Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种带有气体供给旋塞(开关,tap)或旋塞/压力调节器的小型医用气瓶,该组件由刚性保护壳保护,该保护壳上还可以覆盖有热收缩薄膜,以确保符合药物要求的卫生等级。
背景技术
目前,压力气瓶可以具有或不具有一体的气体施加系统。气瓶及可能与之一体的气体施加系统可以由保护气瓶的上部的保护盖或罩机械地保护,气瓶的上部即为用于释放气体的旋塞或旋塞/压力调节器和可能与其相关联的各种部件-例如一个或多个压力计等。
但是,很快发现这种保护罩的用途是有限的,因为该保护罩不能保护整个瓶体而仅保护气瓶的上部。
另外,这种盖型装置不适于保证气瓶的最大限度的清洁和卫生。
为了改善这一点,已经提出围绕柱形瓶体或在气瓶顶部覆盖一层或多层热成形薄膜。尽管热成形薄膜提高了气瓶的清洁和卫生,但是由于其不能保护整个气瓶及其气体施加系统,因此所述薄膜不能提供最大限度的保证。
然而,某些一次性装置被设计成仿照(遵循)气瓶及气体施加系统的形状。每当填充了气瓶时,这些装置都发生改变,但是通常它们不能完全仿照气瓶及其气体施加系统的复杂轮廓,或者这些一次性装置仅适于重几十千克且尺寸大于60cm的大型气瓶,因此不适用于小型气瓶-即高度小于50cm的气瓶。
在这点上,可提及文献US-A-2004/0020793、US-A-4967923和JP-A-07269790,这些文献描述了配备有可以包括或不包括提把的保护罩的大型气瓶,整个组件由一个或多个柔性保护套装置。
此外,医用气瓶或其它气瓶的制造商没有或很少考虑到压力气瓶的人类工程学、审美学、卫生学以及最重要的可握持性和可运输性。
在这点上,可提及文献US-A-2003/0047178、US-A-5119844、FR-A-2716951、US-A-5472024和US-A-4905855,这些文献提出用于气瓶的保护装置,大多数不允许这样装备的气瓶容易地运输,而且其在人类工程学和卫生学方面也不适用于医用领域。
现在,应理解,对于使用该产品的人-即病人,审美学方面以及可握持性和可运输性是非常重要的,甚至有时是最重要的,尤其是当病人没有住院治疗时,即当病人被永久性地供给来自这样配备的气瓶的呼吸气体的同时必须来回走动时。
尽管如此,目前仅有的略微改善压力气瓶的人类工程学的已知系统是通常与气瓶所带有的盖或保护性压力调节器相关联的握持系统,例如US-A-2004/0020793中所描述的。
此外,文献EP-A-903 162还提出用由两个带有连接到外部的连接软管的不透水的部件形成的外罩保护适于呼吸的空气的储备。然而,这种设备不适于医疗用途,主要是由于上述原因,因为其简单地构造成可在紧急状况下例如坠入海中或类似紧急状况的航空器的飞行员所使用的应急空气储备。
此外,现有技术的某些已知系统构造复杂,使得安装和拆卸设备复杂且难以处理。
从而,可以理解,现有设备和系统还很不够,不能满足用户的期望。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是:通过改进现有设备、提供有效地保护医用气瓶、旋塞、旋塞/压力调节器、压力计和/或它们所装备的其它部件免受特别是它们跌落时可能受到的各种冲击和损坏的设备,来解决上述问题,该设备还保证气瓶更卫生和清洁,同时人类工程性更好、重量更轻并且使用时更易于握持,并且使产品更有吸引力,因此更适于用于大众和/或非固定的治疗,即,不是在医院环境中,因为本发明必须能够能够允许病人几乎连续地使用。
另外,用于保护气瓶的装置必须能够容易地围绕待保护的气瓶设置,或者相反,在维护操作期间能够容易地取下,同时仍然允许装备到该医用气瓶的气体旋塞或旋塞/压力调节器的出口管道配件易于连接到气体供给装置例如需求阀。
