Abstract
本发明涉及真空保存用瓶塞,该真空保存用瓶塞的特征在于,包括:塞本体,具有插入在容器内部的圆筒状的塞管和从所述塞管入口侧端弯曲平行于所述塞管延伸出的夹持部;活塞,可沿着所述塞本体内的所述塞本体的纵向可滑行移动地气密收容在所述塞本体内、并在所述塞本体内滑行移动以使所述内部空气排出;阀部件,设置在所述塞本体的所述内部侧的端部上、并通过与所述活塞的滑行移动连动、开闭用于排出所述内部空气而成型的空气流出流入孔。从而既能防止保存物变质又能简单地形成真空,特别是能防止分开保管泵的麻烦和泵的丢失。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及与瓶的开口结合使开口开闭的瓶塞,更具体地说涉及开闭瓶或容器的开口,使瓶或容器内部形成真空,通过能够利用真空保管贮藏的贮藏物,来尽可能长期地按贮藏物本来的味道进行保鲜地贮藏的真空保存用瓶塞。
背景技术
通常容器是用于保存贮藏物的,具有用于遮断开口的塞,根据容器的形状和材料等的不同而以各种形状和材料形成。
与这样的容器结合的塞,通过开闭开口防止贮藏物流出,在容器中贮藏的状态为流动物品的情况下,当开封一次容器后,即使再使塞结合也不能以开封前的状态保存贮藏物。
例如,在保存已加入香辛料味液体的瓶的情况下,香味从开封瓶塞的瞬间流出,在使瓶塞再结合时,香味溶进流入瓶中的空气中。因此在遮断瓶塞后,由于在开封时香味流出到外部,而不仅不能按本来的味道保存加香辛料味的液体,还因为流入空气,在酒的情况下使味和香味变质,在保存药时发生因空气使药氧化等的变质。
为了补救这样现有技术瓶塞的缺点,本发明人发明了如下构成的瓶塞,作为大韩国民国实用新型登记第20-0221637号被接受登记。
这样的现有技术瓶塞是由空气流出流入阀和塞构成得。空气流出流入阀,设置用于通过加压使空气流入瓶中或利用泵使空气流出;塞,在一侧部形成嵌入在瓶口上的圆筒状的塞部、在另一侧设有形成从用于固定所述空气流出流入阀的板面上形成突出的导向。
即,具有插入在瓶口中塞部的塞本体和用于空气流出流入的空气流出流入阀。
空气流出流入阀包括:半球型覆盖,形成有空气流出流入用贯通孔;按钮,贯通覆盖被固定并形成有向中央区域突出的按压棒;遮断板,使覆盖气密结合在塞本体上、形成空气流出流入孔的管上的气密保持管和通过加压按钮使空气流出流入孔开闭。
在半球型覆盖的中央区域形成收容按钮的按钮收容部,在按钮收容部的底面上形成按钮的按压棒贯通的棒贯通孔,在棒贯通孔的外侧形成用于空气通过的空气通过孔。
遮断板由橡胶等的弹性材料形成,在遮断板的中央区域形成具有按压棒插入槽的袋状插入部,其中插入槽是用于插入按钮的按压棒。
气密保持管由软质硅酮形成,其中包括:扩径部,以在半球型覆盖的内侧用于覆盖按钮收容部而结合;缩径部,向塞体体延伸出;隔板,形成在扩径部与缩径部之间。在隔板上形成通过插入部的插入部通过孔,和用于空气的流出流入的多个空气流出孔。
固定有这样空气流出流入阀的塞本体,在其中央区域形成用于收容空气流出流入阀的收容部,在收容部上为了气密保持管的缩径部的外壁面和内壁面相接而形成从板面突出的环状导向。
采用这样构成的瓶塞保存贮藏物的过程说明如下:首先通过加压瓶塞尽量使塞部收容在瓶口中,在空气流入阀的按钮区域设置形成真空用泵。然后,当利用泵吸入瓶内的空气时,遮断板被气密保持管的隔板隔离,气密保持管的空气流出流入孔成为开放,瓶内的空气通过气密保持管的空气流出流入孔流出到外部,瓶中变成真空状态。
这样保存贮藏物,在必须再次使用时,如果对空气流出流入阀的按钮加压,则空气按与真空状态正相反的顺序,流入瓶内。在该状态下拉伸瓶塞时,瓶塞从瓶中简单分离。
由于在这样由本发明设计的瓶塞上形成空气流出流入阀,得到在真空状态下能新鲜地长时间保管瓶内贮藏物的效果。
然而,本发明人设计的这样的瓶塞为了形成真空状态而用另外的泵进行抽吸。这时存在泵不能一体形成在容器上的问题。
另外,虽然提到了设置所述空气流出流入阀的通常的容器,与所述的瓶塞同样也有因为使用泵而伴随保管上不方便的问题。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是提供一种既不另外设置泵又能尽量形成真空的真空保存用瓶塞。
