Abstract
一种纳米复合耐高温防火涂料的制备技术,具体涉及多种无机与有机材料组成,又是多相复合体系,由纳米碳化硅,纳米硅酸盐粘土等以及磷酸盐、氧化物及纳米硅酸铝等纳米粒子中添加纳米的有机高分子材料(包括粘合剂),是由不同质的组成,不同相的结构,不同含量的及不同方式和插层复合法制备,提供一种设备简单,工艺流程短、投资少、成本低的纳米复合耐高温防火涂料,粒子(粒径在30~80nm)的制备新工艺。
Description
本发明涉及纳米复合耐高温防火涂料的制备技术,具体涉及多种无机与有机材料组成,又是多相复合体系,由纳米碳化硅,纳米硅酸盐粘土等以及磷酸盐、氧化物及钠米硅酸铝等钠米粒子中添加纳米的有机高分子材料(包括粘合剂),是由不同质的组成,不同相的结构,不同含量的及不同方式和插层复合法制备,其特征是包括上述多相复合体系制备纳米复合耐高温防火涂料的新工艺。
纳米复合耐高温防火涂料的特点是防火、难燃、耐高温方面是有特殊的优点,我国窑炉和热皿设备种类繁多数量很大,且多属非标设备。由于操作管理落后、技术装备的水平较差,以致造成热耗和热效率低窑炉及热皿设备的表面散失的热量占总燃料消耗的1/4-1/3,采用纳米复合耐高温防火涂料,使窑体密封,不受侵蚀,延长炉龄,提高熔化率和产品质量对节能降低耗大有好处。目前国内防火材料或涂料,一般达到中温约600℃之内,很难达到1800℃高温;市面上用于建筑表面作防火涂层,用耐火材料是磷酸和磷酸铝,加入壬基苯酚和异丙醇,该工艺只能在500℃温度下作装饰涂料,或底层涂料。现举一种硅酸盐类涂料为例,硅酸盐类一般以碱金属硅、酸盐为基料,并加入固化剂和填料、助剂等组成。其盐类有钠盐、钾盐和锂盐。其粘拉强度因碱金属的性能而不同;一般为钠盐>钾盐>锂盐;作为固化剂使用时,是一类金属氧化物,主要有氧化硅(sio2)、氧化镁(MgO)、氧化锌(Zno)等。也有用氢氧化铝、氟硅酸盐、硼酸盐等。由于此类粘接剪切强度,并可以承受800℃-1200℃的高温。它们应有于金属、陶瓷、玻璃、石材、耐火材料的粘接中,目前,还有一种双组分反应无机涂料也称一种硅酸耐高温涂料,甲组分为改性水玻璃,乙组分由二氧化硅和氧化铝等物质混合烧结而成的,耐高温性能可达到1350℃,耐水、耐油、防火、耐有机溶剂性能都好,但不耐碱和酸。最为普通的防火涂料以氨基树脂和醇酸树脂为主要成膜物质,添加防火阻燃剂,无机颜料经研磨混合,加苯类溶剂稀释调配而成,这类防火涂料具有氨基一醇涂料的一般通性,其耐水性和防火性均达到一般标准。
本专利根据上述硅酸类基础上,创新之处使用纳米硅酸盐粘土以及磷酸盐、金属氧化物及纳米硅酸铝等的纳米材料中添加纳米有机高分子和材料(包括粘合剂),寻找合适的单体和相容的聚合物粘土矿溶剂体系;通过溶液将聚合物嵌入片层中,有机高分子分别与粘土共混制备粘土高分子复合材料,本专利使用插层复合,工艺简单,原材料来源丰富、廉价、片层无机物只是一堆方向上处于纳米级、粒子不易团聚,分散也较容易;上述方法是片层物插层前的处理是关键所在,作为本专利主要研究内容。由于纳米粒子的片层结构在复合材料中高度有序,复合材料有很好阻隔性和各向异性。本专利与有关国内外专利查询研究开发情况,据DIALOG国际联机系统8个文档检查中,对片层物的插层研究的很少PEN、PTT有关方面的研究至今未见报道,对纳米耐高温防火涂料的研究目前处在研究阶段,中国纺织科学院对PET(聚苯乙甲酸、乙醇酯)/蒙脱士体系进行研究,有完整的报道。
本发明的目的在于提供一种设备简单,工艺流程短、投资少、成本低的无机纳米复合高分子耐高温防火涂料,它由不同质的组成、不同相的结构,不同含量的及不同方式和插层复合法的制备方法。
本技术特点:本专利新产品除了高温大于1800℃外还具备耐酸,耐碱、粘度高、耐磨、保光、保色泽性好,此产品不仅可以涂沫或喷涂,涂沫时同时可以进行热补、施工。遮挡火源可降低温度,喷涂则为调节水溶液后的物品表面喷涂约为1mm的涂层,然而在空气中放置12小时,放置后的涂层硬化凝固,用红外线150℃加热涂层10-30min即可,由于我们对该专利技术进行技术认定,不少专家普遍反映该项技术填补国内耐高温防火涂料的空白,是有国际竞争力。

1.一种纳米复合耐高温防火涂料,是多种无机与有机复合材料组成又是多相复合体系,其特征是:由纳米碳化硅、纳米硅酸盐粘土等以及磷酸盐、氧化物及纳米硅酸铝等纳米粒子中添加纳米的有机高分子材料;它由不同质的组成,不同相的结构,不同含量的及不同方式和插层复合法制备。
2.根据权利要求:1、所述的纳米复合耐高温防火涂料,其特征在于组分的重量比为:
Sic 15-20% Feo 0.2-0.4%
So2 6-8% Fe2o3 0.1-0.3%
Zno4 12-15% Na2O 0.3-0.8%
Cao 1-3% K2O 0.05-0.15%
Sio2 15-30% TiO2 5-10%
