Abstract
本发明是一种利用太阳能风力推动运行的,零运行费用零噪音的全天候双零天然抽风换气空机、由保温或蒸发水冷柜连接密封玻璃塔,塔中心太阳能接收器的上方承接排风管,管顶联接万向风力离心抽风发电机等五大部件组成。本发明装置具有抽风换气,调节冷暖双效功能,最大的优点是利用天然能源推动运行,无需支付一分钱,运行费为零,运行中无噪音产生,噪音为零,只要天空有风吹过,或者有太阳光照均可运行工作,一天二十四小时几乎不停止运行工作,能使室内长期保持空气清新,冬暖夏凉舒适宜人,所以称之为全天候,双零天然空调机。适合广大住宅套间、厨房卫生间、抽油烟、换空气,单位学校办公室、教室、实验室计算室等,换气调温,地下室、防空洞、煤矿井等地下设施抽毒换气安装使用。
Description
本发明涉及一种抽气空调机,尤其是涉及一种全天候双零天然抽风换气空调机。
目前用于抽风换气的,又可调节温暖的空调机尚未问世,特别是无噪音,又无需花运行费用的天然空调更是前所未有。为了实现上述目标本人已在今年5月7日前发明了一种零运行费用的全天候自动大阳能,风力、地温组合天然空调机,并申请了发明专利,专利申请号为02118778.9,现在为了更进一步完善和改进使用效果及降低造价,因而再在上述专利的基础上再设计发明了另一种全天候,双零天然抽风换气空调机,本发明装置与前述申请号02118778.9专利的主要不同之外是改进和简化了大阳能风力的吸热受风结构,着重提高抽风换气效能,扩大使用范围,降低造价、也是为了促进广大低工新,低收入之人群也能承受安装使用为目的而设计的。为环保健康兼价换气空调开创一条新路。
本发明装置是这样实现的。在地面或楼面上根据需要摆放粗糙的或凸凹不平的黑色表面易吸收太阳热能的吸热板,板底铺一层隔热泡沫板以防止热传递。上面盖上圆正方长或斜梯形等立体透光玻塔密封罩,中间立装根据实际需要的,越高越大抽风效果就越好的,若干条底大中上较小的中空导风管直升高空,以此来扩大提高大阳能受热面积,又可防止风吹带走热能。并可在高空管口受风形成低压负吸作用,使热气更易抽走。其工作原理是当太阳光透过玻塔对吸热板加热升温后,塔内的空气自然被加热,受热的空气体积增大变轻向上升并从塔顶的导风管升上高空,从而在密封玻塔的底部便形成了低压区负吸源,由于塔身是密封的,外面的空气无法进入补充,结果只能通过下导管吸取地下洞内或楼上室内的冷空气来补充,当地下洞中或封闭室内的空气被抽走后,也同时产生负吸作用,需要吸取地下或地面之新鲜空气来补充,如此下去空气便在太阳热能的作用推动下不停地流动,实现地下楼上室内更新换气之目的。另外,直立在天空中的导管口,由于经常会有自然风吹过,当空气流通过管口时会产生一种气压差负吸作用,会把导管内的或正在升的热气快速吸走,从而又会加快塔内的空气排空量,进一步提高负吸作用,对地下楼上室内的抽风效果会更多更快。从而实现更新换气的目的。此外,为了实现地下洞室和楼房室内的冷暖温度达到适合人或其它生物、植物设施的实际需要,进一步提高抽风换气量。在高空排气管的顶端增设一台风力离心抽气发电机来加快提高抽气能力,在玻塔的底部或在便于安装使用的地方、增设一台水蒸发致冷柜以实现夏天降温调节洞室温度的需要。(如果本装置与申请号02118778.9专利的一二方案联合使用便不必增设此水蒸发致冷柜也可利用地温实现调节冷暖之目的),以下说明此两台机器的结构原理。风力离心抽气机的结构是由中心管、双轴承、三枝风叶空心管、长圆形半圆风叶等部件组成。