Abstract
本发明公开了一种溶栓健脑康，用于治疗脑血管病及脑血管病引起的偏瘫，该药品由黄芪、党参、天麻、川芎、羌活、白芷、当归、桃仁、丹参、赤芍、郁金、鸡血藤、水蛭、土元、地龙、白僵蚕、淫羊霍、茯苓、半夏、石菖蒲、葛根、川断、生杜仲、山芋肉、桑枝、伸筋草、钩藤及桂枝混合共研为细粉。是一种配制简单合理、疗效显著、适合各种批量生产的纯中成药品。
Description
本发明涉及一种溶栓健脑康，用于治疗脑血管病及脑血管病引起的偏瘫症，属纯中成药的配制。
目前，无论是中医治疗还是高科技的新疗法治疗脑血管病，多采用输液稀释液血法，扩张血管增加血流量法以及当前较为流行的溶解血栓法，这些治疗法只能暂时控制和缓解症状，停止治疗后易复发而造成偏瘫。
本发明的目的是针对目前治疗脑血管病中存在的问题而提出了一种溶栓健脑康药品，该溶栓健脑康药品是采用多种中药配制而成，其药物原理是以补气、补肾、祛风、活血、溶栓降酯、醒脑开窍为本，对脑血管硬化、脑血栓、脑栓塞、脑萎缩引起脑偏瘫后遗症均有显著疗效，而治愈后不易复发。
本发明的目的由下列措施来实现：本发明的制作原料包括有黄芪、党参、天麻、川芎、羌活、白芷、当归、桃仁、丹参、赤芍、郁金、鸡血藤、水蛭、土元、地龙、白僵蚕、淫羊霍、茯苓、半下、石菖蒲、葛根、川断、生杜仲、山芋肉、桑枝、伸筋草、钩藤、桂枝，其中，黄芪为40-60克、党参为20-30克、天麻为20-30克、川芎为20-30克、羌活为20-30克、白芷为20-30克、当归为20-30克、桃仁为20-30克、丹参为40-60克、赤芍为20-30克、郁金为20-30克、鸡血藤为20-30克、水蛭为40-60克、土元为20-30克、地龙为20-30克、白僵蚕为20-30克、淫羊霍为20-30克、茯苓为20-30克、半下为20-30克、石菖蒲为20-30克、葛根为20-30克、川断为20-30克、生杜仲为20-30克、山芋肉为20-30克、桑枝为20-30克、伸筋草为20-30克、钩藤为20-30克、桂枝为20-30克。按上述各原料及重量取料，混合共研为细粉，包装。
根据需要可将上述各原料的重量按相同倍数同时增加或减少。
本发明原料易得，制作简单，配制科学合理，疗效显著，生产成本低，适合各种批量生产，是一种治疗脑血管病及脑血管病后遗症造成偏瘫的理想中成药品溶栓健脑康。
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述：
本实施例的配制原料包括有黄芪、党参、天麻、川芎、羌活、白芷、当归、桃仁、丹参、赤芍、郁金、鸡血藤、水蛭、土元、地龙、白僵蚕、淫羊霍、茯苓、半下、石菖蒲、葛根、川断、生杜仲、山芋肉、桑枝、伸筋草、钩藤及桂枝，其中黄芪为40克、党参为20克、天麻为20克、川芎为20克、羌活为20克、白芷为20克、当归为20克、桃仁为20克、丹参为40克、赤芍为20克、郁金为20克、鸡血藤为20克、水蛭为40克、土元为20克、地龙为20克、白僵蚕为20克、淫羊霍为20克、茯苓为20克、半下为20克、石菖蒲为20克、葛根为20克、川断为20克、生杜仲为20克、山芋肉为20克、桑枝为20克。伸筋草为20克、钩藤为20克、桂枝为20克。按上述各原料及重量取料，混合共研为细粉，装胶囊或制成冲剂、丸剂。
根据需要可将上述各原料的重量按相同倍数同时增加或减少。
本发明的中成药品溶栓健脑康经多年研制试用，通过多次剂型调整和改进，从1998年至2002年12月由汤剂改为成药后对使用本药品的215例患者临床记录如下：
男142例，女73例，轻瘫50例，不完全性瘫48例，全瘫29例，其它脑血管病88例，年龄最小35岁，最大71岁，病程最长12年，最短30天，服用该药后最快的1天见效，最慢的12天见效。
疗效评定：(1)治愈：症状基本消失，肌力正常，运动自如。(2)显效：用药7天至30天后，症状明显好转，继续服药能恢复到生活自理。(3)有效：服药7天至12天后，症状有所好转。(4)无效：服药7天至12天后，症状不见好转。
结果评定：(1)轻瘫50例，全部治愈，占100％。(2)不完全性瘫48例，治愈14例，占20.9％，显效34例，占70.8％。(3)全瘫29例，治愈8例，占27.5％，显效18例，占62％，有效3例，占10.3％。(4)其它脑血管病88例，全部治愈，占100％。总有效率达100％。

1、一种溶栓健脑康，用于治疗脑血管病及脑血管病引起的偏瘫症，其特征是该溶栓健脑康的制作原料包括有黄芪、党参、天麻、川芎、羌活、白芷、当归、桃仁、丹参、赤芍、郁金、鸡血藤、水蛭、土元、地龙、白僵蚕、淫羊霍、茯苓、半下、石菖蒲、葛根、川断、生杜仲、山芋肉、桑枝、伸筋草、钩藤、桂枝，其中黄芪为40-60克、党参为20-30克、天麻为20-30克、川芎为20-30克、羌活为20-30克、白芷为20-30克、当归为20-30克、桃仁为20-30克、丹参为40-60克、赤芍为20-30克、郁金为20-30克、鸡血藤为20-30克、水蛭为40-60克、土元为20-30克、地龙为20-30克、白僵蚕为20-30克、淫羊霍为20-30克、茯苓为20-30克、半下为20-30克、石菖蒲为20-30克、葛根为20-30克、川断为20-30克、生杜仲为20-30克、山芋肉为20-30克、桑枝为20-30克、伸筋草为20-30克、钩藤为20-30克、桂枝为20-30克，按上述各原料的重量取上述各原料混合共研为细粉，包装；

2、根据权利要求1所述的溶栓健脑康，其特征是黄芪为40克、党参为20克、天麻为20克、川芎为20克、羌活为20克、白芷为20克、当归为20克、桃仁为20克、丹参为40克、赤芍为20克、郁金为20克、鸡血藤为20克、水蛭为40克、土元为20克、地龙为20克、白僵蚕为20克、淫羊霍为20克、茯苓为20克、半下为20克、石菖蒲为20克、葛根为20克、川断为20克、生杜仲为20克、山芋肉为20克、桑枝为20克、伸筋草为20克、钩藤为20克、桂枝为20克；
根据需要可将上述各原料的重量按相同倍数同时增加或减少。
