Abstract

技术领域
本发明总体上来说涉及用于移动负载的致动器的领域,尤其是改进的两级式马达驱动的致动器,其中有滚珠螺杆的第一级和液压的第二级,它尤其用于在塑料模制中使用的注塑模具的选择性开启和关闭。
背景技术
塑料模制机械一般需要这样一种致动器,它可以在小的作用力下通过较长的行程、然后通过施加大的作用力而通过较短行程,从而提供迅速移动。为了利用电马达驱动满足这些要求,需要相当大的马达来提供所需的大作用力,或者需要非线性肘节机构来使较小的马达的性能与负载要求相匹配。本发明通过在马达驱动上有效的引入“自动传送”而避免了这些选择。

总体上由42所表示的离合器组件可操作地设置在上腔室29中。该离合器组件包括围绕着导杆22的环形驱动活塞43、多个套爪楔44、套爪环45、在主体和套爪环之间作用的盘形弹簧46以及在套爪环和套爪楔之间作用的线圈弹簧48。盘形弹簧46压迫套爪环45而使其相对于主体向右移动直到套爪环45的右边缘端部与从主体向内延伸进该腔室中的环形止动件49邻接。弹簧48压迫套爪楔而使其相对于套爪环向右移动并与驱动活塞的左端成紧密接合关系。弹簧46和48还压迫驱动活塞而到达面对上主体腔室29内的向左的表面上的底部。活塞43通过O形环50被密封在主体上,并且通过O形环51被密封在导杆上,从而形成环形液压区域A2。在腔室38中的流体通过连通通道31和32从而连续地与活塞43的右端表面和主体之间的空间52相通。
滚珠螺杆25和螺母34包括总体上由50所表示的第一传送机构,用来使输出部件33相对于马达以对应于马达输出的额定第一比率移动。换句话说,当负载小于由弹簧39的预加载建立的预定数值的时候,活塞/螺母34保持与主体26接触,并且输出部件的轴向运动因此将只是滚珠螺杆25的导程的函数。因此,马达输出部件每转动一周该输出部件将沿着适当的方向移动特定的距离。总体上由60表示的第二传送机构包括离合器组件42。基本上,只要作用在输出部件上的负载L小于预定的数值,输出部件的运动就由滚珠螺杆单独地控制,并且第二传送机构不工作。在这点上,由弹簧39施加在活塞34上的力设定了通过第一传送机构所施加的力的预定的最大值。但是,假如所施加的负载L超过由弹簧39施加的力的话,则滚珠螺杆的继续转动会使活塞34相对于主体向右移动,从而降低了腔室38的体积并且迫使流体穿过通道32和31流进腔室52。这又驱动活塞43向左,并且使套爪楔紧紧地与导杆啮合。之后,流体从腔室38继续流动穿过通道32、31将使活塞43相对于主体移动,从而使主体相对于套爪楔44与导杆22啮合的位置而移动。由于活塞/螺母34的区域A1被设计成明显小于活塞43的区域A2,所以马达每转动一周时当通过第二传送机构而被驱动时主体的运动比由滚珠螺杆单独直接驱动的时候小得多。同时,由马达和螺纹施加的力将乘以活塞面积比A2/A1。
概括地说,当所施加的负载小于由弹簧39所施加的预加载力的时候,马达的转动将使输出部件单独由滚珠螺杆/螺母机构按要求向左或向右转换。在这个情况中,离合器没有被启动,并且只是沿着导杆滑动。但是,当所施加的负载超过由弹簧39所施加的力的时候,活塞34相对于主体移动,从而迫使流体从腔室38流进腔室52。然后这使得驱动活塞43能够向左移动,从而启动离合器并且在主体和输出部件上施加额外的力。可以施加该额外的力的输出行程被限制在由面积比A2/A1所除的活塞34的行程上。施加在输出部件上的整个力因而为液压力加上弹簧预加载力,或是通过第一和第二传送装置所传递的力的总和。变型
本发明考虑到可以作出许多变化和改变。例如,在优选的实施方案中,马达23被显示为具有可转动输出轴的电动马达。但是该马达并不限于这种形式,它也可以包括其它形式。例如,马达23可以为气动操作的或液压操作的。在另一个结构中,与可转动轴相反,马达可以具有线性输出部件。同样,离合器机构的具体结构也可以按要求随时改变。可以采用盘形弹簧以外的弹簧来代替它。