其工作原理是这样的,当风从空中流过时,不管东南西北风均可推动半圆风叶带动空心枝管,中心空心管一起转动,当转动时原存在空心枝管中的空气在离心力的作用下会从管中被甩出管外产生真空位置,中心管中的空气被抽走当然又会抽取下面排风管及玻塔内的以及所连通的洞室内的空气,一切需要抽气的通道柜中的空气都会跟着一起流动起来升向天空。实现了加快提高抽风换气的最终目的。当然,为了解决晚上或其它时间需要空调而又无风无太阳的时候能继续使空调运行,必须在风力机中间安装一台发电机并配一对储电池以供装在排气管或在洞室进气口装一台排气扇使用也可以安装一台专用太阳能发电板,或着安装一台现通用的三叶风力发电机储电,以备必要时用户随时使用。以满足实现全天候空调之目的。
第二台水蒸发致冷柜的构造是由:上下四周都有隔热保温层的,根据需要而定形状尺寸的保温储水柜,储水柜中心安有一条圆扁三角凸凹热交换空心管,根据需要而设置进气管及出气口组成。其工作原理是这样实现的,当玻塔产生抽风负吸作用时与底部装有水的保温柜连通的空气被抽出,使储水保温柜内形成半真空状态,致使水面气压降低,有利于水的蒸发。使原本浸在水薄层中的连通洞室空间的,夹层通道的空气,在大气压的作用下冲破薄水层进入柜内填充已被抽走空气的空间,此时流经水面薄层的气流会把水分子一起带走,水的蒸发明显加快,当水蒸发的同时因水分子蒸发需要吸收热能,因此水中的热量不断地被蒸发的水分子带走升排到天空去了,致使储水柜中的水温不断下降变冷柜热交换管因与抽风玻塔也相连,管的另一头与要抽气的地下调室或楼上房室的进气口相通,因此坡塔抽气时是分别同时抽取致冷柜和封闭洞室之空气的。抽取储水柜的空气是为了使水柜水蒸发吸热使水温降低冷却浸在水中的热交换管,管又冷却流经管道的空气使空气降温而供给洞室使之降温达到预定之目的的。但即使不让储水柜通风进气,水柜中的水同样会在低压下蒸发降温,只不过是速度慢而量少一点罢了。经过抽风玻璃塔,排气管与地下或楼上房室风力抽风发电机,储电池、排风扇、致冷柜及连接导气管等部件组合连接联通后,使形成了一台全天候双零天然抽风换气空调机。本装置一旦安装完全,便可自动为用户服务,无需管理操作(除了采用辅助风扇需打开关从外)便可一年365天,一天二十四小时全天候不停地运行抽风换气,调节冷暖,无噪音、无需花费运行费,能保证地下洞室或楼上房室长期空气清新,温度长期维持在15-28度之间。适合人体需要和很多动植物生长。无蚊虫灰尘、老鼠苍蝇等侵害,无外界风雨噪音干扰,免除开关窗户之麻烦。一年四季、冬暖夏凉,天然宜人。非常适合广大家庭住房、火房卫生间、机关、学校、宿舍、教室、实验室、微机室、会议室、办公室、宾馆旅社客房、地下洞室、煤矿及各种地下矿井通道等地方安装使用。
为了进一步提高原申请号02118778.9,发明专利的第一方案中的灌气部分的集风斗的灌气之目的,现改装一台风力鼓风发电机,其结构由图2表示:图2中1导向板,2风力机壳,3排风轮,4嗽叭形进风口,5风叶,6发电机,7拉线,8支承转动盆,9轴承,10导风管,11主轴,12支承杆。图中导风管(10)的顶部安接支承转动盆(8),转动盆(8)上承接风力机壳(2),机壳(2)中心装排风轮(3),右上部接嗽叭形集风进气口(4),排风轮(3)中间是主轴(11),其左头装轴承(9),右边分别接轴承(9),发电机(6),风叶(5),机壳(2)的左中部焊接风机导向板(1)的支承杆(12)。
风力发电灌风机的工作原理是:由于风机整体都是装在导风管上的转动盆上可自由转动,在导向板的作用下始终都是迎着风运行工作的,当有风吹过,风叶受风转动,带动发电机和排风轮一起转动,发电机转动发电充于储电池中保存备用,排风轮转动则会把集风口进来的空气向下鼓排通过导风管进入地下水中的热交换器变温后灌入需要的房室内实现冷暖调节的目的。
