Abstract
一种石油馏分油的脱氮剂原料配方,由主剂和活化剂组成,脱氮剂原料配方按重量计为:主剂∶活化剂=20-95∶1-80,主剂为下列物质中的一种或几种:醇类、醛类、酮类、羧酸类;活化剂为HClO、HBrO、HIO、HCLO4、H2CrO4、酸性NaClO、酸性Ca(ClO)2、酸性KMnO4、酸性K2Cr2O7、酸性Na2Cr2O7其中一种或几种,用于石油馏分油脱氧工艺过程中可脱除90%-100%的碱性氮化物。本发明的优点在于:本脱氮剂是一种选择性强、脱碱氮率高、脱硫率低的保硫脱氮剂,它具有用量少、对脱氮系统设备腐蚀性较小的优点。
Description
本发明涉及石油炼制领域,更具体地说涉及石油产品的脱氮剂。
目前,国内润滑油脱氮工业装置应用的脱氮剂主要是武石化开发的保硫脱氮剂,该脱氮剂主要是由6-85%(Wt)酸性剂(A)、0.1-85%(Wt)的络合剂(B)和0.1-85%(Wt)的溶剂(C)所组成,用于润滑油基础油脱氮工艺过程中可脱除90-100%的碱性氮化物,保留了对油品氧化安定性有利的硫化物,使油品的氧化安定性得到显著地提高。酸性剂是指:正磷酸、次磷酸、焦磷酸、偏磷酸、聚磷酸、P2O3、P4O6;络合剂是指P2O5、P4O10、P2O3、P4O6、P4S2、P4S10等;溶剂是指水、甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、丁醇、丙酮、丁酮、糠醛、苯酚、二甲苯酚等。该技术属国内外领先水平,主要缺点是该脱氮剂的加入量相对较大、对脱氮系统设备的腐蚀性较严重,因而增加了脱氮工艺的加工成本。
本发明的目的就是针对现用的脱氮剂加入量相对较大、对脱氮系统设备的腐蚀性较严重的缺点,而提供的一种脱氮剂配方,它使用时加入剂量可减少1/2-2/3,对设备的腐蚀性小。
一种石油馏分油的脱氮剂原料配方,由主剂和活化剂组成,其特征在于:脱氮剂原料配方按重量计为∶主剂∶活化剂=20-95∶1-80;主剂为下列物质中的一种或几种:醇类、醛类、酮类、羧酸类;活化剂为HClO、HBrO、HIO、HCLO4、H2CrO4、酸性NaClO、酸性Ca(ClO)2、酸性KMnO4、酸性K2Cr2O7、酸性Na2Cr2O7其中一种或几种。
本发明的优点在于:本脱氮剂是一种选择性强、脱碱氮率高、脱硫率低的保硫脱氮剂,它具有用量少、对脱氮系统设备腐蚀性较小的优点。用于润滑油基础油、柴油、焦化蜡油、减压馏分油脱氮工艺中可脱除90-100%的碱性氮化物,对油品硫化物的脱除率小于10%,使润滑油基础油的氧化安定性得到显著地提高,柴油的安定性得到较好地改善,使焦化蜡油和减压馏分油的碱性氮大幅度降低,为下游加工装置提供性质较好的原料。脱除润滑油基础油中的碱性氮化物,加入本脱氮剂0.1-0.8%(Wt),可脱除其中的90-100%的碱性氮化物,使润滑油基础油的氧化定性得到显著地提高,脱除劣质柴油中的碱性氮化物,加入本脱氮剂0.3-1.0%(Wt),可脱除其中的90-100%的碱性氮化物,使柴油的安定性得到较好改善;脱除焦化蜡油中的碱性氮化物,加入本脱氮剂0.5-2.0%(Wt),可脱除其中的90-100%的碱性氮化物。
实施例:原料配方如下:
1.乙二醇∶酸性KMnO4=70∶30
2.邻苯二甲酸∶乙醇∶HClO=90∶7∶3
3.丙酮∶HBrO∶丙醇=90∶5∶5
4.季戊四醇:H2CrO4=70∶30
5.丙醇∶酸性Na2Cr2O7=40∶60
6.糠醛∶酸性NaClO=90∶10
将上述配方中的主剂与活化剂按上述比例缓慢混合,控制反应温度在50-300℃之间,直到反应溶液变至深褐色为止,降低反应液的温度至室温,制成的溶液即为脱氮剂。

1.一种石油馏分油的脱氮剂原料配方,由主剂和活化剂组成,其特征在于:脱氮剂原料配方按重量计为:主剂∶活化剂=20-95∶1-80;主剂为下列物质中的一种或几种:醇类、醛类、酮类、羧酸类;活化剂为HClO、HBrO、HIO、HCLO4、H2CrO4、酸性NaClO、酸性Ca(ClO)2、酸性KMnO4、酸性K2Cr2O7、酸性Na2Cr2O7其中一种或几种。