所述目的是利用本发明的真空保存用瓶塞达到的,该真空保存用瓶塞,其特征在于,包括:塞本体,具有插入在容器内部的圆筒状的塞管、从所述塞管入口侧端部弯曲并且平行于所述塞管延伸出的夹持部;活塞,气密地收容在所述塞体本体内、沿着所述塞本体纵向滑动地移动、并通过在所述塞体内滑动移动使所述内部空气排出;阀部件,设置在所述塞本体的所述内部侧的端部上、并通过与所述活塞的滑动移动并连动、用于开闭排出所述内部的空气而形成的空气流出流入孔。
优选包括:结合口,在所述把持部上沿着所述把持部的圆周方向向下伸出并形成的圆筒状;外部壳体,固定结合在所述结合口上和包围所述塞管并在邻近所述把持部的区域上形成用于空气流出流入的贯通孔的。
因为在所述把持部的内周面上形成圆锥形螺旋,所以可以容易地结合在形成在带锥度螺纹的瓶上。
由于所述把持部由软质硅酮形成,所以与瓶口结合容易。
所述阀部件其优选包括:阀盖,结合在所述塞管的瓶内部侧的端部上、用于遮断所述塞管、并形成有所述空气流出流入孔;阀体,安装在所述阀盖上并通过与所述活塞的滑动连动开闭所述空气流出流入孔。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图详细说明本发明。
本发明的瓶塞是使泵与用于形成真空的阀形成为一体,而没有必要备置单独的泵。下面就作为瓶塞使用的情况进行说明。
本发明的瓶塞如图1所示,其中包括:从瓶口插入瓶内部的长圆筒状的塞本体5,包围塞本体5的圆筒状的外部壳体3,在塞本体5内沿着塞本体5的纵向可滑行移动并气密收容的活塞10,设置在塞本体5的瓶内部侧的端部上的阀部件20。
塞本体5包括插入瓶内部的圆筒状的塞管6,从塞管6的瓶口侧端部折曲成“”字状,并平行于塞管6延伸出的把持部7。
塞管6的内径部形成用于活塞10滑行移动的滑动孔8,在朝向塞管6的瓶内部的端部上,形成用于使阀部件20结合在其外径面上的带锥度的阳螺纹。
把持部7为了使用者把持容易而沿其纵向形成规定的曲线,使把持部7的自由端部向外侧突出,防止使用者的手滑向下部。在从这样的把持部7的塞管6弯曲的区域的内侧,为了与瓶口的气密而插入衬垫2。
另外,也可以用软质硅酮等形成把持部7整体,在这时,所述的衬垫2没有必要另设。在与把持部7的塞管6连接的区域上与自由端的纵向平行向下延伸出去,并在外周面上形成有带锥度的螺纹的结合口9。
在瓶中为了使瓶塞1结合在瓶口上而形成带锥度的螺纹的情况下,如图3所示,可以在把持部7的内周面上形成与瓶口的带锥度螺纹对应的带锥度螺纹。
在包围这样的塞本体5的外部壳体3的内周面上形成与结合口9的带锥度螺纹结合的带锥度阴螺纹,在邻近结合口9的外部壳体3上在真空形成时,形成用于使空气流出流入的贯通孔4。在此,因为在邻近结合口9形成贯通孔4,所以即使贮藏在瓶中的食物的量很多也能防止内部的贮藏物通过空气流出流入孔35流出。
另外,活塞10包括在泵运行时,供使用者把持的把手11和从把手11向下延伸出的活塞管12。在活塞管12把手11邻近的区域上泵在运行时,沿着圆周方向形成用于排出瓶内空气的通气孔13。在活塞管12与把手11对置的端部上,在其外径面上沿着活塞管12的纵向隔开规定间隔形成一对突棱14,通过这样突棱14在各突棱14之间形成收容槽15。在收容槽15中收容O形环17。
在活塞10的把手11上朝把持部的面上隔着规定间隔形成多个真空解除突起11a,在朝向把持部7把手11的面上形成用于收容真空解除突起11a的突起收容槽7a。在活塞10的自由端部上形成用于能对后述的阀部件20的阀体25加压使空气流出流入孔35开放的加压片18。
在真空解除突起11a收容在收容槽7a的情况下,加压片18对阀体25加压使空气流出流入孔35开放,解除真空。因此在为了形成真空使活塞10滑行移动的场合,为了不使真空突起11a收容在突起收容槽内,而必须使活塞10进行抽真空。
这样的活塞10收容在塞本体5移动孔8内,使突棱14与移动孔8的内径面接触。这时,O形环17与活塞10和塞管6之间保持气密性。
