下分割成座椅靠背上部和座椅靠背下部这两部分、从而所述座椅靠背适于在所述座椅靠背上部和所述座椅靠背下部之间弯折,所述座椅靠背被控制而使之倾斜;座椅靠背上部框架,其支承所述座椅靠背上部,并固定于后方的车身镶板上;座椅靠背下部框架,其支承所述座椅靠背下部,并在其上部可相对所述座椅靠背上部框架的下部转动地连结于该座椅靠背上部框架上;座垫框架,其支承所述座垫;驱动单元,其与所述座垫框架连结,并使该座垫框架向上方及前方倾斜动作,并且所述驱动单元固定于所述底板部的横梁部上;所述座垫框架和所述座椅靠背下部框架被可转动地相连结,随着所述座垫框架的倾斜动作,所述座椅靠背下部向前方转动位移;所述驱动单元是电动单元。
如此构成的车辆用座椅,可以在将座椅靠背上部固定于后方的车身镶板的状态不变的情况下,通过使座椅靠背下部的下部和座垫向上方及前方移动,而形成斜躺姿势。为此,即使就座的乘员的就座位置(臀部位置)向上方及前方移动,由于其头部位置不移动,不改变视线的高度,也不使视野变化就可以形成斜躺。
另外,在本发明的车辆用座椅中,最好是所述电动单元固定于所述底板部的横梁部。
以往,在座椅靠背的后方由车身镶板支承电动机等电动单元时,在乘员就座状态下向斜躺姿势过渡时需要较大的驱动力,此时的反作用力作用于支承电动单元的车身镶板,有时会使得车身镶板变形,但在电动单元相对于横梁部被固定时,通过倾斜动作,可由刚性比较高的横梁部确实地支承电动单元所受到的载荷。
根据本发明的车辆用座椅,可以不使乘员视线的高度变化而过渡到斜躺姿势。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图对本发明的车辆用座椅的实施方式的例子进行详细说明。
图1是本实施方式的车辆用座椅的分解立体图,图2是图1所示的车辆用座椅的框架部分的立体图,图3是表示由图1及图2所示的电动单元驱动而产生的倾斜动作的侧视简图,图4是表示图2所示的车辆用座椅的动作的侧视简图。
如图1所示,本实施方式的车辆用座椅10,例如是轿车式的乘用车的后座,大致由乘员就座的座垫11、成为乘员靠背的座椅靠背12、支承这些座垫11及座椅靠背12的框架20构成。座椅靠背12被上下分割成座椅靠背上部13和座椅靠背下部14这两部分,可以中间弯折。另外,在座椅靠背12的上方,相对于座椅靠背12可装卸及可调节高度地安装有头枕15。
如图1及图2所示,框架部分20包括:支承座椅靠背上部13的座椅靠背上部框架23,支承座椅靠背下部14的座椅靠背下部框架24,支承座垫11的座垫框架21。
座椅靠背上部框架23是从座椅靠背上部13的背面侧延伸到座椅靠背下部14的背面侧的框架,其上部、中部、下部具有螺栓固定部23a、23b、23c、23d。这些螺栓固定部23a、23b、23c、23d通过将螺栓穿入形成于各自上的用于螺栓穿入的孔而由螺栓固定于位于车辆用座椅10后方的车身镶板的后纵壁部(未图示)。另外,座椅靠背上部框架23具有与座椅靠背下部框架24连结的旋转支承部23e、23f,可转动地支承座椅靠背下部框架24。另外,在图2中用旋转轴A表示该转动中心。
座椅靠背下部框架24是配置于座椅靠背下部14的背面侧的框架,其上部具有旋转支承部24a、24b,其下部具有旋转支承部24c、24d。上部的旋转支承部24a、24b相对于座椅靠背上部框架23的旋转支承部23e、23f可转动地被连结于该旋转支承部23e、23f上,由此,座椅靠背下部框架24以旋转轴A为中心转动。另外,下部的旋转支承部24c、24d可相对于座垫框架21转动地被连结于该座垫框架21上。另外,在图2中用旋转轴B表示该转动中心。
座垫框架21是配置于座垫11下侧的框架,其后部具有旋转支承部21a。该旋转支承部21a可相对于座椅靠背下部框架24的下部的旋转支承部24c、24d可转动地被连结于该旋转支承部24c、24d上,由此,座垫框架21以旋转轴B为中心转动。
