Abstract
本发明公开了一种电解处理油田污水的方法。该方法包括如下步骤:1.电解;2.絮凝;3.沉降;4.过滤。本发明所涉及的电解步骤不引进其他药剂,因此具有不额外产生污泥、污泥量少、无污染,节约资源和成本,符合“绿色化学工艺”,杀菌不会产生抗药性,操作简便、安全,易于调控和实现自动化,对水量大小、水质不同有广泛的适应性,便于推广和应用等独特的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电解处理油田污水的方法。
背景技术
在油田生产、开发过程中同时要产出含油污水,如油田产出水、地沟水、洗井水等油田污水。油田污水中含有悬浮固体、胶体、分散油及浮油、溶解物质等杂质。这些污水必须经过进一步处理才能进一步使用。油田污水处理就是设法将悬浮固体、胶体、分散油及浮油除去。
目前油田污水主要采用“三段式”流程处理,即大罐收油、絮凝沉降和床层过滤。按此流程处理的油田污水不能全部达到油田注入水的各项标准(SY/T5329-94)要求,即使有些指标在污水处理站能达标,但由于水质不稳定,沿流程恶化,到达注水井时,水质也不达标。采用“水质改性技术”处理油田污水,除细菌外,各项指标均能满足油田注入水的要求,但该方法由于添加了氢氧化钙(石灰),额外产生大量的污泥。随着时间的推移,污泥和细菌问题已越来越严重地制约着油田生产的正常进行。
电解是指电化学领域中的电解过程,即电流通过电解质溶液或熔盐电解质,使在两个电极上(或电极旁)同时发生化学反应的一种过程。通电时,溶液(或熔盐)中的正离子向阴极迁移,负离子向阳极迁移;同时,在阴极上起还原反应,产生新物质;在阳极上起氧化反应,产生新物质。
目前尚无将电解方法用于处理油田污水的报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对已有技术的不足,提出一种电解处理油田污水的方法。本方法在处理油田污水时具有更好的净化和稳定效果。
为达到上述目的,本发明采取了如下技术方案:一种电解处理油田污水的方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:(1)、电解;向油田污水中通电进行电解;电极的极板之间的间距为0.1~100毫米,每对极板间电压在0.5~30伏之间,电流密度在10~3000A/m2;阳极为反应性金属材料、惰性金属材料、合金或非金属材料;阴极为反应性金属材料、惰性金属材料或合金;(2)、絮凝;(3)、沉降;(4)、过滤。
电极所用的反应性金属材料、惰性金属材料、合金或非金属材料;电极材料可为铝、铁、铂、钌、铑、钛、金、不锈钢、石墨等单质或其合金、镀层等形式。
步骤(1)中电解所用的电极为也可为两对或两对以上,电极之间以串联、并联或其组合的方式相连接。
作为一种优选,电极的极板间距为0.5~30毫米。
作为另一种优选,电极的极板间电压为1~15伏,电流密度为500~3000A/m2。
本发明中所用到的絮凝、沉降、过滤三个工序为本技术领域中所通用的技术,一般技术人员皆能较好地掌握。
本发明所述的通电,包括直流电和交流电。
与已有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:在本发明所涉及的电解步骤中,不引进其他药剂,因此具有不额外产生污泥、污泥量少、无污染,节约资源和成本,符合“绿色化学工艺”,杀菌不会产生抗药性,操作简便、安全,易于调控和实现自动化,对水量大小、水质不同有广泛的适应性,便于推广和应用等独特的优点。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体的实施例来对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1采用电解预氧化法处理某油田污水站污水,其流量为200m3/h,每对阴、阳极间的电解电压3.18V,电解电流为5736A,12对电极采用并联方式连接,电极总面积3.84m2,每对阴、阳极板的间距为14毫米,阳极材料为铝,阴极材料为铂。阳极将污水中还原性物质,如Fe2+、S2-等离子和FeS胶体等氧化成胶体Fen(OH)m(3n-m)+和单质S,细菌被完全杀灭,随后进行絮凝、沉降、过滤,从而可将污水处理成完全满足SY/T5329-94要求的达标注入水,而且水质稳定。
本实施例的结果如下表1所示:表1
实施例2油田污水站污水流量为360m3/h,采用电解预氧化法处理。每对阴、阳极间的电解电压3.37V,电解电流为9834A,21对电极采用并联方式连接,电极总面积6.72m2,每对阴、阳极板的间距为20毫米,阳极材料为不锈钢,阴极材料为铝。阳极将污水中还原性物质,如Fe2+、S2-等离子和FeS胶体等氧化成胶体Fen(OH)m(3n-m)+和单质S,细菌被完全杀灭,随后进行絮凝、沉降、过滤,从而可将污水处理成完全满足SY/T5329-94要求的达标注入水,而且水质稳定。
本实施例的结果如表2所示:表2
实施例3油田污水站污水流量为430m3/h,采用电解预氧化法处理。每对阴、阳极间的电解电压6.82V,电解电流为6393A;本步骤由26对电极,第一组共13对电极并联,第二组共13对两极并联,然后两组电极之间以串联方式连接;电极总面积8.32m2,每对阴、阳极板的间距为25毫米,阳极材料为石墨,阴极材料为不锈钢。阳极将污水中还原性物质,如Fe2+、HS-、H2S等离子和FeS胶体等氧化成胶体FenOH)m(3n-m)+和单质S,细菌几乎被完全杀灭,随后进行絮凝、沉降、过滤,从而可将污水处理成完全满足SY/T5329-94要求的达标注入水,而且水质稳定。
本实施例的结果如表3所示:表3
由上述实施例可知,本发明所使用的电解步骤,不引进其他药剂,因此具有不额外产生污泥、污泥量少、无污染,节约资源和成本,符合“绿色化学工艺”,杀菌不会产生抗药性,操作简便、安全,易于调控和实现自动化,对水量大小、水质不同有广泛的适应性,便于推广和应用等独特的优点。
Claims (5)
1.一种电解处理油田污水的方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:(1)、电解;向油田污水中通电进行电解;电极的极板之间的间距为0.1~100毫米,每对极板间电压在0.5~30伏之间,电流密度在10~3000A/m2;阳极为反应性金属材料、惰性金属材料、合金或非金属材料;阴极为反应性金属材料、惰性金属材料或合金;(2)、絮凝;(3)、沉降;(4)、过滤。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电解处理油田污水的方法,其特征在于步骤(1)中的电极为两对或两对以上;电极之间以串联、并联或其组合的方式相连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种电解处理油田污水的方法,其特征在于电极的极板间距为0.5~30毫米。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种电解处理油田污水的方法,其特征在于电极的极板间电压为1~15伏,电流密度为500~3000A/m2。
