Abstract
一种乙肝散及其制备方法,属治疗乙肝病的口服中成药物,由清热解毒,疏肝理气的党参、白术、当归、白芍、柴胡、茯苓、木香、郁金、双花、五味子、板蓝根、虎杖、甘草粉碎混合过筛制成。具有抑制乙肝病毒发展,提高免疫力,减轻肝细胞坏死,扩张内脏血管使肝脏微循环得到改善,增加肝内血液流量,增强肝细胞的代谢功能,促使肝细胞再生,从而使乙肝病得到标本兼治的效果。

本发明属治疗乙肝病的口服中成药散剂。
肝病是一种人体的常见病多发病，特别是乙肝病是各种肝病中最常见的一种，西医理论指出它是由乙肝病毒引起，中医认为是阴阳失调，虚火上攻，血淤气滞所至。实践证明中西疗法各有所长，而当前崇尚自然回归自然的社会风气，使越来越多的人接受中医，倾向中医疗法。因中医对同样的疾症存在因人施治的特点，所以治疗乙肝病的中医组方繁多，其疗效也各有不同。
本发明依据中医疏肝理气，活血化淤，清火解毒的配伍组方，以党参、自术、当归、白芍、柴胡、茯苓、木香、郁金、双花、五味子、板兰根、虎杖、甘草为原料，经捡净烘干粉碎制成用于治疗乙肝病的中成药散剂。由于本发明组方合理，对乙肝病的适应性广，且疗效显著，尤其具有温中驱寒，健脾化湿，温补脾胃，益气养阴的功效，比同类药物资源广泛，炮制简单，服用方便，见效快疗效好，因其成本低，进而可提高整体社会效益。
以党参25g、白术50g、当归30g、白芍20g、柴胡25g、茯苓25g、木香20g、郁金25g、双花30g、五味子20g、板兰根20g、虎杖20g、甘草20g捡净再次烘干，粉碎混合后过筛80目，制得散剂300克，每次口服5克，每天三次，20天为一疗程，一般乙肝病患者服用—个疗程，即有阳转阴的功效，服药期间禁忌辛辣食物和酒。

1、一种乙肝散及其制备方法，由党参、白术、当归、白芍、柴胡、茯苓、木香、郁金、双花、五味子、板兰根、虎杖、甘草组合制成，其特征在于组方配伍的重量比为党参25g、白术50g、当归30g、白芍20g、柴胡25g、茯苓25g、木香20g、郁金25g、双花30g、五味子20g、板兰根20g、虎杖20g、甘草20g。