通过这样与活塞10的滑动连动、开闭用于空气排出的空气流出流入孔的阀部件20,结合在塞管6的瓶内部侧端部上,用于遮断塞管6,并且包括形成有空气流出流入孔的阀盖30和安装在阀盖30上并开闭空气流出流入孔35的阀体25。
阀盖30包括在内径面上形成有与塞管6的带锥度的阳螺纹对应的带锥度阴螺纹圆筒状的结合部31,和在结合部3 1的内径面上由遮断板状形成、用于阀体25的安装的安装孔33和形成多个空气流出流入孔35的遮断部32。在此安装孔33形成在遮断部32的中央区域上,空气流出流入孔35沿着安装孔33的圆周方向以一定的间隔内形成。
阀体25包括用于空气流出流入孔35开闭的板状开闭板26,和从开闭板26的中央区域突出并结合在安装孔33上的结合钩27。
这样构成的本发明的瓶塞1的组装和真空形成过程顺次说明如下:首先使阀部件20结合在塞管6的端部上后,利用结合口9使外部壳体3包围塞管6而进行结合,对塞本体5加压以使塞管6通过瓶口收容在瓶内部。这时对塞本体5加压,直到把持部7插入在瓶口中为止,接着将活塞10插入塞管6的滑动孔8内进行泵的运行。
当对活塞10加压时,利用压力使塞管6内的空气经过通气孔13排出到外部,然后,而当向外牵引活塞10时,阀体25的开闭板26与空气流出流入孔35隔离,瓶内空气通过外部壳体3的通孔4流入到外部壳体3内后,通过空气流出流入孔35排出到外部。当再朝向塞管内对活塞10加压时,利用活塞10的压力,阀体25的开闭板26遮断空气流出流入孔35,所以这时塞管6内的空气通过活塞10的通气孔13排出到外部。
这样,使活塞10在塞管6内继续进行滑动往复运动时,使瓶内的空气排出到外部,瓶内部逐渐形成真空。在真空形成完成后,活塞10处在插入在塞管6的状态。
另外,在要取出瓶内贮藏物的场合,首先使活塞10转动,在使真空解除突起11a定位在与突起收容槽7a对应的位置上以后,对活塞10加压。这样,活塞10的加压片18对阀体25加压,使阀体25与空气流出流入孔35隔离,使空气排出到外部。
这样,使用本发明的瓶塞1时,可以简单地形成瓶内部的真空。因此不仅可以防止作为贮藏物的酒和药物等的变质,还可以防止饮料水跑味和变质。并且由于与泵形成为一体,而不仅防止另外保管泵的麻烦,还可以防止因泵丢失而不能形成真空。
虽然在所述实施例中设置外部壳体3,但也可如图2所示那样,在容器内贮藏物不是流体或在容器内食物不充满的场合,也可以在不与外部壳体3结合的状态下使用。
另外,虽然在所述实施例中是只作为瓶塞使用的场合进行说明的,但如果在一般容器上设置所述塞,而加以使用,显而易见的是也可以不用另外的泵就能形成容器内的真空。
如上所述,按照本发明,提供一种既可以防止保存物变质又可以简单地形成真空的真空保存用瓶塞,该瓶塞特别是能防止另外保管泵的麻烦和泵丢失。
Claims (5)
1、一种真空保存用瓶塞,其特征在于,包括:塞本体,具有插入在容器内部圆筒状的塞管和从所述塞管入口侧端部弯曲平行于所述塞管延伸出的把持部;活塞,可沿着所述塞本体的纵向滑行移动地气密收容在所述塞体本体内、并通过在所述塞本体内滑行移动使所述内部空气排出;阀部件,设置在所述塞本体的所述内部侧的端部上、并通过与所述活塞的滑行移动连动、开闭用于排出所述内部空气而形成的空气流出孔。
2、如权利要求1所述的真空保存用瓶塞,其特征在于,所述阀部件包括:阀盖,结合在所述塞管内部侧的端部上用于遮断所述塞管、并形成所述空气流出流入孔;阀体,装在所述阀盖上、并通过与所述活塞滑动连动、开闭所述空气流出流入孔。
3、如权利要求2所述的真空保存用瓶塞,其特征在于,包括:结合口,在把持部上沿着所述把持部的圆周方向向下伸出形成圆筒状;外部壳体,固定结合在所述结合口上、包围所述塞管、并在与所述把持部邻近的区域形成用于空气流出流入的通孔。
4、如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的真空保存用瓶塞,其特征在于:在所述把持部的内周面上形成带锥度的螺纹。
5、如权利要求1所述的真空保存用瓶塞,其特征在于:在所述活塞的端部上形成向所述阀体突出,并与所述阀体接近及可隔离的加压片。
