Abstract
一种养神强身保健中药药物，由烘干的质量占45～52%的茯苓、18～26%的女贞子、18～26%制首乌、3～5%的枸杞子、3～5%的肉萸研制成粉末并充分混合后构成。该药物属理气、养神、活血、固精、祛病真味，具有补心安胎、除湿利水、健脾补肝肾、强筋骨、乌须发，益智安神，治食欲不振、目眩耳鸣、夜寐不安、心悸健忘、尿频不尽。亦可用于高血压、高血脂等症。

背景技术：
现有的保健品，服用疗程长，功效慢，效果不明显。养神强身之类的药物也价高而效低。尤其是一些中老年人多功能衰退，如尿频、尿不尽、心悸健忘、夜寐不安、眩晕耳鸣等困扰着他们吃不香睡不安，没有很好的药物能够解决。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是提供一种养神强身保健中药药物，活血、壮肾，服用疗程短，功效快，效果明显。
本发明的目的是以如下方式实现的：本发明是一种养神强身保健中药，它是由烘干的质量占45～52％的茯苓、18～26％的女贞子、18～26％制首乌(制何首乌)、3～5％的枸杞子、3～5％的肉萸(山茱萸)研制成粉末并充分混合后构成。所谓粉末，就是一般中药习惯的颗粒度，比如过80目、100目筛均可。
最佳质量比为茯苓占48％、女贞子占22％、制首乌占22％、枸杞子占4％、肉萸占4％。
本品可以直接服用，为便于大规模生产的储存、运输和消费者使用，可以按现有的生产工艺做成冲剂、胶囊、片剂等。
服用时，早晚各10-15克，用淡盐水或米汤冲服。防凉，勿冷饮，劳逸结合。
茯苓：亦称茯灵、金翁。味甘，性平，入心肺、脾胃、肾经，有益脾、宁心、益智安神、安胎固精、利水渗湿之功效，在古代就被人们看作是长生不老之药，长服可延年益寿。
制首乌：味苦略甘，性微温，入肝、肾经，有补肝肾、益经血、乌须发之功效。主治阴虚血枯、腰膝酸痛、遗精、眩晕、崩漏、带下痈疽、瘰疬、血虚便秘，白发、筋骨萎弱。
女贞子：味甘略苦，性凉、入肝、肾经，有滋补肝肾、乌须发、明目之功效。主治眩晕、耳鸣、心悸失眠、遗精腰酸、咯血便血、须发早白，本药补而不燥，不腻，气平不寒不热，为清补之品。
枸杞子：味甘，性平、入肝、肾经，有补肾益精、养肝明目之功效。主治头晕目眩、阳痿精少，腰背酸痛，热中消渴，肾病消中。
肉萸：味酸涩，微温，入肝、肾经，有补益肝肾、涩精、止汗之功效。主治遗精、小便频数、阳痿早泄、腰膝酸软、耳鸣耳聋，带下清稀。
该药物属理气、养神、活血、固精、祛病真味，具有补心安胎、除湿利水、健脾补肝肾、强筋骨、乌须发，益智安神，治食欲不振、目眩耳鸣、夜寐不安、心悸健忘、尿频不尽。亦可用于高血压、高血脂等症。服用本品，2天见效，一周后则使人神清体爽。
本药物应用实例：(1)某男，54岁，未用药前耳鸣、眩晕、尿频、高糖、腰腿酸软、两臂麻木、发须白、常失眠。服药后，以上病症2天见效，一周后精力旺盛，去县级医院体检，结果为健康。(2)某男，56岁，服药5天后，尿频消失，精力恢复，干建筑工等重体力活也不觉得累，吃得香、睡得甜，对本品特别满意。(3)某男，48岁，服药3天，原有的尿频尿不尽症状消失，觉得脑清体爽。(4)某男，38岁，服用本品3天后，觉得精力旺盛，工作干劲足，生活有乐趣。
实施例1
茯苓480克、女贞子220克、制首乌220克、枸杞子40克、肉萸40克烘干，研制成粉，充分混合后得本品。
实施例2
茯苓500克、女贞子200克、制首乌200克、枸杞子50克、肉萸50克烘干，研制成粉充分混合后得本品。
实施例3
茯苓470克、女贞子250克、制首乌250克、枸杞子35克、肉萸35克烘干，研制成粉，充分混合后成本品。
实施例4
茯苓450克、女贞子200克、制首乌200克、枸杞子45克、肉萸45克烘干，研制成粉，充分混合后得本品。
实施例5
茯苓460克、女贞子230克、制首乌230克、枸杞子50克、肉萸50克烘干炒黄，研制成粉，充分混合后得本品。

1、一种养神强身保健中药药物，其特征在于：它由烘干的质量占45～52％的茯苓、18～26％的女贞子、18～26％制何首乌、3～5％的枸杞子、3～5％的山茱萸研制成粉末并充分混合后构成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的养神强身保健中药药物，其特征在于：按质量茯苓占48％、女贞子占22％、制何首乌占22％、枸杞子占4％、山茱萸占4％。