另外,座垫框架21,在其外框形状的框架21b的内侧设有板状的电动单元固定部件25,在该电动单元固定部件25的下表面侧安装有斜躺操作用的电动单元26。另外,在电动单元26上在其车辆宽度方向的两端部分设有安装部27、28,由螺栓将电动单元固定部件25固定于这些安装部27、28上。
如图2及图3所示,电动单元26包括:作为驱动源的电动机29,将电动机29的旋转运动转换为直线运动的螺丝轴30,与外配合于螺丝轴30上的螺母一起进行驱动的驱动侧连杆31,连结于驱动侧连杆31上的连结轴33,连结于连结轴33上的从动侧连杆32,可转动地支承着从动侧连杆32的固定板34。另外,安装部27、28固定于连结轴33的两端部分。并且,固定板34通过螺栓固定于车身镶板的底板部上的横梁部,由此,通过电动单元26由座垫框架21支承座垫11。
如图3及图4所示,使电动机29旋转、并使驱动侧连杆31及从动侧连杆32转动时,安装部27、28向上方及前方倾斜动作,与此同时,座垫框架21及座垫11也向上方及前方倾斜动作。另外,随着座垫框架21的倾斜动作,以旋转轴B为中心可转动地连结于座垫框架21的后端的座椅靠背下部框架24的下部也向上方及前方移动,在位于座椅靠背下部框架24的上部的旋转支承部24a、24b上,座椅靠背下部框架24以旋转轴A为中心而转动。
由此,座垫11上的就座位置(臀部位置)向上方及前方移动的同时,座椅靠背下部14向前方转动位移,座椅靠背12中间弯折,从标准姿势向斜躺姿势过渡。此时,由于座椅靠背上部框架23固定于车身镶板,座椅靠背上部13保持其位置,因此,就座的乘员的头部位置不变化,视线高度也不会变化。
另外,由于电动单元26在底板部上固定于刚性高的前横梁部,所以可以确实地支承由于倾斜动作,电动单元26所受到的反作用力产生的载荷,从而可以防止使车身镶板变形。
在上文中,对作为驱动单元例子的电动单元做了说明。因为电动单元可容易受电信号等控制,所以电源单元适于作为本发明的驱动单元。然而,只要该驱动单元促动座垫框架向上和向前倾斜,就可以采用该驱动单元,例如,弹簧构件或者人工操作可适于作为驱动单元的驱动源。
虽然已经参照本发明优选实施例进行了描述,但是对于本技术领域的技术人员而言显而易见的是,可以在不脱离本发明的范围内进行各种变化和修改,因此,所附权利要求旨在覆盖落入本发明的实质精神和范围内的所有变化和修改。
产业上的可利用性
如以上所述,本发明的车辆用座椅具有在从标准姿势向斜躺姿势过渡时,可以保持乘员的视线高度、良好地维持其视野的效果,作为轿车式的后座特别有用,而该轿车式的后座具有能够在座椅的后方固定座椅靠背上部框架的车身镶板等。但是,本发明的车辆用座椅也可以适用于轿车式的后座以外的座椅。
Claims (3)
1.一种车辆用座椅,包括:
座垫,其支承于车身镶板的底板部上;
座椅靠背,其被上下分割成座椅靠背上部和座椅靠背下部这两部分,从而所述座椅靠背适于在所述座椅靠背上部和所述座椅靠背下部之间弯折,所述座椅靠背被控制而使之倾斜;
座椅靠背上部框架,其支承所述座椅靠背上部,并且在所述座椅靠背上部框架的背侧固定于所述车身镶板的后部上;
座椅靠背下部框架,其支承所述座椅靠背下部,并且在其上部可转动地连接于所述座椅靠背上部框架上;
座垫框架,其支承所述座垫;以及
驱动单元,其固定于所述底板部上,所述驱动单元与座垫框架相连结,以使所述座垫框架向上方及前方倾斜动作,
其特征在于,所述座垫框架和所述座椅靠背下部框架彼此可转动地相连,从而随着使所述座垫框架倾斜动作,使所述座椅靠背下部向前方转动位移。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用座椅,其特征在于,所述驱动单元固定于所述底板部的横梁部上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用座椅,其特征在于,所述驱动单元是电动单元。
