Abstract
本发明涉及一种治疗带状疱疹的外用搽剂,其特征在于:它采用龙胆、紫草、雄黄、枯凡、青黛、冰片与酒精浸泡而成;由于采用了龙胆、紫草、青黛,从而能起到清热、解毒、燥湿,泻肝胆火的作用;由于雄黄具有解毒、燥湿的作用,冰片具有通诸窍,散郁火的药效,加至枯凡具有解毒、收敛的作用,从而诸药共奏清热散郁、泻火解毒止痛的功效。

本发明涉及一种治疗带状疱诊的外用搽剂。
经检索有关专利文献，目前尚未检索到与本发明相同的治疗带状疱疹的搽剂。带状疱疹作为一种病毒性皮肤病，多见于春秋季节，祖国医学称为“缠腰火丹”，俗称“蜘蛛疮”，认为由于肝气郁滞，湿热内蕴，或感受毒邪，湿热火毒蕴蓄积聚肌肤而成。现代医学认为此病由水痘—带状病毒所引起。一般先有轻度发热，疲倦无力，全身不适，食欲不振以及患部皮肤灼热感或神经痛等前驱症状。经1-3日后，在一定神经分布区域发生不规则的红斑，后出现多数成群豆疱疹并迅速变为水疱，一般在发病后2-5日左右不断有新的皮疹陆续出现，数日后水疱内变浑浊化脓，或部分破裂，形成糜烂面。现有治疗带状疱疹一般以止痛、缩短病程和防止继发感染为原则，注射抗生素、干扰素等抗病毒药来达到治疗的目的。我国专利申请号：93108439，名称为：斩龙(带状疱疹)散，公开了一种采用参三七、龙脑等药物混合而成的散剂或膏体，由于膏体在使用时，需用纱布外敷，再用绷带加压固定，从而给实际应用带来很多不便之处。
本发明的目的是要提供一种能有效地治疗带状疱疹，且使用方便的一种治疗带状疱疹的中药搽剂。
本发明的技术方案是这样来实现的：在考虑疗效显著使用方便的基础上，采用龙胆、紫草、雄黄、枯凡、青黛、冰片与酒精浸泡而成；所述的每1000ml搽剂，采用龙胆80-120g、紫草40-60g经50％酒精浸泡15-25日后，经过滤，在其过滤液中加入雄黄80-120g、枯凡50-70g、冰片20-40g的粉末，并加入青黛10-50g，经混合搅匀配制而成。
治疗时，先将患处用双氧水洗净拭干，再用消毒棉笺蘸湿本发明的搽剂涂于患处，每日数次，一般二至七天即可痊愈。
本发明的优点是：由于所述的搽剂中采用了龙胆，从而能起到清热燥湿，泻肝胆火的作用；由于加入了紫草、青黛，从而能清热解毒、凉血、化斑解毒；由于雄黄具有解毒、燥湿的作用，冰片具有通诸窍、散郁火的药效，枯凡有解毒收敛的作用，本方诸药共奏清热散郁、泻火解毒止痛之功；由于所述的搽剂使用方便，疗效显著，所以有着很大的实用和推广价值。
以下将结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述：
取龙胆100g，紫草50g用50％医用酒精1000ml浸泡20日，经滤布过滤后，得药一；
取雄黄100g，枯凡60g，冰片30g经碾磨用120目网筛过筛得药二；
将上述药一、药二、进行混合，加入青黛30g并加入50％酒精至1000ml，经搅拌混合均匀后即得到本发明的搽剂。使用时，先用双氧水洗净患处并拭干，再用消毒棉笺蘸湿本发明的搽剂涂于患处，每日三次，用药后即能止痛，一般二至七天即可痊愈。
以下是本发明的治疗效果和典型病例：
1、经近10年来的临床应用观察118例，其中男67例，女51例，年龄最大89岁，最小的12岁，平均45岁，病程最长的15天，最短的2天，平均6天，2000年1月以来临床应用56例，其中男23例，女43例，经使用本发明的搽剂后一般3天左右能治愈。
2、典型病例：
(1)张中玉，女，75岁，江苏如皋石庄中心卫生院退休医师，2000年2月2日下午来诊时，患者述5天前头痛，两天后疑为带状疱疹，去某皮防所疹治，确诊为带状疱疹，给予抗病毒、止痛治疗，两日后头痛不见好转，夜不能寐。经查，患者疼痛面容、头部左侧有约8-10cm成族不规则红色丘疱疹，诊断：带状疱疹。治疗：用本发明的搽剂50ml外搽，一日三次，2000年2月4日复诊时，患者述，当时搽用后疼痛减轻，晚上已能安睡，隔日后疼痛已基本消失，复诊时患者精神佳，红斑消退，头部疱疹已干燥枯瘪，显黑色结痂。嘱继续外搽3日以巩固疗效。
(2)刘承基，男，45岁，江苏如皋石庄镇西元村人，2000年6月18日下午就诊时，患者腹痛2天，左下腹出现红斑，有多数成群簇集的粟粒状小丘疱疹，诊断：带状疱疹。治疗：用本发明的搽剂50ml外搽一日数次。2000年6月21日，患者复诊时称18日治疗后疼痛减轻，经查局部疱疹已干瘪，红斑消退，呈黑褐色，剩少量丘疱疹，未发现有新疱疹出现，嘱继续外搽以巩固疗效。
(3)吴其兰，女，71岁，如皋石庄镇竹岑村人，2000年10月4日来就诊时述：8天前，因腹痛去医院诊治，经B超；X光等检查未查出原因，10月4日发现左腹部有红色斑疹，前来诊治。经检查患者面色灰暗，疼痛呻吟，不思饮食，夜不能寐，口苦，苔黄脉弦，小便短赤，左腰至下腹部约4×15cm不规则红色小丘疱疹，诊断：带状疱疹。治疗：用本发明的搽剂外搽，一日数次，并嘱忌食辛辣。10月10日复诊时病者述10月4日经涂搽剂后1小时左右，疼痛减轻，夜晚已能安睡，两天后基本不痛，剩余少量丘疱疹红斑，嘱再涂搽两日巩固疗效。

1、一种治疗带状疱疹的搽剂，其特征在于：它采用龙胆、紫草、雄黄、枯凡、青黛、冰片与酒精浸泡而成；所述的每1000ml搽剂，采用龙胆80-120g、紫草40-60g经50％酒精浸泡15-25日后，经过滤，在其过滤液中加入雄黄80-120g、枯凡50-70g、冰片20-40g的粉末，并加入青黛10-50g，经混合搅匀配制而成。