因此,本发明的解决方案是一种便携式气体供给设备(供气设备),该设备包括:高度小于50cm的气瓶,安装在该瓶上的气体旋塞或旋塞/压力调节器,以及围绕该瓶和围绕所述气体旋塞或旋塞/压力调节器设置的机械保护装置,所述保护装置包括由至少两个子部件(分部件)形成的至少一个外部刚性壳,所述子部件包括用于将所述子部件牢固地紧固(固定)在一起的连接(卡接,接合)装置。
根据本发明的设备的一个方面,所述子部件包括两个紧固在一起的半壳,形成覆盖整个瓶体和所述旋塞或旋塞/压力调节器的至少一部分的保护壳;在所述半壳与旋塞或旋塞/压力调节器之间设置有一个或多个附加保护部件。在所述半壳之间设置附加保护部件能够有效保护旋塞或旋塞/压力调节器、一个或多个压力计和/或该气瓶所装备的其它部件免受在该气瓶使用中可能遇到的冲击和损坏,尤其当该设备跌落时能够避免气体旋塞或旋塞/压力调节器的任何损坏或将其降到最小。
根据本发明的设备的另一方面,所述子部件包括两个紧固在一起的半壳,形成覆盖整个瓶体和所述旋塞或旋塞/压力调节器的至少一部分的保护壳;在该两个半壳上安装有朝向旋塞或旋塞/压力调节器的封闭盖;至少一个所述保护半壳和/或所述封闭盖包括朝向旋塞或旋塞/压力调节器的端口,以允许接近所述旋塞或旋塞/压力调节器上的至少一个管道配件;该组件的重量小于5kg。这不仅有助于有效地保护医用气瓶及其装备的各种设备部件免受尤其当设备跌落时可能受到的各种冲击和损坏,还能保证并且提高气瓶的卫生和清洁等级,同时对于使用者来说具有良好的人类工程学设计,使得气瓶易于与其外围保护装置合并在一起,容易从保护装置取出,并且在使用时易于将其连接到气体供给装置例如需求阀。
根据本发明的设备的再一方面,所述外部刚性壳具有带有颈部的外轮廓,该颈部设计成允许使用者通过抓握该颈部用手握住该设备。该颈部有助于改善本发明的设备的人类工程性,但更重要的是由于该颈部设计成允许使用者通过抓握该颈部用手握住该设备,即该颈部设计成允许病人用一只手握住该设备,因此该设备易于被使用者操作。
根据具体情况,本发明的设备可包括一个或多个以下特征:
-当所述两个子部件紧固在一起时,它们形成覆盖整个瓶体和所述旋塞或旋塞/压力调节器的至少一部分的保护壳;
-所述子部件包括两个半壳;
-所述两个半壳紧固在一起后所获得的外部轮廓具有形成在所述半壳上的周向颈部,即直径小于保护壳的其余部分的直径的区域;
-所述周向颈部位于所述半壳的大约上部三分之一处;
-瓶体由铝、铝合金或复合材料形成;
-所述半壳由塑料,优选由防火聚合物,即具有良好的机械强度的耐火聚合物制成;
-在所述子部件与旋塞或旋塞/压力调节器之间设置有一个或多个附加保护部件,这些保护部件的形状优选仿照所述旋塞或旋塞/压力调节器的全部或部分外表面的轮廓;
-在所述两个半壳上安装有朝向旋塞或旋塞/压力调节器的封闭盖,从而所述封闭盖和两个半壳形成所述子部件或子组件,所述子部件或子组件构成保护瓶和旋塞或旋塞/压力调节器的整个刚性保护壳;
-至少一个所述保护半壳和/或所述封闭盖包括朝向旋塞或旋塞/压力调节器的端口,以允许接近所述旋塞或旋塞/压力调节器上的至少一个管道配件;
-在所述管道配件上经由端口安装有气体供给阀、连接到通气装置(呼吸器)的系统或任何其它气体供给系统例如喷雾系统,该供给阀优选为需求阀;
-该设备的重量小于5kg,优选小于3kg,甚至更优选小于2kg;
-该设备包括可追踪装置,尤其是设置在其中一个半壳、封闭盖或其中一个附加保护部件的壳体内的可追踪芯片,或者位于该壳或该封闭盖上的条形码;
-在所述管道配件上经由端口安装有气体供给阀、连接到通气装置的系统或任何其它气体供给系统,该供给阀优选为需求阀;
-与所述气体供给阀配合的按钮允许病人通过作用所述按钮来增加气体流量,并且在所述半壳的一个和/或另一个上设置有用于接近所述按钮的孔;
-所述两个半壳通过由所述半壳的内壁和/或底部承载或置于其上的连接装置和/或由保护部件承载的连接装置安装在一起;
-所述连接装置包括由所述半壳之一承载的连接钩,该连接钩与位于另一个半壳上的互补装置配合;
