Abstract

可堆栈和自由存取的光盘匣
技术领域
本发明涉及一种CD/DVD光盘匣，所述CD/DVD光盘匣可一一堆栈，而且同时能从光盘匣中取出光盘而不必从堆栈中取出单个光盘匣，因此可保留最初的光盘排序。
背景技术
市场上可以买到的CD/DVD光盘匣不能够作恰当的堆栈，因为光盘匣与光盘匣之间没有确保准确定位的基准点。此外，现有的光盘匣不允许取出光盘而不必先从光盘匣堆中取出单个光盘匣，因为现有的光盘匣的打开系统及册排序，必须遵循先从光盘匣堆中取出光盘匣，随后打开光盘匣，再取出光盘。
目前的光盘匣是长方形的而光盘是圆形的，这样就有不起作用的多余物料，因为光盘的保护可以采用带圆角的光盘匣。
在现有技术中并没有揭示单叠光盘匣沿着匣设有匹配的基准点，以便通过光盘基底的转动能够存取光盘，而基底由两件三个角呈圆形的单件构成以及设有一能够构成光盘匣架的平台。
专利PCT/AU97/00481可作为最接近的先有技术。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种CD/DVD光盘匣的设计，其能使光盘排序堆栈和容易取出光盘。
光盘匣的外盖保护光盘的上部；光盘匣的内盖保护光盘的下部，并和下一光盘匣的外盖的上面匹配。
外盖的设计要确保一适合排列的堆栈以及要确保当操作内盖时，外盖不会转动。
内盖也是光盘匣。
为节省材料，本发明的光盘匣，在其主要变型中，除包含轴和手柄的地方之外，所有的角位均呈圆形。
外和内盖设有作为固定卷标用的组件。
为了确保光盘匣堆之中能够取出光盘的最小的距离，以及提高光盘匣堆高大于20个光盘匣时的稳定性，建立一平台。这个平台包含和盖上相同的匹配肋。
这个光盘匣的主要优点是：
1.光盘以较佳的排列堆栈和排序。
2.光盘容易取出，并保留光盘最初的存放排序。对于标准光盘匣，除非它们在架中被分类，否则用户从光盘匣堆取出光盘后，可把光盘放回到堆的顶部，以连续地改变堆的排序。
3.制造费用较低，因材料的节省。
4.更大的储存容量，因它的厚度比一标准光盘匣的小。
5.只需利用一只手便可从光盘匣堆中取出光盘。

具体实施方式
如图1和2所示，外盖(10)包括：
一与外盖底面形状(12)相配的肋(11)，为避免在打开内盖期间产生摩擦，肋(11)的厚度″e″必须比外盖的底面(12)厚度″E″小；
与内盖(20)的轴(21)结合的二个孔(13)；
用作外盖停转件的一个形状(14)和别的形状(15)；以及
一用来固定卷标的组件(17)。
内盖(20)包括：
一具有光盘定心件(22)的光盘基底；
一用作以一手指取出光盘的柄的形状(23)；
一使光盘匣在一区域内关闭的壁(24)，在该区域外盖的壁(16)被阻挡；以及
在内盖上用来固定卷标的组件(25)。
图3所示为光盘匣堆栈的平台。该平台包括二条肋(31)和(32)，这两条肋像上述肋(11)所相配的一样，与形状(12)相配。光盘匣堆轴线之间的距离″B″，以能够使堆栈的内盖转动取出光盘，而不会卡住最靠近的光盘匣堆。
该平台还包括连接件(33)和(34)，以使邻接的光盘匣堆固定排列。
最便宜的制造方法是塑注方式。
三个所述的组件：外盖、内盖和平台的形状在注模上形成，没有物流或脱模等潜在问题。
通常，外盖由透明塑料制成而内盖由黑塑料制成。

Claims (7)

1.一种可堆栈和自由存取的光盘匣，所述的光盘匣由单一外盖和单一内盖组成，其特征在于所述外盖上面设有肋，而外盖下面设有与所述肋相配的形状；以及所述内盖设有一与外盖的二个孔相配的转轴，而内盖也结合有容纳光盘和卷标的部件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可堆栈和自由存取的光盘匣，其特征在于所述肋的形状和设置以使单一的光盘匣能平稳地、垂直地堆栈和排列，而当打开任何光盘匣堆中的任何一光盘匣的内盖时，光盘匣之间并不转动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可堆栈和自由存取的光盘匣，其特征在于所述的盖的外形为正方形或长方形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可堆栈和自由存取的光盘匣，其特征在于所述的盖有一个或多个圆角。
5.根据权利要求1所述的可堆栈和自由存取的光盘匣，其特征在于所述的光盘为任何已知尺寸。
6.一种平台，其特征在于所述的平台上面设有肋，该肋与可堆栈和自由存取的光盘匣外盖下面的形状相配，以使堆栈能开始而且平台的侧边还包括连接件以与邻接的平台接合。
7.根据权利要求6所述的平台，所述的肋之间的距离可使任何一个光盘匣堆中的任何一盖打开，而不会妨碍最邻近平台上的光盘匣堆。