如下结合附图对本发明装置作进一步说明:因1为本发明装置的结构示意图;图1中1空心风叶圆管枝架,2半圆形风叶,3直流发电机,4轴承座,5风力机中心空心管,6拉线,7轴承,8排气管,9玻塔架,10太阳能吸热板,11玻璃,12保温储水致冷柜,13冷柜出风连接口,14二通抽气连接头,15冷柜带泥尘网进气口,16冷柜进气口,17辅助排风扇,18储电池,19防雷地铁,20排风扇电线,21电线,22防雨帽,23防雨帽支架,24楼板,25热交换管,26进气管,27排气管支承架。28冷柜与玻塔之间的通气孔。29自动供水浮伐。
在高楼顶面板(24)上或地平面上安装保温储水致冷柜(12),冷柜(12)中下部分别套入进气管(26),热交换管(25),并在左边分别申出进气口(16)和带滤至网进气口(15)及冷柜出风连接管口(13),致冷柜(12)上而承接太阳能吸热板(10)板中间开有通气孔(28)并在通气孔(28)周边焊接直立排风管(8)的支承架(27),上面轴承排风管(8),顶端分别套装辅助风扇(17)轴承(7)防雨帽支承架(23)防雨帽(22),轴承座(4)直流发电机(3)风力机空心支架圆管(1)及半圆形风叶(2)中间轴承穿套入风力机中心空心管(5)直穿过轴承(7),排风管(17),直流发电机(3)与储电池之间分别用电线(20)(210电连接,太阳能吸热板(10)用玻塔架(9)塞住,并相上透明玻璃(11)密封,在玻塔左下方装上两通接头(14),分别接通地下洞室或楼上房室及致冷柜(12)的进气口(16),冷柜出风口(13)与地下或楼上的进风口接通致冷柜水平线上安装自动供水浮伐(29)。
Claims (3)
1.一种抽风换气天然空调,全天候双零天然抽风换气空调机,包括玻璃塔、太阳能吸热板、导风排气管、风力发电离心抽风机、水蒸发致冷柜、辅助风扇、储电池、热交换管,电连接线、轴承、自动供水浮伐、隔热保温板等,其特征在于太阳能抽气,水蒸发致冷柜空气热交换,风力机抽风发电辅助风扇排气抽风三部分组合连接。在高楼顶面板(24)上或地平面上安装保温储水致冷柜(12),冷柜(12)中下部分别套入进气管(26),热交换管(25),并在左边分别申出进气口(16)和带滤至网进气口(15)及冷柜出风连接管口(13),致冷柜(12)上而承接太阳能吸热板(10)板中间开有通气孔(28)并在通气孔(28)周边焊接直立排风管(8)的支承架(27),上面轴承排风管(8),顶端分别套装辅助风扇(17)轴承(7)防雨帽支承架(23)防雨帽(22),轴承座(4)直流发电机(3)风力机空心支架圆管(1)及半圆形风叶(2)中间轴承穿套入风力机中心空心管(5)直穿过轴承(7),排风管(17),直流发电机(3)与储电池之间分别用电线(20)(210电连接,太阳能吸热板(10)用玻塔架(9)塞住,并相上透明玻璃(11)密封,在玻塔左下方装上两通接头(14),分别接通地下洞室或楼上房室及致冷柜(12)的进气口(16),冷柜出风口(13)与地下或楼上的进风口接通致冷柜水平线上安装自动供水浮伐(29)。
2.根据权利要求1所述装置,其特征是储电池(18)配合联用的,现有的太阳能发电板或者现有的风力发电机电连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2的装置、其特征是致冷柜(12)的进气口直接与申请号0211877.9专利发明装置的地下热交换器(15)的输气管(16)相连接通。
