Abstract

一种利用自然能源的船用海水淡化辅助方法,在无需消耗人为提供能源的大前提下,利用特定季节(也是耗用淡水量激增的夏季)的自然环境能源(高强度的太阳热能和由于船体行进而造成的对船体而言是相对流动的低温海水的冷凝作用)有效制取淡水,为远洋过程中的船只缓解夏季淡水用量的紧缺。为了达到自然能源的利用目的,结构上将海水蒸发器设置在船体甲板的上部或/和建筑物顶部,将水蒸气冷凝器设置在船体的底部,将该二者直接通过气体输送管道来连接,必要时,还可以将螺旋桨发动机的海水冷却系统作为海水蒸发器的前置海水预热装置,将发动机产生的废热能再加以利用。

一种利用自然能源的船用海水淡化辅助方法
技术领域:
本发明涉及海水淡化技术,尤其是夏季淡水耗用量增多时利用自然力量为远洋航行中的船只有效地增加海水淡化量的海水淡化辅助方法。
背景技术:
目前,在海事活动(包括民用和军用)中,远航的船只中耗用的淡水主要是通过从陆地上携带出来的方式或/和直接采用常规的海水淡化的方式(需要消耗人为提供能源的多种方法)来获取。
发明内容:
本发明之目的:提出一种完全利用自然能源的海水淡化辅助方法。
为了实现发明目的,拟采用的技术如下:
装置结构特点:它包括海水蒸发器和海水冷凝器,将海水蒸发器设置在船体上阳光不被遮挡的甲板上部或/和建筑物顶部的位置,将海水冷凝器设置在船体的底部,再将该二者直接通过气体输送管道来连接。——也可以将螺旋桨发动机的海水冷却系统作为海水蒸发器的前置装置,利用螺旋桨发动机工作时产生的废热能对海水进行预热。
使用方法:利用太阳能加热海水蒸发器让其中的海水汽化成水蒸气,利用船体底部由于船体行进而形成相对流动的低温海水来液化海水冷凝器中的水蒸气制造淡水。
本发明的特点:
在无需消耗人为提供能源的大前提下,利用特定季节(也是耗用淡水量增加的夏季)的自然环境能源(主要是高强度的太阳能)有效制取淡水,缓解淡水用量的紧缺。

具体实施方式:
炎热的夏季,航行在公海上的船体1,在白天中午和下午几个小时的时间里,承受着火辣辣太阳的照射,通常情况下,船体1的甲板上部和船体1的建筑物的顶部位置的温度很容易到达70℃至90℃或以上,如此的日照室外高温,很容易促使海水蒸发器2中盛放的海水蒸发或快速蒸发,——太阳能加热促使海水蒸发(尽管尚未达到沸腾的程度)的效果极佳。海水汽化成水蒸气后将会产生提高海水蒸发器2中气体压力,产生压迫水蒸气通过气体输送管道3进入定位在船体底部的水蒸汽冷凝器4中的趋势。
而夏季海洋中水面下几米深的水温通常不会高于30℃,并且,由于船体1是在航行的过程中,静止的船体1底部的海水,相对于定位在船底部的水蒸汽冷凝器4来说,是流动的,——流动的常温海水让水蒸气液化的效果极佳。当进入海水冷凝器4的水蒸气被液化后,水蒸汽冷凝器4中的气体压力变小,产生自动吸引水蒸气进入海水冷凝器4的趋势。
通过上述的太阳能加热促使海水蒸发的效果极佳以及流动的常温海水让水蒸气液化的效果极佳这二个方面的有效作用,上述海水蒸发器2中的海水可以视具体情况不断地适量补充,上述水蒸汽冷凝器4中的液化淡水可以视具体情况不断地全部取出,以此来实现本发明名称所述内容的内涵。
显然,本发明能够高效率地从海水中制取淡水的季节(夏季),也正好是使用淡水量激增的季节(夏季),本发明利用大自然能源(太阳热能和海水冷能),为在夏季远洋过程中的各种船体1“辅助”制取淡水,具有其恰到好处的现实意义。

1.一种利用自然能源的船用海水淡化辅助方法,其装置在结构上包括:海水蒸发器和水蒸汽冷凝器,
其特征在于:
其装置结构上的特点:将海水蒸发器(2)设置在船体(1)上阳光不被遮挡的甲板上部或/和建筑物顶部的位置,将水蒸汽冷凝器(4)设置在船体(1)的底部,再将该二者直接通过气体输送管道(3)来连接。
制取淡水的方法:利用太阳能加热海水蒸发器(2)让其中的海水汽化成水蒸气,利用船体(1)行进时其底部相对流动的低温海水液化水蒸汽冷凝器(4)中的水蒸气来制造出淡水。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的利用自然能源的船用海水淡化辅助方法,其特征在于:所述的海水蒸发器(2)的前置海水预热装置是螺旋桨发动机的水冷系统。
