未成年人身份证属于个人身份证件类产品；在证板主体的主面上设有该证件未成年人的所属生肖图案凸起，通孔设置在证板主体上部，配挂绳串配在通孔内；本证可以是我国16周岁以下未成年人有效身份证件，据此可方便快捷、准确地核对未成年人本人及监护人信息，并相互验证，具有结构简单、使用与携带方便、可有效减少婴幼儿及儿童丢失和对少儿参加社会活动管理。

本发明属于个人身份证件类产品，主要涉及未成年人身份证件。
背景技术
目前，我国16周岁以下的少年儿童及婴幼儿均没有由国家公安机关统一制做颁发的含有有关信息可供查询审验的有效身份证件，当发生婴幼儿被拐卖案件和未成年人进入网吧上网等诸多社会问题时，无论从破案难度，还是从社会管理角度上都带来很大困难。另外，由于婴幼儿没有身份证明及法定监护人资料信息，当刚刚发生拐卖案件时，公安人员也不易把拐卖儿童事件发现在初期。因此设计制做一种婴幼儿和少年随身携带并含有未成人本人基本信息和法定监护人基本内容的未成年人身份证迫在眉睫。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述问题，设计提供一种未成年人身份证，达到减少和避免拐卖儿童案件的发生、有效控制和掌握未成年人参与各种社会活动、维护社会安定的目的，同时，即使发生儿童拐卖案件，也可以在短时间、小区域范围内掌控儿童去向，为尽快破案提供条件，提高破案率。
本发明的基本设计是，除在证板主体的主面和副面上分别设有未成年人基本信息、发证机关、电话和法定监护人照片、基本信息等情况外，在证板主体的主面上加工着该证未成年人的所属生肖图案凸起，通孔设置在证板主体上部，配挂绳串配在通孔内，至此构成未成年人身份证。
本发明是16周岁以下未成年人有效身份证件，应随身携带，据此可方便、快捷、准确地核对未成年人本人及监护人信息，并相互验证，减少和避免了婴幼儿及儿童丢失，掌控少年参与社会活动情况，具有结构简单适用、携带方便的特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明最佳实施方案进行详细描述。未成年人身份证包括证板主体4，在证板主体4主面上设有本证未成年人的所属生肖图案凸起3。在证板主体4上部加工有通孔2，配挂绳1串配在通孔2内。在证板主体4的主面上还设有生肖编码、未成年人姓名、未成年人身份证号、发证机关、发证机关编码及发证机关电话号码，在证板主体4副面上设有法定监护人照片、姓名、性别、住址及法定监护人身份证号码。
使用时，证板主体4主面和副面上内容可互相验证，当有疑问时，可与法定监护人联系或与发证公安机关联系，以确定真实性。进入网吧时，可以此查验，未成年人不允许进入网吧；也可与其法定监护人联络，妥善处理。

1、一种未成年人身份证，包括证板主体(4)，其特征在于在证板主体(4)主面上设有本证未成年人的所属生肖图案凸起(3)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的未成年人身份证，其特征在于在证板主体(4)上部加工有通孔(2)，配挂绳(1)串配在通孔(2)内。