-所述半壳的内周壁和/或底部上设置有内部加强件;
-所述加强件和所述半壳模制成一体件;
-围绕所述外部半壳的外围设置有一次性的热(压/塑)成形薄膜。

具体实施方式
如附图中所示,本发明提出用刚性塑料保护壳3、3a、3b包覆由压力气瓶1及其气体施加系统2形成的组件,其中,气瓶1尤其是指医用氧气瓶或氧气/氦气混合气瓶,气体施加系统2主要是指安装在该气瓶上的旋塞或旋塞/压力调节器,所述壳不仅允许使用者容易地接近施加元件和部件-尤其是安装旋塞或旋塞/压力调节器2上的一个(或多个)气体出口管道配件(接头),还保证在所述使用者第一次使用所述气瓶之前该气瓶没有被损坏。
这是因为使用者必须能够容易地接近安装在瓶颈上的旋塞或旋塞/压力调节器2所具有的气体出口管道配件,特别是当使用者想在该管道配件上安装需求阀(demand valve)4或任何其它类似的气体供给装置例如喷雾装置时。
本发明的组件的一个优点在于使用者所冒的危险很小,因为使用者与高压部分之间没有直接接触,这是因为高压部分位于保护壳的下面,而接触区域仅为位于低压处的需求阀4的出口。
本发明的保护壳3、3a、3b覆盖整个气瓶1及其压力气体施加系统2。
此外,该保护壳3、3a、3b的特殊形状改善了人类工程性,因为所述保护壳仿照气瓶1的体部1b和底部1a的轮廓以及设置在气瓶1上的气体旋塞或旋塞/压力调节器2的轮廓。
本发明尤其适合用于医用小型气瓶,即高度在20至40cm之间且重量至多为5kg-通常约为1.5至2kg的气瓶。作为示例,气瓶的容量可为0.47升(水),其内部最大气压至少为200巴,优选至少为300巴。
此外,为将设备的重量降到最小,优选选择由轻质材料尤其由铝或复合材料制成的瓶。
如从示出根据本发明的便携式设备的分解视图的图1所更详细地看出的,由两个半壳3a、3b形成的且其上安装有封闭盖5的保护壳3、3a、3b保护气体施加系统2和瓶1。然而,在本发明的上下文中,半壳3a、3b不必具有相同的结构,保护壳3可以由连接在一起的多于两个的子结构形成。
为了进一步加强对安装在瓶1上的旋塞或旋塞/压力调节器2的保护,如图1所示,在半壳3a、3b与旋塞或旋塞/压力调节器2之间设置有一个或多个附加保护部件14a、14b,可选地在旋塞/压力调节器2上设置有压力指示器例如压力计等。
换言之,如图1所示,所述附加保护部件14a、14b夹在半壳3a、3b的内壁与旋塞或旋塞/压力调节器2的外表面之间。
更具体地,所述附加保护部件14a、14b构成围绕旋塞或旋塞/压力调节器2的附加机械保护,以保护其免受外壳3可能受到的并随后在没有该部件14a、14b时旋塞或旋塞/压力调节器2所受到的冲击等。优选地,所述附加保护部件14a、14b彼此牢固地紧固在一起,以形成一种用于内部保护旋塞或旋塞/压力调节器2的屏蔽或屏障。为了使保护更有效,保护部件14a、14b优选形成为仿照所述旋塞或旋塞/压力调节器2的全部或部分外表面的轮廓。
保护部件14a、14b有利地由塑料类型的材料例如聚合物等形成。
两个半壳3a、3b通过由所述半壳3a、3b的内壁和/或底部3c承载或者置于其上的、和/或由保护气体施加系统2的保护部件14a、14b承载的连接(抓持)装置10、11、100、111装配在一起。
所述连接装置可包括由半壳3a、3b之一承载的连接钩10,该连接钩与设置在另一半壳上的互补装置配合。此外,为了更易于使半壳3a、3b定位并配合在一起,在半壳3a、3b的内周壁上和/或底部3c上设置有内部加强件11,该加强件11还有助于通过形成防止例如当使用者运输该设备时瓶1的任何不合适的侧向移动的止挡件来提高瓶1在壳3a、3b内的保持程度。优选地,加强件11和/或连接钩10以及半壳3a、3b模制成一体件。
