Background
The invention relates to the field of information exchange, in particular to a user authorization method for data storage of an electronic business card data center.

The proposal proposed by the invention provides a user authorization method used in the data storage of an electronic business card data center, which at least comprises the following steps: a user login step, which is used for logging in an electronic business card data center through Internet by using a specific account and a password;

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENT (S) OF INVENTION
The embodiment is the preferred embodiment of the user authorization method in the data storage of the electronic business card data center. In the embodiment, the application program is developed by using Micrsoft C #, and the database management uses MicroftSQL Server 7.0.
FIG. 1 is a process flow diagram of the main steps of the method of the present invention. Wherein,
step 1 is a user login step, which is used for logging in an electronic business card data center through Internet by using a specific account and a password;
step 2 is a step of acquiring contact information, which is used for acquiring specific contact information from an electronic business card data center;
step 3, sending an authorization request to the contact person, wherein the authorization request is used for sending an authorization request message to the specified contact person;
step 4, the contact person confirms the authorization step, in order to send the message of confirming the authorization or not agreeing the authorization including confirming the authority to the authorization requester;
step 5, updating the information of the contact persons of the server, namely updating relevant information on the data center server according to the condition of the authorization confirming step;
step 6, updating the information of the local contact person, and updating the related information of the contact person in the local memory of the user computer according to the condition of the step of confirming the authorization;
three roles are involved, one is the electronic business card designer (owner) and one is the contact on the electronic business card; and the other is an electronic business card data center. Wherein steps 2, 3, 6, 4 are performed by a program running on a client computer of a user (a business card designer, owner or contact), and steps 1, 5 are performed by a service program running on an electronic business card data center server.
In fig. 2, the structure of a system used in the present embodiment to implement the method of the present invention is given. In the figure, 10 is a user's computer, 11 is the Internet, 12 is a computer of a contact of the user 10, 13 is an electronic business card data center, and only 3 servers, namely, an application server 14, a database server 15 and a message server 16 are shown here for the sake of simplicity. The personal computers 10, 12 are connected to an electronic business card data center application server 14 through the internet 11, and the servers 14, 15, 16 are connected to each other through a local area network.
When a user logs in an electronic business card data center using a business card system client program running on a computer, the processing flow of a service program and the client program on an application server of the electronic business card data center is as shown in fig. 3. In steps 20 and 21, the user inputs an account number and a password, and the steps 22 to 26 are completed by the service program; wherein step 22 verifies whether the user's account and password are correct, step 23 logs in the user's information to the database server 15, the registered information including:
the user account number varchar (50),
the time of the login is datetime, and,
the sign of the login is smallnt,
the machine IP address varchar (20),
the user account number varchar (50),
a machine IP address varchar (20);
in step 26, all the temporarily stored messages are obtained from the message server 16 and sent to the client program in the form of UDP packets;
in step 28, the UDP packet sent out in step 26 is received, and the packets may be an authorization request packet or an authorization confirmation packet. If the data packet is an authorization request data packet, the following steps are executed:
unpacking, namely, decomposing a data packet according to a preset format to obtain corresponding contact account numbers, client addresses and authority requirements; the authority here refers to two authorities of 'consent to be added as a contact' and 'consent to synchronous update of data'; and if the 'addition permission is confirmed to be the contact person permission', the 'synchronous updating permission of the permission data' is an optional permission, namely the permission can be agreed, or the permission can not be agreed; the permission to agree to a synchronous update of data must not be optional if "agree to add as a contact permission" is not confirmed;
displaying the authority to a user for confirmation, and providing an operation interface to display the information to the user so that the user can confirm the authority;
and forming a data packet by the confirmed authority, and sending the data packet to a server service program and a corresponding client program, wherein the corresponding server service program executes the following operations:
unpacking the data: decomposing the data packet according to a preset format to obtain a corresponding user account, a corresponding contact account and a corresponding user right;
judging whether the contact confirms the authorization that the contact is authorized to be added as the authority of the contact, if not, finishing the updating, otherwise, executing the next step;
adding the information of the contact person to the contact person information record of the user;
judging whether the authority of 'data synchronous updating' is granted, if not, ending the updating, otherwise, executing the next step;
and modifying the permission flag bit of the user related to the contact person to enable the user to have the permission of data synchronous updating.
If the data packet is the authorization confirmation data packet, only two steps of unpacking and information displaying are carried out, and the result of the authorization confirmation is displayed to the user.
The process flow for the client program to send the message is shown in fig. 4.
Step 30 refers to generating a message string and forming the message string to be transmitted in accordance with a predetermined format. When an authorization request message, its format may be:
the contact account + "/" + agrees to be added as a contact authority + "/" + data synchronous update authority + "/" + client IP address;
if it is the permission confirmation message, its format may be:
the user account + "/" + agrees to add as a contact authority + "/" + data sync update authority + "/" + client IP address.
Step 31 judges whether the contact is on-line, if not, step 33 is executed to send the message to the designated electronic data center server 14, and the server sends the message to the message server 16; if so, step 32 is performed to send the message to the designated contact. A server-side program runs on the message server 16 and is dedicated to accessing messages.
Claims (8)
1. A user authorization method used in data storage of an electronic business card data center is characterized by at least comprising the following steps:
a user login step, which is used for logging in an electronic business card data center through Internet by using a specific account and a password;
a step of acquiring contact information, which is used for acquiring specific contact information from an electronic business card data center;
sending an authorization request step to a contact person, wherein the authorization request step is used for sending an authorization request message to a specified contact person;
a contact person confirmation authorization step, which is used for sending a message of confirmation authorization or disapproval of authorization including the confirmed authority to an authorization requester;
updating the server contact information, namely updating related information on the data center server according to the condition of the authorization confirming step;
updating the information of the local contact person, namely updating the related information of the contact person in the local memory of the user computer according to the condition of the authorization confirming step;
and the step of modifying the authorization information by the contact person is used for enabling the contact person to directly log in the data center and modify the corresponding authorization information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the specific account number and password is obtained by registering user information in an electronic business card data center.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the permissions refer to both "consent to be added as a contact" and "consent to a synchronous update of data"; and if the 'addition permission is confirmed to be the contact person permission', the 'synchronous updating permission of the permission data' is an optional permission, namely the permission can be agreed, or the permission can not be agreed; the permission to agree to a synchronous update of data must not be optional if "agree to add as a contact permission" is not confirmed.
4. A method according to claim 1 or 3, wherein said updating the relevant information on the data centre server comprises the steps of:

A method as claimed in claim 1 or 3, wherein said updating of the information relating to the contact in the local memory of the user's computer means that the information relating to the contact is downloaded to the local memory of the user after being granted the right to "agree to add as a contact".
6. The method as claimed in claim 1 or 3, wherein the corresponding authorization information in the step of modifying the authorization information by the contact is the "data synchronization update" authority flag bit of the contact.
7. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the authorization request message is sent to the designated contact, and when the designated contact is not logged in the electronic card data center server, the message is temporarily stored in a message queue of the electronic data center, and when the designated contact is logged in the electronic card data center server, the message in the queue is retrieved to the designated contact.
8. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the contact person confirmation authorization step includes the steps of, when an authorization message is issued to the authorization requester, temporarily storing the message in a message queue of the electronic data center if the authorization requester does not log on the electronic business card data center server, and taking out the message in the queue to the specified authorization requester when the specified requester logs on the electronic business card data center server.
