铂族金属催化剂载体专用活性炭制取方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种活性炭的制取方法,尤其是一种铂族金属催化剂载体专用活性炭的制取方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:对原料如椰壳或果壳用酸或碱、盐按一定的比例在一定温度和时间条件下进行炭化即初步活化,然后在一定的温度下与水蒸气或二氧化碳、烟道气、空气等气体进行有效控制的补充活化。
由于进行炭化即初步活化时,其产品的大孔的形成得到了有效的控制,而在补充活化时产品中的大孔相对塌缩,原来的小孔由于进一步烧失,孔径又增大了一些,这样就能得到孔隙在1.5~5.0nm的中孔发达的活性炭,且其收率得到了提高,可达到80%,有效地提高了中孔率及收益率。
以椰壳、果壳为主要原料经筛选、破碎后,于300℃温度进行低温干馏,并用催化剂进行初步活化,经初步活化后的半成品中有小孔、中孔及大孔,然后用水蒸气进行二次活化,在此活化过程中,小孔得到进一步烧失,孔径又增大了一些,大孔相对塌缩,形成中孔,然后再经酸洗、水洗、脱水、干燥工艺,就能得到孔隙在1.5~5.0nm的中孔率高的铂族金属催化剂载体专用活性炭。

  1. 一种铂族金属催化剂载体专用活性炭制取方法,其特征是椰壳或果壳原料经筛选、粉碎后,先进行低温干馏并用酸或碱、盐进行初步活化,再用水蒸气或二氧化碳、空气、烟道气进行二次活化,然后再酸洗、水洗、脱水、干燥。