半壳3a、3b通过由该半壳3a、3b和保护部件14a、14b承载的紧固装置(部件)100、111固定在内部保护部件14a、14b上,为了将所述半壳与所述保护部件牢固地固定到一起,该紧固装置将彼此配合,尤其是相似的紧固装置100、111互锁。优选地,这些紧固装置100、11 1与半壳3a、3b以及保护部件14a、14b模制成一体件。优选地,紧固装置100、111由半壳3a、3b的内壁和保护部件14a、14b的外壁承载或设置在所述内壁和所述外壁内。
覆盖瓶1的上部且安装在半壳3a、3b上的封闭盖5确保瓶1及其气体施加系统2完全被罩住,并确保该组件不被损坏以及确保卫生的连续性,因为该封闭盖5尤其防止灰尘等进入瓶1的上部。更具体地,安装在盖5上的防损坏(tamper-evident)盖13提供防损坏保证,在第一次使用气体之前必须由使用者除去所述盖。因此,这还使得能够将具有盖13的未用过的满瓶与没有盖13的已用过的瓶区分开来。
此外,将两个半壳3a、3b紧固在一起后所获得的外轮廓允许通过抓握在半壳3a、3b的大约上部三分之一处形成在所述半壳内的颈部12用手最佳地握住该设备。优选地,该颈部12设计成允许通过抓握该颈部12来用手握住该设备,即设计成允许病人用一只手握住该设备。
另外,该颈部12提供一种使本发明的设备在审美学方面具有吸引力的新颖方法,尤其是当该设备设计成用于保健领域,更具体地为在家治疗的病人使用时。
有利地,围绕外部半壳外围设置一层一次性的热成形薄膜,该薄膜有助于保证设备的最大限度的清洁和卫生并可用于承载各种图、标签、法律公告或操作指南。
此外,与阀4接合的按钮8使病人能够在觉得需要增加所接收气体的流量时增加气体的流量,例如通过作用该按钮8,病人将接收由阀4给出的固定设定值的1.5倍的氧气。用于接近该按钮8的孔设置在半壳3a、3b中的一个和/或另一个上。
图2和图3分别是安装有需求阀4的根据本发明的设备的正视图和侧视图,图4是图2和图3所示设备的俯视图。图2-4中使用的参考号指示与图1中相同的部件。
如将被理解的,根据所选实施例,本发明的用于保护组件的装置可包括在本示例中由两个子部件或半壳3a、3b以及封闭盖5形成的外部刚性壳3,其中包括用于将这些部件牢固地紧固在一起的连接装置。然而,可以想到不同地制造该设备,即由单个套筒(而不是两个半壳3a、3b)形成该设备的子部件3,该套筒例如由聚合物模制成一体件并设计成能够容纳该气瓶,用作封闭盖5的第二子部件5位于形成该壳3的单个套筒的上部,以覆盖和保护旋塞或旋塞/压力调节器2。
有利地,根据本发明的便携式气体供给组件在合适的载物袋内运输。
本发明的设备尤其适于填充医用氧气或氧气/氦气混合气体,但是该设备也可用于填充其它医用气体例如NO/氮气混合气体。
Claims (20)
1.一种便携式气体供给设备,该设备的重量小于5kg,包括:
-高度小于50cm的气瓶(1);
-安装在该瓶(1)上的气体旋塞或“旋塞/压力调节器”(2);以及
-围绕该瓶(1)和围绕所述气体旋塞或“旋塞/压力调节器”(2)设置的机械保护装置(3),所述保护装置(3)包括至少一个由至少两个子部件(3a、3b、5)形成的外部刚性壳(3),所述子部件包括用于将所述子部件(3a、3b、5)牢固地紧固在一起的连接装置(10、11),
其特征在于:
-所述子部件(3a、3b、5)包括两个紧固在一起的半壳(3a、3b),形成覆盖所述瓶(1)的整个体部和所述旋塞或“旋塞/压力调节器”(2)的至少一部分的保护壳;以及
-所述两个半壳(3a、3b)紧固在一起后所获得的外部轮廓具有形成在所述半壳(3a、3b)内的颈部(12),该颈部(12)设计成允许使用者通过抓握该颈部(12)用手握住该设备。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,在所述半壳(3a、3b)与所述旋塞或“旋塞/压力调节器”(2)之间设置有一个或多个附加保护部件(14a、14b)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的设备,其特征在于,所述保护部件(14a、14b)的形状仿照所述旋塞或“旋塞/压力调节器”(2)的全部或部分外表面的轮廓。
