Abstract

本发明涉及一种由金属尤其是由铝制成的、用于印刷机的空心圆柱体形式的压印滚筒,它在其整个长度上具有基本不变的壁厚。
背景技术
当然早就已知上述形式的压印滚筒。其中,为了印刷不同的(纸张)规格长度,考虑采用不同的滚筒直径,这又导致滚筒的不同质量或重量。出于加工工艺的原因,这种不同不能通过减小空心圆柱体的壁厚来平衡。重要的是,一方面要使压印滚筒的重量保持尽可能地轻,以使印刷工易于操作,另一方面要使所使用的压印滚筒直径在整个范围上保持尽可能小的质量差,以使驱动调节器的范围条件尽可能地保持恒定。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是,实现一种压印滚筒结构,它在费用合理的情况下协调上述互相抵触的要求。
对于文首所述形式的压印滚筒,这个目的以特别简单的方式按照本发明得以实现。本发明提出一种由金属制成的、用于印刷机的空心圆柱体形式的压印滚筒,具有在压印滚筒的整个长度上壁厚基本不变的滚筒壁,其特征在于,在滚筒壁中,在至少一个给定的直径上设置许多平行于滚筒轴线延伸的、贯通的纵向空隙,以保持轻的重量,其中每个纵向空隙在压印滚筒的整个长度上具有一不变的横截面,并且全部贯通的纵向空隙在滚筒壁中的分布使得压印滚筒是平衡的。
对于具有给定的内径的压印滚筒,有利地规定,纵向空隙的尺寸确定以及在滚筒壁中的分布使得滚筒的质量与滚筒外径无关地保持基本等同。
纵向空隙可以位于不同的直径上,并且各空隙轴对称地以相互间相同的角间距处在各直径面中,并且,处在一个确定的直径上的纵向空隙最好具有相同的横截面。
优选地,所述纵向空隙具有圆形的横截面并且最好是孔道。
尽管滚筒罩壳(对于具有不同直径的滚筒)制有纵向空隙,如纵向孔道,滚筒的强度也不会受到不利影响。
本发明能够使外径不同(考虑到在印刷机中的使用,内径相同)的压印滚筒的结构,在长度相同的情况下,具有基本相同的质量。

具体实施方式
图1示出一个由铝制成的压印滚筒1的纵向剖面图,它具有标准的内径D和外径d,其可以根据要被印刷的(纸张)规格长度而改变。
在滚筒长度为例如350mm而内径D为78mm时,外径的范围可以包括92-100,100-120,120-140,140-160,160-180和180-200mm。
为了使压印滚筒1在内径相同、外径可变的情况下每单位长度的重量或质量保持尽可能不变,在圆周上制有规则分布的、贯通的纵向空隙、通常为纵向孔道2。所需的压印滚筒强度并不因此受到不利影响。
如图2所示,在一个或多个直径上这样实现纵向空隙2的布置,使滚筒保持平衡。这一点由此实现,即,使每个直径上的各纵向空隙具有相同的角间距并且保持一个恒定的横截面。
布置好各纵向空隙,由此,在滚筒内径相同、而滚筒外径不同的情况下使其总质量尽可能保持相同,这一点通过空隙的不同数量和/或横截面来实现(也布置在多个直径上)。
由此,使压印滚筒的重量尽可能地小(易于操作),并使质量尽可能保持恒定,以使驱动调节器的范围条件尽可能地保持恒定。
Claims (7)
1.由金属制成的、用于印刷机的空心圆柱体形式的压印滚筒(1),具有在压印滚筒(1)的整个长度上壁厚基本不变的滚筒壁,其特征在于,在滚筒壁中,在至少一个给定的直径上设置许多平行于滚筒轴线延伸的、贯通的纵向空隙,以保持轻的重量,其中每个纵向空隙在压印滚筒(1)的整个长度上具有一不变的横截面,并且全部贯通的纵向空隙在滚筒壁中的分布使得压印滚筒(1)是平衡的。
2.如权利要求1所述的压印滚筒,其特征在于,所述压印滚筒(1)由铝制成。
3.如权利要求1所述的压印滚筒,其特征在于,所述压印滚筒具有给定的内径(D),纵向空隙的尺寸确定以及在滚筒壁中的分布使得压印滚筒(1)的质量与压印滚筒外径(d)无关地保持基本等同。
4.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的压印滚筒,其特征在于,纵向空隙位于不同的直径上,并且各空隙轴对称地以相互间相同的角间距处在各直径面中。
5.如权利要求4所述的压印滚筒,其特征在于,处在一个确定的直径上的各纵向空隙具有相同的横截面。
6.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的压印滚筒,其特征在于,所述纵向空隙具有圆形的横截面。
7.如权利要求6所述的压印滚筒,其特征在于,所述纵向空隙是孔道。
