Abstract
The present invention relates to a bamboo chilli mixed food, the preparation of which includes two types: 1. using fowl or animal meat to make stuffing which can be meat paste or diced meat or shredded meat, adding flavouring material, stirirng them and filling the interior of green pepper with the mixed stuffing, then putting the green pepper into a newly-cut bamboo tube, sealing and cooking in high-pressure cooker; and 2. mixing the polished round-grained rice, black rice and pine kernel according to the mixing ratio of 98:1:1, washing and cleaning, placing said mixture and water in the ratio of 1:2 into a piece of bamboo tube, spreading shredded green pepper on its surface, sealing and cooking in high-pressure cooker.