因此,虽然已经显示并描述了该改进的致动器的当前优选形式,并且说明了其几个变型,但是本领域普通技术人员将会理解,在不脱离由下面的权利要求所限定和区分的本发明的宗旨的情况下可以作出各种附加的变化和改变。
Claims (18)
1.一种用于选择性地使输出部件根据马达的输出而克服相反的负载而移动的致动器,包括:
第一传送机构,用来使所述输出部件相对于所述马达以相对于所述马达输出的额定第一比率而移动;
第二传送机构,用来使所述输出部件相对于所述马达以相对于所述马达输出的额定第二比率而移动;
选择器,用来在所述负载小于预定数值的时候只是通过所述第一传送机构将所述马达输出与所述输出部件连接,并且用来在所述负载大于所述预定数值的时候通过所述第一和第二传送机构将所述马达输出与所述输出部件连接;
其中,由所述输出部件施加在所述负载上的力是通过所述第一和第二传送机构所传递的力的总和。
2.如权利要求1所述的致动器,其中由所述第一传送机构施加在所述输出部件上的力基本上限制在所述预定数值上。
3.如权利要求2所述的致动器,其中所述选择器只是在所述负载超过所述预定数值的时候通过所述第二传送机构使所述马达输出与所述输出部件相连。
4.如权利要求1所述的致动器,其中所述第二传送机构的移动范围明显小于所述输出部件的移动范围,并且所述第二传送机构设有能够有选择地使所述第二传送机构与所述输出部件在所述输出部件移动范围中的任意位置处相连的离合器。
5.如权利要求4所述的致动器,其中将所述离合器构成并设置成这样,即,只要所述负载大于所述预定数值就自动地使所述第二传送机构与所述输出部件相连。
6.如权利要求2所述的致动器,其中所述第一传送机构包括被预加载到所述预定数值的弹簧。
7.如权利要求1所述的致动器,其中所述第一传送机构包括滚珠螺杆和螺母。
8.如权利要求1所述的致动器,其中所述第二传送机构包括流体静力联接器。
9.如权利要求1所述的致动器,其中所述马达是电动的。
10.如权利要求1所述的致动器,其中所述马达输出为可转动的轴。
11.一种用于有选择地使输出部件根据马达的输出而克服相反的负载而移动的致动器,包括:
第一传送机构,用来使所述输出部件相对于所述马达以相对于所述马达输出的额定第一比率而移动;
第二传送机构,用来使所述输出部件相对于所述马达以相对于所述马达输出的额定第二比率而移动;以及
选择器,用来通过所述传送机构中的至少一个而使所述马达输出与所述输出部件相连。
12.如权利要求11所述的致动器,其中所述选择器用于在所述负载小于预定数值的时候只是通过所述第一传送机构将所述马达输出与所述输出部件连接,并且用来在所述负载大于所述预定数值的时候通过所述第一和第二传送机构将所述马达输出与所述输出部件连接。
13.如权利要求11所述的致动器,其中所述第一传送机构是机械的。
14.如权利要求11所述的方法,其中所述第二传送机构是流体静力的。
15.如权利要求11所述的致动器,其中所述选择器可操作地设置而用来自动地通过所述传送机构中的至少一个而使所述马达输出与所述输出部件相连。
16.如权利要求15所述的致动器,其中所述选择器可操作地设置而用来通过所述传送机构中的两个而使所述马达输出与所述输出部件相连。
17.如权利要求16所述的致动器,其中所述选择器可操作地设置而用来在所述负载大于所述预定数值的时候通过所述传送机构中的两个来使所述马达输出与所述输出部件相连。
18.如权利要求11所述的致动器,其中所述第二传送机构的移动范围明显小于所述输出部件的移动范围,并且所述第二传送机构设有能够有选择地使所述第二传送机构与所述输出部件在所述输出部件移动范围中的任意位置处相连的离合器。