4.根据权利要求2所述的设备,其特征在于,所述半壳(3a、3b)通过在所述半壳(3a、3b)上的和在所述保护部件(14a、14b)上的并彼此配合的紧固装置(100、111)紧固到所述保护部件(14a、14b)上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的设备,其特征在于,所述紧固装置(100、111)由所述半壳(3a、3b)的内壁和所述保护部件(14a、14b)的外壁承载和/或设置在所述内壁和外壁内。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的设备,其特征在于,该颈部(12)位于所述半壳(3a、3b)的大约上部三分之一处。
7.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,气体供给阀(4)、连接到通气装置的系统或任何其它气体供给系统经由端口安装在所述旋塞或“旋塞/压力调节器”(2)所具有的管道配件上。
8.根据权利要求7所述的设备,其特征在于,与所述气体供给阀(4)配合的按钮(8)允许病人通过作用所述按钮(8)而增加气体流量,并且在所述半壳(3a、3b)的一个和/或另一个上设置有用于接近所述按钮(8)的孔。
9.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述瓶(1)的体部由铝、铝合金或复合材料形成。
10.根据权利要求2所述的设备,其特征在于,该设备包括设置在半壳(3a、3b)之一、封闭盖(5)或附加保护部件(14a、14b)之一的壳体内的可追踪芯片,或者位于该壳或该封闭盖上的条形码。
11.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述子部件(3a、3b、5)由塑料制成。
12.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,该设备的重量小于3kg。
13.根据权利要求2所述的设备,其特征在于,所述两个半壳(3a、3b)通过由所述半壳(3a、3b)的内壁和/或底部(3c)承载或置于其上的连接装置和/或由保护部件(14a、14b)承载的连接装置装配在一起。
14.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述连接装置包括由所述半壳(3a、3b)之一承载的连接钩(10),该连接钩与位于另一个半壳上的互补装置配合。
15.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述半壳(3a、3b)的内周壁和/或底部(3c)上设置有内部加强件。

17.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,围绕所述半壳(3a、3b)的外围设置有一次性的热成形薄膜。

-封闭盖(5)朝向旋塞或“旋塞/压力调节器”(2)地安装在两个半壳(3a、3b)上;
-至少一个所述保护半壳和/或封闭盖(5)包括朝向旋塞或“旋塞/压力调节器”(2)的端口(6),以允许接近所述旋塞或“旋塞/压力调节器”(2)上的至少一个管道配件(7)。
19.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述颈部(12)设计成允许病人用一只手容易地握住该设备。
20.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述瓶(1)含有氧气、“氧气/氦气的混合气体”或“NO/氮气的混合气体”。
